I will not be coming back.I've been buying my On! nicotine pouches here for a very long time. Today, I stop in to buy 12. They have 3 signs posted stating "3 for $5" (one on the door, and 2 behind the counter). The man ringing me up forces me to do 4 separate transactions, which I've never had to do before, and there's a line full of people trying to get to work.After the 4th transaction, he wants me to do 2 more, because he says they're 2 for $5. After politely pointing out all 3 signs, I tell him he needs to honor the advertisement. He calls his manager over, and the manager repeats it's 2 for $5. I ask him to honor the signs, or he'll be losing a regular customer. He chose to refund my money, and lose my business, over a $10 difference.Whoops.

Always closed in the evening. I don't understand the point of 24hr locations always closing at night. You'll be better off going to Pilot because at least they will be open

They have the best customer service and friendly people store clean and organised every day I love this place and every daily customer I like the store and I get my coffee every day thank you so much

This store is never stocked in the coffee station. I did how enjoy winning 600.00 dollar's on a scratch off. I don't like the fact that I had to go to another gas station mapco when I know that I have always had no problem obtaining my instant cash without have to get a money order.

We stopped here on our way back to Indiana. As dirty and disgusting as the women’s bathroom was I’m surprised we didn’t get hepatitis in there. The men’s bathroom wasn’t in working order either . There were no paper towels in the bathroom and the toilet paper was on the back of the toilet. There was water or urine all over the floor. My daughter even slipped and fell in it because the floor was so wet.The cashier never greeted us when we came in or while we were getting drinks for the road either.Instead she leaned against the counter. When she should have been cleaning that bathroom!Definitely do not stop here! Go to the one across the street!!!!

Went in to make a purchase on Sunday October 14th around 9:30 9:40 p.m. .. When I walked into the store I had money on my card... The cashier ring up my purchase and told me my card was declined.. I left the store without making a purchase....I then checked my online account only to find out they took money off of my card even though I did not make a purchase.. Now I cannot get the money put back on my card... To me that is theft... I called the manager and she was very rude and told me to call corporate.. I called corporate and for 3 days now they have not returned my call... I will be calling the Better Business Bureau today to file a complaint...

This store use to be my favorite store to come buy whatever I needed.... now I'd rather take my chances at getting over charged at the tobacco outlet across the street. & I do take that chance more often than I go to Circle K.Main reason being is the so called manager. "You gonna buy some candy?" No. "Why not???" & this happens EVERYTIME he is in there. VERY annoying. If we wanted candy, we would walk up to the counter with it.......... this is a gas station, not a car lot. Quit trying to sell us things we didnt come in to get. I'm not the only one irritated by this.The coffee station is DISGUSTING ever since my favorite employee left recently. It is never stocked fully & the cappuccino is always watery. I dont even get the regular coffee anymore because the last couple times I tried it came out thick & GOOEY. Disgusting.There are two employees who obviously understand customer service & neither of them are the manager. There's Rachel, I believe that is her name, (white woman with short colored hair), she is AWESOME & always let's me know if there is a sell on the drinks I buy. Then there is the African American woman (NOT the one with glasses) who is ALWAYS so so so sweet, no matter what.*FYI - if I go in this store, it's during the morning shift.This store needs to realize that it could be the busiest gas station in La Vergne (if not already) because of the convenience. No one is going to KEEP COMING BACK if their experience isnt enjoyable. Obviously. Unfortunately I think the two women I talked about are the only ones who even care.

The few times I've been there the employee made it very clear that he didn't care if we Shop there or not ,poor attitudes, bad for business, hard to get into property and even worse to get out of without having a wreck. HIGH PRICES on store product's, in fact he told me to go to Dollar General if I didn't like it ,very rude kid.

They never have any gas the gas pumps never have paper in them so you can get a receipt this place has gone down hill.I use to stop there all the tine.But I quit going because of the poor service .
