This review is based on the snack bar only. I have been there 3 times. Once in the early afternoon two other times later. Twice, there has been no attendant (had to wait for their return and Same person every time) And each time they are either out of or running low on hot dogs. That shouldn’t happen, especially since they sell them. The rest of the store is great. Always have what I need, the coupons, the staff is helpful. And the Mobil app is easy to use.

First impressions at the grand opening. Greater variety than you get at Costco or Sam's Club. This can replace much of what you buy at your local grocery store as well as our existing membership clubs.

Employees are very rude. Their promotions are unclear and rather than issuing a refund of $15 they would prefer to lose a customer. The app is horrible and very difficult to use. I will just retain my Sam's club membership and not go out of my way to use the BJ's membership again.

We stopped to get gas at BJ’s. An old man pulled in the wrong way. (This is not the first time). I informed the attendant and he just looked at me like I was stupid. I have almost been hit there before because stupid people can’t follow instructions. I can only imagine how this individual drives on the road. Then to top it off we had to sit there for 15 minutes to wait for the lazy attendant to give us a receipt. Too lazy to put paper in the pump. Meanwhile all my food melting. . I called and had to go through bakery to get a manager and he didn’t really give two hoots either.

Bought a TV from this store. It was supposed to come with a free sound bar but they are currently out. Instead of having to go to another store they set it up as a rain check to come back and pick up when in stock. The AP manager Joey gave great customer service. Also it is sprinkling outside and they wrapped the TV in shrink wrap to protect it.

Rashonda at membership is clueless. Couldn’t even do the simplest of transactions without asking for a manager to assist . Costco and Sams Club are are much better at helping their customers

Bought deep house cleaning through BJS. The cleaning person did not show. BJS has taken weeks and still has not refunded after talking to 6-employees in store and online. Very rude!!!!

Things are more condensed than your typical warehouse store and the prices are unreal! Staff is incredibly nice and helpful

I custom ordered a cake for our Christmas party. They added a company picture to the top of the cake for no extra charge. The bakery staff and manager were very accommodating. The cake was cute. Very thankful for all of their help getting it done.

Absolutely horrible. Their website says stuff is in stock when it really isn't. Check out supervisor just wanted to argue. I'm not impressed. I canceled my membership after only a week. If this is how they act while trying to gain customers in Tennessee, then they will have a hard time making it here. Costco is much better.

Great hybrid warehouse/ grocery store. Some of benefits of Costco or Sam's but still a nice deli and selection of meat without having to buy huge amounts. Good produce and vegetables.. can't buy one offs but packages are small enough. Nice people. Clean store. Easy parking. Doesn't get crazy crowded.

This review is based off of their gas that they sell. Our cars fuel injectors are destroyed and the mechanic said it’s bad gas, when we mentioned we only get gas at BJ’s he said that’s why, they dilute their gas and it has additives to make it cheaper. Apparently it’s an ongoing thing in many states that this happens. So BE CAUTIOUS!!

Produce is always expired or about to expire within 3 days.Nothing purchased in a big box store will be eaten within 3 days. Most of the time. So I don't recommend buying your produce here.Check the dates. You'll see what I mean.

I like it. I have memberships at Sam's & Costco. BJ'S is smaller but great quality items. Produce is fresh, love the freshly sliced deli counter (Juanita at deli is very efficient and very nice) and bakery goods are very tasty. One complaint, some of the people that were hired need more training with customer service skills.I'm very happy BJ's came to La Vergne, Tn.

Meh at best. It is just another warehouse store. The one thing I can mention is to avoid their produce department. Very poor in both choices and freshness. We have bought onions that have went bad in a few days and the recently we bought a bag of sweet potatoes where most in the display were bruised and the one we chose had 2 bad ones out of the 6 in the bag. Back to Costco we go.

Just attended the grand opening in Lavergne and am glad to see them! We had a BJ's membership living in Maryland years ago, love that they take coupons. Hope you had a truly Grand opening today, the lot was full when we left!

If they tell you, you spend $150 and then come back on a certain date for a free turkey, then they certainly should have a turkey waiting for you when you return. Was told twice that no turkeys and to check back on another day. Really?

Why would you build a ginormous grocery store on a little tiny road and put a sidewalk on the shoulder instead of a third lane? I saw them doing surveys on that road, it was crazy backed up because of the Coca-Cola stoplight before your nonsense. It's an industrial area and there's nowhere to walk to!

App is very glitchy. Tried to place a same day delivery order with 3 different debit card and all were denied and reported to my fraud department.
