I enjoy going to Whole Foods. Great selection of healthier food choices. I can pick up a fresh slice of pizza, some sushi, and a sandwich. Good selection on the hot bar and salad bar. I'm not a fan of Jeff Bezos, but it's a good place to shop.

Other than it taking the whole paycheck to shop at the store, I love Whole Foods. I really appreciate that. They have a lot of sugar-free options. I also appreciate their wide variety of kombucha products. The store is always clean, the food is always good, and the products are high-quality.

I drove 20 minutes to go to the Whole Foods in Knoxville I’m pretty bummed I asked about their hot bar being completely empty and got shrugged off. I spoke with a manager or team lead and got nowhere however she was sympathetic to the situation but I was told there was basically nothing she could do. I would say 6 o’clock is about the time that a lot of people come in after work wanting food wait a horrible time to be empty. Looks like this is not the first time either. Customer service is a dying thing these days I guess. It’s sad that businesses don’t care anymore. It’s sad that Waffle House has better hospitality than Whole Foods. Also I do want to mention that the bathroom looks like a bus stop bathroom he would see in the 80s just kind of atrocious and a little dingy.

This is one of the best whole foods that I have seen as far as selection, size, price, and service. Everyone is friendly and capable. It is quite well organized and extremely clean. The pizza was delicious. There is a vast salad bar that’s kept up nicely. Not a bad thing to say about this whole foods location. It is superior to all of the Whole Foods stores in New Orleans.

I go to Whole Foods for their hot bar more than for grocery shopping. This particular location has a very large and well stocked hot bar, but I am bummed they no longer offer breakfast.Out of all the grocery stores in Knoxville, I feel that they always have the freshest fruit and vegetables, so I often find myself on a shopping spree before I even get to the hot bar!This location also has a great deal of indoor and outdoor seating, Amazon return counter, self checkouts, and two electric vehicle chargers.

The workers were not too friendly.I had to ask for help to find the water station to fill up my water jugs.4When I went to check out the employee was standing there and I had to ask how to ring up for the water that I had filled my jug's with ,, and when I went to pay come to find out the self checkout station was card only which I don't like to use.For it to be my first time going to Whole Foods I had hoped for it to be a better experience than it was.If it was not for the water being as cheap as it is I would not have gone there

I used to shop here all the time hut then two instances happened which made me change my mind.I had a special order placed with this location and they were supposed to contact me when a full case of the item came in stock. I stopped in for a regular shopping trip about a week later and saw that a case worth the special order item was available on the shelf which means they did not contact me when it arrived. I was able to purchase what I had ordered but spoke with the staff about placing another special order for next time. They took my name and number more than once. I have gone since and done the same thing a handful of times (or bought what I could but could tell they had just restocked and never called me once again).On a separate trip, I wanted to hang something on the bulletin board and a staff member was very rude to me about it and snatched it from my hands and then walked off with it. Apparently they require approval for bulletin board items but the staff member did not explain any of that to me and I have no clue if the item ever made it to the bulletin board. As a small business owner, each of the flyers cost me money and if they toss it in the trash they just threw my money away.Both of these situations left a bad taste in my mouth and I will be avoiding this location whenever possible.

Very nice and healthy, real Italian pizza oven that makes the best pizza. Nice large cheese selection, also have decent selection of fine alcohol drinks

I am buying Organic much more recently. Whole Foods Market has a very good selection for all the ingredients in my superb organic vegetable soups... $20 gives me plenty of great veggies to make enough soup for two weeks delicious recipes that I find on Google (of course).Yummy foods and a beautiful well managed market. This Whole Foods wouldn't stand a chance in a metropolitan city. It's still a decent store but it's missing a lot of the amenities and selection that other Whole Foods have in larger cities.

I went into Whole Food to purchase a dinner entree and the customer service was awful it very rushed, rude and appeared to be annoyed when i asked about the items. She was so rude she just handed me my food without a price. After I voiced my grievance no one addressed my concerns. I am very disappointed this was one of my very stores to shop.

Whole Foods is an organic and gourmet grocery store which was much better prior to the Amazon purchase. Since the closure of Earth Fare, it no longer has a strong competitor in the area. Make sure to remember your Amazon Prime account to save extra on sale items. I enjoy their deli sandwiches made to order the best at this location.

Best place that I have found in all of Knoxville to find gluten free and dairy free products. So far, they have a better selection at Whole foods than most grocery stores in Knoxville.

I am writing a review in hopes this gets to the right person and that something will be done. After making staff aware a couple weeks ago, nothing has been done. There is mold growth in the cold juices section not only visible growth but a pungent smell. For any autoimmune sufferers/MCAS/cancer survivors/mold sensitivity people, this is awful. A lot of people shop here for health reasons and this is unacceptable.

Whole foods is my go-to for veggies. They have a great variety of fresh vegetables and fruits. Hard to find vegan and vegetarian foods. Second to that I can return my Amazon buys right there.

Awesome store. I haven't been getting out much, so it was a real treat and adventure walking through the store today. They have such beautiful roses for unbelievable prices for Valentine's day. Just purchased roses for Mother's Day. They are beautiful. I bought more roses for Mother's Day and Birthday.

I'm so disappointed with the service I just received. I come frequently to this whole food and also buy a sandwich along with my 300 + purchase. This time I was treated awful by the man making my sandwich mind you I made my selection on the paper menu selections. I was as polite as I could be considering this man was rude from the beginning. I didn't catch his name but he was a big man and was clearly in a bad mood. I don't know if it was racist treatment or he was naturally rude but he would not do what I asked when it came to making the sandwich. His incredible lack for service left me shocked. I went and spoke to customer service and they said they would look I to it.Just awful

I love the store and staff, it's nicknamed Whole Paycheck for a reason though, that's the ONLY "issue" I have, the prices are typically high, really high, on almost everything. That having been said; They have things I can only get there or online and I do enjoy the farmers market feel. It's a wholesome place and the energy is great, you feel like you could linger for hours! Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Thank you Whole Foods for existing. 🖤
