Went to this store today for convenience and ended up with the worst customer service from the employee chenneyye. After getting to the register two items rang up 25.50, I tell her the sign says 15.25 and ask her to come look she immediately gets attitude and says that is her section she knows it’s 25.50. We get over there to where she sees no where around does it say 25.50 only 15.25. Chenneyye then looks at us and tells us she is not fixing it because it will flag her. Look she literally knows it is her mess up but smarts off and tells me I can just leave her store. I continue to pay for the two swiffer wet jets and also buy twice the accessories I ask her for corporates number because of the way she is treating us and for the price gauging and she tells me she does not have to give me it and refuses to. We pay and as we’re leaving she continues to smart off. Very unprofessional. I will be finding corporates number on my own. Customers should not have to deal with that kind of behavior over her not doing her job.

On 5/19 I visited the store and was appalled at how messy and dirty the store was. When I got to the checkout no one was there and I waited forever to find someone to even work the register. This is the first and last time I ever come to this store!!!!

The sign says 10pm close & I’m standing in front of your store that has locked doors at 9:25pm. Closing up more than 30 min early is ridiculous & extremely poor customer service. Update your signage if you want to close earlier!!!

Always has whatever has ne in a bind, literally not one time have I needed something from brothe gel to root grow plants seeds to affordable presents and staples for my home. Love those store.

We go here pretty often if we don’t want to drive to dollar general. Clean store, close to everything, Decent selection, and friendly staff other than one older lady that doesn’t seem to care about your time. Everyone else is always super friendly and helpful! Sometimes the shelves are kinda empty but it seems like that’s just about everywhere right now.

Store manager is always on his phone I tried to ask him about some products and his phone was more important they have closed early there is only two people I like there that are respectful if it wasnt for those 2 people I wouldn't be going there.

The store it's self is clean and staffed with helpful and friendly associates. I've never had a bad experience at this location. The only negative was lack of stock, empty shelf space. However that may be due to issues with shipping etc and does seem to be an issue that is beyond the control of store associates whom are otherwise always happy to be accommodating.

It was what I expected the cashier was let's say not really polite! But it's convenient!! Really glad the new dollar general is open down the road!! It's a nicer cleaner store and the people are very friendly!! Family Dollar could take lessons from them

Cashier working tonight took my cousin receipt and took a picture of it!! My cousin uses Fetch an app to get points for items she gets. The cashier apparently also uses fetch and took a photo of it! She thinks it was funny to steal fetch points as well as take photos of customers receipts. This is disgusting.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I went here when they were having the extra 50 percent off of clearance items and every item I had did not ring up, I had bought the same items at other Family Dollars and they told me corporate said all the items that was discontinued was to be price override at the register. The disgusting manager in his mid to late 40s could not keep his hands off his female teenage employee and was bumping into her repeatedly and saying oh stop it you're going to make me bump into customers. He then proceeded to tell me he wasn't allowed to price override anything. I left without buying anything and before I could get out the door this creep was already outside smoking with his hands all over this girl.The store was disgusting there was trash all over the floors drinks people had brought in the store left out on shelves. It looked as if it hadn't been mopped in months. Stock was piled all over the place. Gross store and even more disgusting employees.

People are usually nice but not always and tend to just ignore you a lot. I stood at the register for 5 minutes once, waiting for someone to notice I was there.
