These folks actually take care of customers and the whole team operates together for a smooth transition from breakdown to UPTIME. Made an appointment with them and they got back with me promptly and kept me informed throughout the entire process. These folks take time to talk to you and not at you. They went beyond the call of duty. I can recommend this location to you because my personal experience here was outstanding. Excellent service. I had a blown upper radiator hose. They didn't have any in stock but told me they would call around to see if they found another dealer with one. Well they did. When I told them I was prepared to walk to them from the Pilot truck stop I was at, the gentleman offered to have one of his guys bring it to me. Within 15 minutes I had the radiator hose in hand and was able to get my truck fixed. Wish I remembered who I spoke to on the phone. A+++ service. Price was on point, service was above and beyond. Big thank you to Nacarato Truck Centers. Pictured is the old busted hose and the new one installed.

Quick fix but extremely overpriced.charged 2 hrs at $220 hr.to install a surge tank on my vnl....at most a 45 min job for an entry level technician.....and came back almost $300 over their estimate..... almost $1200 to install a plastic tank and top off coolant

had a terrible experience with Nacarato Truck Services. They not only overcharged me a whopping $4500 for cleaning the DPF and changing NOX sensors but also slapped a $220 fee for every little thing they touched, including replacing a fitting. The customer service was incredibly rude, making the whole ordeal even more frustrating. Definitely avoid this place if you value fair pricing and decent service.

It's a nice building I'll say that but the parts department is lacking customer service seems as tho they don't like taking people at the counter and it shows In there ability to find the parts needed I've been told twice to Google it ar maybe ebay. I ended to another parts distributor and they found it for me somewhere else using a Volvo part number. And called the other place. Thank you TruckPro! I highly recommend if there anywhere else to get your part I'd definitely try them first

Volvo you have the best workers that I've seen in America! this location is outstanding. The parts department were courteous and professional. Hello,my name is (FAA) be careful when you buy parts or anything in this dealer I bought 4 batteries at 6 months with it they started getting bad; I checked the batteries at a place they told me this batteries are not new but refurbished, that’s why they when bad so quickly,since I didn’t find the original receipt they said there’s nothing they can do I’ll have to buy 4 more batteries. That’s stupid. I don’t recommend any one to purchase anything at this dealer, it was my mistake because I always buy my truck parts at NEXTRAN TRUCK CENTER that’s the best truck dealer out there, nacarato is selling used parts and telling the customers that they are new. So if you don’t have any choice like it happened to me at that time and you have to buy there use parts keep your eyes open and ask for there warranty policies. I hope this help someone so no one else gets robbed by Nacarato truck dealer very very bad customer service..

I've been to a lot of places as a truck driver and been treated like something you scrape off your boot but very rarely is there an experience that makes you feel like there is still a chance for humanity. Had an issue with my company VNL760 ( go figure) and I wasn't sure if I was going to have to spend the next 7 days trying to get it taken care of, went to several different places and got turned away and by chance the stars aligned and I was in shooting range of the Nacarato Volvo, so I figured I'd bite the bullet and call the service department. Not hoping for much out of a Saturday of all days, I got a gentleman by the name of Chris (hope I spelled that right) and told him my issue praying for a miracle, and that's exactly what I got!!!!Not only was he knowledgeable in the area I was having an issue with but he told me to come by and he'd take a quick look. I've never had anyone in service be more courteous and thoughtful, he made a quick adjustment ( IN THE MIDDLE OF BEING COVERED UP WITH OTHER WORK) and in less than a few minutes he had me on the road. I wish words were enough but I'm sure anyone else riding eighteen knows all too well how much this experience means!Thank you Chris, cheers buddy!Happy Hauler😁

Disgusting service! The client is not respected! The mechanics then do what they drink coffee, and not repair the truck. Worst service of all! Stay away from this service!

I had a headlight assembly vibrate completely off of my truck and was very worried about crossing a weight scale or getting pulled over by law enforcement. My GPS found Nacarato in it’s database and I phoned them. They had a headlamp assembly in stock and at a reasonable cost. When I arrived a shop manager even came outside to help me put it on .. as I didn’t have a clue as to how to put it in. Not only did they save me from a accident or a ticket, they even helped me mount the assembly onto my truck! I consider this to be above and beyond and I am most thankful!

We have had a horrible experience with Nacarato. We purchased 3 2023 Volvos and have had nothing but issues with the trucks. One truck was in service for 5 weeks. There was fuel leak and oil leak in the crankcase. We requested to speak to owner about all the issues. Owner emailed he would call us. He never did. Save yourself time and headaches and buy from another dealership.

I went in with a problem with my turbo and when the tec went out to hook the laptop up truck would not start he tell me my starter is bad. I was looking at the starter and seen the ground wire came off so I call the guy back over and showed him the problem. Then they told me it will cost $2200 to replace the wire. So I when in side the part department and brought a $4 connector and fix it myself Then they told me it will cost $230 hour to hook the laptop back up minimum 3 hours to tell me what I already told them . I told them never mind I take it to Cummins they charge me $289 dollars and they did nothing to the truck. I gave them free money. I will never use this shop again🖕🏻

Awesome Techs and Service Advisor. Hunter is the main reason for me leaving an review. He was very knowledgeable of all my concerns and issues. He quickly acknowledged my issue and worked me in. I have been to this Volvo Service Center now 2 times for my scheduled overhead and both times have been treated with impeccable courtesy and professional service. They treat everyone that needs service the same. Yes, you will have to pay them $198 hour but the way I look at that is you will pay a mediocre shop much more than that sitting for days waiting for someone to get working on your truck. Not this place. They check and diagnose your problem upon arrival. They’re #1 goal is to get you back on the road as soon as humanly possible.

I was in a bad situation and Justin went out of his way to get the truck looked at as I pulled up on a Saturday morning at 7am. He has a lot of knowledge and answered so many questions for me and told me so much more information that I wasn’t aware of for my truck as I’m a owner op and they got me out of there within a couple of hours which was fast. This volvo dealer service team should lower their income expectations from every incoming interstate broken-down truck, some trucks have little issues. I knew my issue was clogged doser valve and they ignored when i told them. After i spent 4 days in a hotel room They wanted me to give them permission for a waves of diagnostics. They also told me bunch of most of them, none-existing issues. i let them do the first requested diagnosis then i declined any further diagnostics and called road service guy, he fixed the issue in one hour and 30 minutes and got me back to the road now i am running thought the snow like never before.Thank god, letting me do that super U-turn from the waste of time.
