This place is huge with plenty of parking and public restrooms. They have something for everyone. You could spend hours trying to see or find things. The staff are easy to find and they are professional and helpful. They have so much fishing gear it’s crazy. Ten out of ten totally recommend.

This is a GREAT bass pro to visit! There is so much to shop through!! The water fall, fish tank, and bridge over water (that has trout in it) is so cool for kids to see! The kids shooting range upstairs was a hit!! This is a very large bass pro!!It appears there had been a restaurant at one time but it is no longer in service.All in all a must stop on your way into Pigeon Forge!!

If you are an outdoors person, whether it be hunting, fishing, scouting, or any other type of activity, Bass Pro has definitely got you covered. The selection on hand by far exceeds anything the competition has to offer. The inside of the store is very clean and all the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The store feels very spacious and has a great layout and design.

What a unique place to shop and take the kids for Santa pictures. This is an emense store with a lot of variety and some good sale items also.

This store has everything you could possibly think of for outdoor activities! I enjoyed browsing through the aisles and exploring different areas. The architecture of the building is honestly impressive. I love the huge fish tank and the life-size dioramas of animals and terrain. My boyfriend also liked looking at the variety of items and they also had some great sales when we went!

This a very nice store! It is one of the biggest Bass Pro Shops I have seen and it was my very first time at a Bass Pro Shop. I was on vacation and decided to stop in! Very pretty waterfall scene! It has 2 stories to it! There are stairs and even an elevator! Definitely recommend this store!

Great Bass Pro!Easy to get to and has a good selection of sporting goods.It is a medium sized store, so it does not have as much of a selection compared to others I've been too, but it is still good.Overall a good experience and a nice store!

I did an online order for a pond prowler 8 and then I drove 2 1/2 hours to the store to pick up my order when I got there they said they did not have this product at the store even though there were two of them in stock they said it had to come from the warehouse even though I was told I could come to the store and pick it up by another employee. So I talked with Daniel the manager. Daniel went above and beyond to take care of me he called the warehouse to find out what was going on he even looked at the order to see why I couldn't get it in the store after doing some research I had to cancel that order and rebuy it right there in the store which was no problem it was a little inconvenient but that's all right. Once I redid the purchase they brought the pond prowler 8 out to the truck and it was damaged with the hole in it and dented on the bottom so they took that back to the warehouse as damaged product to return and then they brought the second one out and it also had a hole in it and was damaged So Daniel once again went above and beyond instead of having to wait for one from the warehouse Daniel the manager went above and beyond again and offered me the pond Prowler 10 for the same price as I paid for the pond Prowler 8. Even though the whole situation was a little messed up Daniel took very good care of me and made sure that I was a satisfied customer I will continue to shop at Bass Pro Shop and also they truly do honor and respect their military personnel I know firsthand because I am a retired veteran so thank you Bass Pro Shop and especially thanks to Daniel for taking care of me

This place is huge with everything you could imagine for enjoying the great outdoors. Even if you aren't into nature and the outdoors - stop and just enjoy looking around - it really is a destination. Found some great deals on shoes, shorts and t's for summer. Friendly staff. Super clean store - well organized. Plenty of parking and easy to get to from the freeway. Nice clean bathrooms.

Fun stop for boys. If you're travelling and the boys need to stretch their legs and burn off some energy, this is a good place to do it. Buc-ees across the road.

Friendly staff and normal bass pro shop options. They don’t really carry much over 3xl in mens. They do usually have some kind of sale going and always have great Black Friday deals. We tend to stop whenever we are in the area.

Always enjoy going to BPS. Got all my new fishing hear for new adventures. Great variety, pretty decent sales. Of course I checked out the clearance racks in the woman's department and shopped home decor.

Bass Pro is an incredibly popular store for all kinds of outdoors stuff. May locals shop here, but there are many tourists since this is at the main exit that takes you into the smoky mountains.My husband and I went specifically for him to find work boots. Fortunately, there were many boots on sale and he found some for a great price. There were not many women's work/hiking boots to choose from and only a few on sale.We glanced through the camping section, but couldn't find a tent that was affordable for us. That's why I gave 4 stars. There wasn't a variety of lower priced items to choose from.There were also many other clothing items on sale, but I couldn't find my size.Nice bathrooms.Lots of cashiers.Huge parking lot.

I bought a generator and after it was assembled it was pouring gas from past the carburetor. Called told them what was going on at Bass Pro was told bring it in. I get there and was told they cant take it because it had gas in it and was not returnable in store. I called Champion and they arranged a store return at Bass Pro. However was told if I had got it from Home Depot or Lowes I would have been able to return it without the headache. I did finally get to exchange it at Bass Pro. They have a sign stating 100% satisfaction guaranteed on every purchase and that Bass Pro stands behind every item they sell and there is no fine print on the sign. From my experience that is a lie and if you need a generator I recommend lowes or home depot who will exchange it without sending you to the manufacturer. We needed this for power until we get a power pole and meter, no for recreation.

Highly recommend Bass Pro/Cabela’s for outdoor needs. However, this store specifically I was super impressed with today. I had an issue with a Cabela’s optic, and had lost all record of the transaction. They still made sure I was happy, taken care of, and satisfied…. even though I gave them an easy reason to turn me down. Thanks to the management team there 🙏

OMG.. my first time in a Bass Pro Shop..I was blown away by this place!!! It's massive and overwhelming on the sense's 😂..I spent an age here!!! Just looking around and seeing all the great stuff they have 👍..Next visit to the Smokies I'll be back again to this place👍Wayne and Shelly 🇬🇧(So wish we had this in the UK 🇬🇧)

First two story bass pro shops, I've been to ever. The upstairs is devoted to hunting and camping stuff. The down stairs is devoted to the boats and fishing equipment. There was a fish tank with a giant catfish and small sturgeon. The spill way or overflow had trout in there but you had to look hard because they blend in with the rocks. Staff were very helpful in finding items. Up here, in Tennessee, if your fishing for trout in the streams you can't use live bait and also 13 yoa and up have to have a fishing license. If you want a bait for trout, try the Berkley power bait with a pink head and white tail. Someone else had to show me after I bought salmon eggs and worms, Trout will kill it . So now you know. If this helped, please give me a thumbs up. I've only seen them at bass pro shops also.

He was helpful beyond a salesman duty and was sincerely seeking to help me leave with the right equipment and knowledge for starting. Such a cool scene inside. They really brought the outdoors in. Two stories with an elevator and stairs wrapped around a waterfall with a large fish tank and a pond. Good sales today. We went for shoes. The same name brand I bought at DSW. The staff was helpful and friendly. The shoe rep even talked about her experience with the same brand I was there to get. Only downside was they were out of the size we needed in men's shorts. But they were on a great sale so I can fault the store for being sold out already. I don't think I have ever been in a Bass pro shop and it wasn't bad so I would definitely go again.

Going to bass pro for a fisherman is like a kid in a toy store. They have everything from soft bait to hard bait and all the tackle between. I enjoy the santa photos for Christmas, the moose (stuffed), the large fish tank, and the rows upon rows of fishing gear. Oh they have some toys for kids, clothes, hats, boats, rods, reels, etc. But I mean the FISHING GEAR is why I come to bass pro. They are a jump off of the 407 exit and worth using as a rest stop to stretch your legs.

This place is soooo cool! They've got a huge fish tank you could fit several cars into it's so big. A ton of stuffed animals throughout the store.

Great place to shop for the outdoor enthusiasts. This place has everything you could ever need for hunting, fishing, camping, and any other outdoor hobby you do. They have the largest inventory of guns I have seen recently. You can also purchase boats, outboards, atvs, utvs, and golf carts. All of these items are priced as low as you will see anywhere else. This place is also just a good place to kill some time or meet friends or family.

Sundays Bass Pro Shops opens at 10am. Loved this store, so much to see and do. One day is not enough to see this whole store. Will definitely come back again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the help we got Sunday in the womens shoes department.

Basspro was as great as always. Only issue I had was at checkout with the front end manager short black hair. She was rude with the very nice lady that was checking us out. The lady at checkout with the English accent was very friendly and very nice

I always come back to Bass Pro for hiking gear at a great price. I drove all the way down to Tanger Outlet in Asheville to look for hiking boots when I should have just come back here. I spent more in ⛽️ round trip than I spent on the boots 😆
