I go to pilots all over the country and I may be a little biased because this is the one I stop at weekly on my way home but I love this location. The women that work nights, Bailey and Adalys are always so friendly, welcoming and even memorized what I need from behind the counter. They keep the place stocked and clean. Seriously, cleanest bathrooms around. They both greet everyone and are so courteous. I’ve seen this place packed and they handle the rush so well. These ladies work so hard and take it in stride. I wish more people in customer service were like them.

Keywords: small, nasty, incompetent employees.Apparently, Pilot Flying J doesn't care what happens in this place. People parked in "No parking" zones, and I parked in front of the fuel pumps (because none of them were working and had yellow tape all around) and I was away from people's ways and I was told to move somewhere where I was going to be in the way of drivers. Just wanted 15 min for a damn shower.

LONG Black hairs everywhere in the shower. Floor filthy, and shower very dirty. Very little parking. Homeless people hanging out in parking lot and panning. BUT, staff is very friendly :)

It's a pilot pretty small inside with for showers parking lot is open and comfortable even though it is small it's next to a warehouse that also exit it's through the Pilot parking lot I like that it is easy set the in and exit of the diesel pumps inside you got a Subway bad gives it a plus if you were looking for something to eat and around the area there is a McDonald's and Waffle House the bathroom are nice and clean which is a super plus.

I definitely do not recommend you to come, there is no parking place, no shower, and the one who looks at the cash register does not look at you, I have never seen such a rude person, and it is a VERY DIRTY PLACE.

Man the staff from this place are not good with Driver they have the worst restrooms ever No Shower even with out people waiting n they dont have ready small place ever n the snack or grill are alway bad nothing fresh i said they need a better manager asap so Driver avoid this place go 20 mile south to the other pilot or go Love

I was go stop here because my delivery is literally down the street but after reading these reviews I think I will go elsewhere maybe to the Love's overall pilot or a nice gas stations but you have the bad ones I guess like this one and it usually has to do with staff or manager. PILOT time to remodel this place you think?

I went in to get a breakfast sandwich at subway and a pair of sunglasses from the Pilot and the woman at the Subway couldn't understand English very well, so it toll a more than a few mins to get my sandwich ordered and when I went to get the sunglasses, the cheapest pair they had ad was over $20! Not my kind of place! Place didn't look very clean either, not well kept!

listen gas station wise it is what it is but the lady behind the counter at the subway this morning completely doesnt want to be there and shouldnt be....lets not even mention how does a subway not have egg or the stuff for a cold cut? how can you remotely advertise a 24 hour subway and not have the stuff to make the subs?

I get cheated out of my points here so much , card reader randomly works and cashier says they add them but they don’t . I’m done fueling up at this pilot good luck drivers hopefully they don’t cheat you as well 💯

First... Prelim story.I am a CDL driver that now delivers new trucks for customers.On this date, I had a oversized election bucket truck with my personal vehicle attached to the back in tow.Dec 09, 2021, I arrived on site and got DEF and Fuel for my truck.I went inside for my receipts and to ask if there was other ace to park for the night.A very nice lady (I believe a night manager) went with me out to look and showed me a spot on pilots lot I could park.Everything thing was fantastic.Fast forward to the morning. Dec 10 2021.I was getting ready to leave, and had already had my coffee.I wanted to check something to be sure I was safe and ready. A very obnoxious woman, claiming to be "The Manager", was standing nearby ordering me to leave now.I explained that I had permission to park where I was from a night manager, and that I had been there all night with zero issues.I also explained to her that I was getting ready to leave.She proceeded to shout at me and ordering me to leave now. She went as far as to say I had 5 minutes or my truck would be towed.I will be honest, I went into D@ck mode and said some words I felt needed to be said.Not proud, but not sorry.What if I still had time on my Off Duty clock?What if I could not move for 2 more hours?This woman did not care about anything but here power to boss people around.How do people like this get in position of power, I will never know.There are 100 was to say thing.If I get the upper 50, I give upper 50.If I get lower 50, I try to give upper 50 but it quickly turns to the lower 50 if I keep receiving the lower 50.This woman should be fired and a person understanding of a truck drivers should be put in place.If it was not for this horrible woman, I would have given this stop 5 stars.To bad...

Way too little parking and pumps for the demand. Guessing that this stop has been here a long while and they don't have the land to expand. It might be time to rebuild nearby. That being said I gave this spot 5 stars based strictly on their All Star employee Kevin who was out helping drivers navigate the very small lot as some were trying to pump, someone trying to park, some were trying to get through the cat scale, while others were trying to get turned around. Any business should consider themselves blessed to have a go-getter like that. If he's not already a manager he better be next in line. Great guy/employee. Thanks.

Older Pilot but Good stop ( 4/24 Early AM)Not a lot of Parking here but Friendly Service. 3rd Shift Older Cashier very nice and helpful.Restroom Clean and Store Tidy. This store SMELLED REALLY GOOD! Early morning Subway bread being baked . Always a clean, safe, Stop when South Tennessee traveling.Highway and General area very Busy , A little difficult to get in and out but that’s being nit picking ! What a dump... Stopped in here at 4pm on a Saturday hoping to grab some lunch (Trucker). The Subway was for some reason closed, not a single food item on any of the rollers, and the only things available were the severely overpriced hot sandwiches, which I'm sure had been rotting there since early this morning.Total disdain for customers.

I reserved a shower and just as my number came up an obnoxious, loud, creature of a woman said, "The showers are closed."It is quite strange that the staff at this particular place is nasty. The person making my sandwich made a derogatory remark only to be corrected by amother pro driver.We will take our business elsewhere where we are not discriminated against.

Be cautious if you’re a minority, the workers can get a little prejudice here. One of the worst Pilots I’ve been too my start using other truck stops.

So. I wanna just start off by saying from the very beginning of my career I've done nothing but used pilots or flying j. I do not give my support to T.A. or petro or loves because I do not tolerate needing to pay to park when your customer base is mostly the ones your charging to park for. That said I am DEEPLY disappointed at this pilot. First the ladies and gentlemen working here were yelling across the store at one another. Not really an issue if they weren't constantly cussing and talking nothing about the work they were doing. My wife had visited the bathroom while I was seating in the seating area across the store. And I could CLEARLY hear the woman that was responsible for cleaning the women's stall complaining about my wife being in the facilities. Talking loudly she complained about having to clean up after the previous women (for the sake of decency I will not repeat was that woman had done. All though this worker had no such problems saying exactly was happened) and the mess she had created. I have spent thousands of dollars at pilots and I am a loyal customer to you guys alone. Usually I am proud to park at pilots. But I will not be returning to this one (#052) and if this behavior is continued at this store I think others will do the same.

Food was disgusting. Corndogs were microwaved and busted up. The BBQ sandwich meat was dry and the bread was hard and gummy. There was, at most, 20 parking spaces for semi trucks.Truckers don't waste your time. Fuel somewhere else and don't even bother with their microwaved food choices.
