Awesome customer service! Wild Birds Unlimited stands behind the products they sell!I bought a fountain, that they clearanced out to get rid of back in 2019. During our freezing cold spell in December 2022 - I didn't empty all the water from it & it froze causing part of the inside to break. Tiffany went out of her way to find me the parts I needed to get my fountain fixed!!! Thanks to her - I was able to get my fountain back together. My birds and other wildlife who use this fountain are also thankful!

Used to be a great store until they changed ownership. Now they never have seed and always question my membership, like they’ve lost my records. It aggravating to drive 25 miles to be let down and questioned EVERY time. Buying supplies elsewhere now. It unfortunate because our family really enjoyed this store and have spent thousands of dollars here.

I love this store! They carry quality products (the majority of which are lifetime guaranteed) and their service is always personable and informative. I can't believe the service I've got at this location, I'm blown away. Liz is such an amazing person. Never once did she force me to buy anything (even though I did) but did educate me on so many birds and feeders! Moved to Knoxville from Jacksonville, FL and she made me feel so safe and welcome. I'm glad she got me to sign up for the rewards program because I am 100% coming back here in the future to upgrade my feeder! Thank you so much Liz!!!

Owners and staff do a great job giving advice on how best to attract backyard birds. I have definitely noticed how their fresh seed mixes make a big difference in the number and variety of birds I get in my backyard vs. my neighbors who use cheaper seed from other stores.Love the convenience of being able to order supplies online!

I have bought bird food from multiple stores and WBU has the FRESHEST and best quality I've found anywhere. The birds tell me it's the best because I have a greater variety of birds than I've ever had and they eat it like it's going out of style. What a great store. This was my first time here. They have everything in the way of bird feeders, yard decorations, gifts for the Gardner & bird lover. All kinds of seeds and for those of you with squirrel problems lots of squirrel proof feeders with guarantees. I will definetly go back.

Great place! During the virus, they'll bring the bird seed to your car and very helpful! Even without the virus they'll load your car, easier to get than groceries! Our new bluebird boxes were a success in 2 months! Thank you!

Went to Wild Birds Unlimited today to pick up more bird seed. A few months ago, Wild Birds Unlimited addressed my question of which bird seed(s) will birds eat and squirrels will not. Birds are back and chowingn down l. What seed they idesntified WORKS GREAT !The squirrels arrive, sniff the seed and leave. The birds are back and chowing down.At Birds Unlimited , I asked the Represenatatve questions about bird houses for blue birds. Liked the feeders, but the one I liked was not expensive but was not in my budget.
