Tried calling in to get a price quote for a fuel tank. called multiple times and every time was placed on hold for 20+ minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not ever reach out to them for quoting purposes again going forward. Horrible, horrible service. Then, after being on hold for that amount of time, the salesperson came back only to hang up on me.

Do not recommend dealing with this company at all. Ordered headlights that were 470 dollars a piece, they sent the wrong headlights. But could not tell til had them installed. Cost me 400 to have installed and have taken out again to put my old ones in. Started a new job so couldn't take them back during the day til went to my normal shift. Drove 70 miles to take wrong headlights back to get refund. Was still charged 200 dollars for restock fee for being a few days over 30 days. Sales associate very unprofessional. DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!

They close the front counter for lunch every day in stead of making employees take turns like every other business in the world. That was the only time I could get there to pick up my parts. They told me I had to wait an HR. before I could get them. I left and ended up finding them cheaper at a local salvage yard. Never going back.

I am giving this company 4 stars it would have been 5 if I did not have to deal with Ashley she was very rude she told me, as I was trying to ask her questions, that she had 3 people on hold and that she was supposed to be on lunch and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me he would tell me the same thing and hung up on me ... well I got ahold of her supervisor Scott and he did not tell me the same thing he was very compassionate and helped me the rest of the way I recommend talking to him highly he totally made up for her rudeness
