Absolutely horrendous I would give it less than a one if possible fire the manager she is racist let little black boys go in with no shoes no shirts but heaven forbid my 3-year-old don't have shoes and called the police on us will never go there again

Sandy deserves 10 stars, not just 5. Hard to find good customer service these days and Sandy went above and beyond to make me feel like a friend not just a customer. You can tell she takes pride in her job. She made sure every customer found what they needed and that we had a good experience while we shopped. She went the extra mile to make sure every customer had a smile on their face.THANK YOU SANDY for being so kind and showing top of the line customer service!

Always a surprise find recently bought some great baskets! Always good for quick grocery items. Love that they sell daisy cottage cheese. I've shopped at a few locations always good service. Thank you

Poor service except for a select few nice people. I always feel like an inconvenience when I come in here , and heaven forbid you need to grab something 30 minuets before closing. You will often be greeted with nasty looks and agitated faces, and possibly an unwanted political rant if you catch one on a really bad day. Wouldn’t even come in here if it wasn’t so close to my home.

The employees are very friendly and have great customer service! The store however was a mess. You could barely get into the aisles. Boxes and containers that either needed to be packed or unpacked took up most of the store.

Very disappointed in this DG store, it was very cluttered, lots of empty spaces on shelves, the hanging clothes were so packed together that if you pulled out one hanger to look at the article of clothing two to three hangers with clothes came with. Very, very limited refrigerator and frozen food section. I'm not expecting Kroger or Walmart but this DG made other DGS refrigerator frozen food sections look massive. I walked by a store clerk several times before realizing that they work there. Huge lack in customer service and non professional appearance.

The employees dont seem to appreciate the job they applied for and chose to accept! Some prices dont seem to fit into the Dollar General category.. Although what i purchased was a great deal. And after having to get assistance from a Second employee (the first woman was middle aged, presumably Asian and had absolutely no customer service skills and a bratty attitude. The second woman also middle aged was presumably Caucasian and had a slightly dry attitude although i spoke on the service i was recieving and she got it together) i was rung up and able to make my purchase.

I have been to that Dollar General in LaVergne,TN on Waldron Rd several times and it is always a disaster!! There are racks of stuff all in the isles that look as if they belong in the stock room in the back. I can never get to what I need because something is always in the way. I've never seen the store look any type of neat and/or organized. It's frustrating when looking for something and are unable to get it off the shelf because there's a rack in the way. It's pure laziness.

The employees were friendly but once again, they were out of a couple things I needed, AS USUAL! It seems like they're ALWAYS out of stuff I need. They do not keep it stocked very well, even after I ask them to order more of some items, because apparently I'm not the only buying these items, it does no good!

The problem of boxes and bins of un-stocked merchandise blocking many aisles was reported to corporate long ago and has only gotten worse. For some reason, the store in nearby Nolensville, TN doesn't have this problem.

I love my store.. I work at this establishment... My pay is terrible considering my position trying to be 2 positions at one, and a boss who doesn't understand she's so close to losing me, her greatest soldier and employee..

There was an associate who was being very rude and loud toward a customer who was having trouble with the defective pin pad that apparently won't work unless you use the "piiiin"(pen or stylus) obvious confusion.
