The local employees seem very nice and work very hard. But someone over and above them really could care less about the neighborhood or them. They’ve had a water leak for 2 1/2 months. It’s wasting several hundred gallons every few hours and the dumpster looks like a bomb went off and smells like there’s something there which has died. And this has been reported to corporate by the local clerks and the regional manager who has apparently been fired. But still, it doesn’t look like anyone really cares as far as upper management is concerned. I bet an accountant will when he or she eventually sees the water bills.

The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because the building isn’t currently on fire and the store is somewhat functional. This store is inconsistently open and the staff is inconsistent as well. Seems like they’re very desperate for employees considering the people currently “working” there. This WAS my usual stopping point for my lunch breaks where I would come in and get a snack and a drink and use the bathroom, but now they’re saying the bathrooms are “out of order”. Even to paying customers. I’ll gladly drive 10 minutes the other way if it means slowly helping this store shut down in hopes that something better will re open in its place.

I understand that the store possibly may be short staffed, but I also understand proper communication. I went to the store on 2 different occasions within the week, there are the same 3 cars at the location Which appears to possibly belong to the workers.. PUT A SIGN UP IF YOU'RE CLOSED! acknowledge the fact that the customers keep the store running and your job secured.. it's sad how people get jobs and really hate their jobs. Quit!

The store is never organized and the restrooms always out of order probably not true because they don’t want to clean the restrooms

Store is nasty you can't walk through it and the two ladies working in there are rude. at 3:45 on a Friday afternoon we were told that we had to leave the store because she was closing and very rudely pushed customers out the store the one on Murfreesboro road is also closed at 4 o'clock on a Friday afternoon can't you do better than this two nasty stores you can't walk through and closed on Friday afternoon maybe you should just close them for good

The Blackwood st Dollar General near FOODLION off bell Rd is also constantly closed! At least 4 times a weekI'm no longer a customer

Just went into this store, this place is a mess, the ales are hard to get through due to most products are scattered across the floor the shelves are a disarray and didn't see a single employee in the whole store the only option to check out was self checkout.

Good, well supplied store. Employees were fantastic. Very nice and extremely helpful. Being in a wheelchair proposed absolutely "0" hassle. Clean aisles, helpful staff and "old school" client based courtesy. No knuckleheads hanging out.....yet(?)✌

Close this store down, nobody wants it up and there was two cops shot today. A waste of money a bad investment and a nuisance to the neighborhood.

Very convenient, just a short walk for a lot of houses. Good excuse to go for a morning walkEdit: 7 months later - Constantly closed for no apparent reason. The store is so full of carts of boxes that you can barely move through the store. Definitely needs more staff as it just isn’t running well as it stands

12/07/22 5:40pm I pull up 2 female employees sitting on the ground directly in front of the doors smoking. As I walk to the door they say they're closed. Seems to be a common occurrence at this location.

Talk to someone on the phone that wasn’t very professional I asked do you all take fedex package the person on the phone said why so I decided to go walk down there and talk to the manager and he didn’t seem to care so very unprofessional and not even a sorry I will never come back awful service never in my life did I ever think to call for a manager because I’m not one of those but today I was no they do not take fedex packages like some dollar generals do

It is currently 12:31 pm on a Saturday and the store is closed. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks that it has been closed during the day. Last time I was here and it was closed at 2:45 pm on a Wednesday. No closed sign or temporary hours posted. Why build it if it's never open?

I understand if the location is short staffed but this is kind of ridiculous. There should at least be temporary hours instead of one day it being closed by 8pm and other days by 6pm? Or update the times on Google? I just went, it’s currently 7:43 and it’s closed? But Google says it’s opened! Please fix it..

This store is nasty ,marchándice everywhere iles are cráp of stuff carts full of merchandice all over store emtpty shelfs trash and merchandice on floors it is ridiculus.

Today Feb 3 at 9pm the door was already closed , it says it closed at 10 pm. I was able to see a person at the very back of the store , is very sad that it just open and we already having this problems 😔
