We do not have service here, but they are very kind. My grandduather and I were walking by when they ask us to come in and visit there Santa Clause. He was a merry man that made our day. He gave her a gift and we made photos. We loved it.

THE WORST customer service I have ever seen! I walked in to get new service on 2 lines. They acted clueless on how to help me and the guy just walked off three times when I had a question. Worst personality I have ever encountered. If I owned this place I would get friendly and knowledgeable people. I felt extremely angry and frustrated.

i came in last month to get a new phone w a new number since my last one was stolen. i was advise i was qualified for a promotion and the lady itzel helped me out. she was very nice and i left the store w a good deal. a month later, i went to pay my bill and instead of paying the amount i was told i'm paying $90 for one line. i told them it was a mistake and called customer service. come to find out i was being over charged with extra stuff. i told the representative that i didn't want that on my account and i was NEVER told or asked. the rep took off those charges and now im paying what i should be paying. WATCH OUT FOR EXTRA CHARGES BEING PUT ON YOUR ACCOUNT!!!!! just because i don't speak english that well doesn't mean i can be taken advantage of. i hope the manager there talks to her and i hope with this review no one else gets money stolen. this is against the law!!! never coming back here again!!!!!!!!!!

This store is newly re-opened (and I suspect, now owned by a different person). They were able to assist me with an account issue (caused by the horrible customer service at a different store), and I left extremely satisfied. Note to the (new) owners... you should always have two people working the store at any given time (like you did today). This makes for satisfied customers who will take the time to sit down and write positive reviews! :)

Stopped by to see if the shop had a phone I liked to which they did not. Lady told me I could get the phone from ATT and come back to get it activated here. She said she'll provide a sim card for $25. I said okay and left. Sometime later I received a new unlocked note 8 I bought and took it to another cricket location up the street. This other place charged $11 with taxes for a sim card and I was on my way. I suspected that the lady here wasn't being straightforward with her prices and my hunch turned out to be true.

The employee couldn't tell me a single piece of information concerning the phone I was interested in buying every question I asked was answered with either " it should " or " I'm not sure " finally I gave up. If anyone has intentions on purchasing a new phone do all the research prior to visiting this Cricket location.
