They work with house flippers to cut corners.They cost me over 5k in plumbing costs.They didnt know how to install a water heater properly and did not do it to code.They didnt install a p-trap in the new home when hired to do the homes plumbing to bring it up to market. Part of code they again failed to meet.After we were told the pipes were fine, our second opinion found roots breaking into the pipeThey just sit back and collect a check.Heather is by far the worst. A sweet visage hiding a cold hearted manipulator.These people dont deserve your money. Theyre the very corruption the american people are tired of dealing with.

Have a small bathroom remodel project. Contacted Winkles plumbing, gave some basic information on the project and was told that I would receive a call to set up an appointment to look at the project and never got a return phone call.

This morning around 8am one of your vans almost side swiped me running a yield at Broadway and on 40. It shows that traffic getting on has to yield to the oncoming traffic getting the light. He was reckless.. I hope I never see him again. He appeared to be impaired.. he was going to get for her to get can number. Take care of that driver he needs to be grounded to job work but not driver he needs to be a passenger..

We called Winkles after getting an outlandish quote for a fix from another company that would have left us scrambling to cover the cost and stuck with pipes outside the wall unless we were willing to redo the whole house. In a couple of hours Brandon and John were able to resolve our problem with a new pipe in the wall for an unbelievable fraction of the quote we received. We won’t waste our time calling another service provider in the future. They were professional and efficient and my only regret is that we didn’t call them sooner!

Had a bad odor coming from the bathroom and so we decided to give this place a call. They came out and replaced two things that only cost about $30 max and proceeded to charge us $400 for the service. Despite reassuring us whatever they did would fix the smell, that definitely wasn’t the case. When we called a day later we were told that they would call us back but it’s been 2 days and so far nothing. If I could leave 0 stars I would.Services: Faucet repair, Sewer repair

Dillon and Lucas arrived and immediately began working to find our leak. They had to demo the shower and found a copper pipe that had frozen and leaked. They hauled out the old shower, fixed the pipe and cleaned up the mess. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. Brandon and Jon did an outstanding job replacing all our old Cooper plumbing. They are very professional, on time and we saved a lot of money. We were quoted over $10,000.00 to do what wrinkles did for less then half and even replaced and installed our 20+ year old water heater.They have been in business for 20 years they just don’t advertise there business on TV or billboards which keeps their prices down. Our kitchen sink suddenly backed up earlier in this week. Of course it was in the middle of a new shower installation we were having done. To keep the shower crew focused we used Angie’s List to find someone to clear the drain. Matt G called back from Winkle’s within an hour and came over the next morning.After concerted effort to clear the old drain it was decided to replace the old substandard 1-1/2” pipe with 2” pipe properly supported and sloped. The most impressive thing though was how Matt worked with our shower crew to connect their new drains with his upgraded work. The collaboration went flawlessly.Matt seems to take true pride in his work and errs on the side of quality rather than expediency. But he did finish his work in less than a day. We will undoubtedly go to Winkle’s again in the future. Highly recommended.

They did good on my shower install and was reasonable compared to other places.But there was a package we wanted to keep and told them. Guess they took it with clean up and still have not been able to get it back. Had an appt for them to come look at my kitchen sink and they didn’t show up and I tried to call and voicemail was full. Would have been at least courteous to let a client know if you wouldn’t make it to the appt. We need our sink and I postponed everything on hopes they was coming.Service: Shower installation

My significant other and I were assigned Winkle’s Plumbing through our home warranty for a water heating issue. The plumber, Matt, took two days to show up. He didn’t give a diagnosis but fixed a leak and still charged us. We found out this was improper procedure for a warranty call for them to charge the client before filing their diagnostic report with the warranty company. It took them a week and a half to get back with our warranty service claiming they had a diagnosis, but Matt said he couldn’t find a problem, therefore there’s no diagnosis. Poor communication and poor punctuality from the business, at least they fixed the leak though.

They do the bare minimum they can and then try to cite plumbing codes to back them up. Their inspection on my home failed to turn up over 10k worth of issues that needed to be repaired.In my opinion, they're a cut rate option most fondly used by flippers during renovation for a quick and messy job of "Good enough to fool people"I believe you should avoid them if you want competent service. I am the community manager at 414 Flats. John has been wonderful to work with. He is prompt, clean, and very professional. Pricing is always reasonable and I love that there is a warranty on the work completed. There are times I don't fully understand the scope of work that needs completed due to the type of building we have and he is great about making sure I understand and helps me become more knowledgeable about the building and preventative measure needed. I really appreciate him and all the help he has been to our community.

Right before Christmas in 2021 I found out that I had an leak and had to have my main line from the meter to my home replaced. I spoke with an neighbor that had just had some major work done about which plumbing company they had used. I called Winklers and ask for the person who did their job by name. The guy that answered the phone told me that person had been let go for messing up too many projects and I really didn’t want to use that him any way. Then this guy said that he could help me. Even though I found his behavior to be unprofessional I agreed for him to come over, verify the problem, and give me an estimate the following day. After receiving the estimate I agreed to obtain their services. The job was scheduled in 3 days and finished in 2 days. The problem was that the dirt was not filled in under the sidewalk. I called and complained about it as soon as I got home from work that day and was told that after a few rains everything would settle in. It’s been 2 months and the dirt under the sidewalk hasn’t filled in. I called again but keep getting put off. They broke the hand off an Angle figure and when they plowed up the dirt going threw my front flowed bed they buried some lines to some solar figures. When I complained and ask about them being replaced or me being reimbursed I was put off again. I would not recommend anyone using this company. I had the best experience with Winkles and my plumbing issues. Jonathan was very professional, pleasant and DEPENDABLE! I will use them for any and all other plumbing issues in the future. Jonathan had to find our septic tank and install a riser. He unclogged the lines on Friday so they could be used over the weekend and came back on Monday to find the tank and install the riser. The price was very reasonable and I am extremely pleased with the work and professionalism. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WINKLES!!!!

Our water heater went out and it was a struggle trying to find someone to replace it the same day. I googled Winkle's and was told to expect someone within the hour. Jon and Brandon came out to give a quote and came back a few hours later to install the new water heater. Both guys were friendly and did a great job. Highly recommend!
