I've lived in Seymour for almost 5 years and this is probably my favorite Walmart, it's definitely my go-to for everyday needs and groceries. It's always clean and it's never overly crowded or out of stock on things I need. The recent remodel is nice too now that they have more furniture options.

As big box shopping experiences go this Walmart does exactly what it’s supposed to do. A few months back there were several items that were always out of stock. But something changed and now pretty much everything you need is exactly where it’s supposed to be. The staff are helpful and, even during renovations, the store is always clean and organized. The parking lot is well lit and clean as well.

Ever since you have redesigned to make the grab-and-go section, it's a great idea but if it's never stocked what's the point? You have breakfast sandwiches still on there that were cooked at 7 am at 3 in the afternoon. And never have any popcorn chicken. Maybe reevaluate the manager of the deli?

I don't normally shop this Walmart but maybe once twice a month it's at the other in town for me. But it's a nice Walmart. It's clean. Everybody's friendly. It's easy to find what you're after. I didn't have any problems at all.

This is my experience almost every time I visit this location: When you enter the store, you don't have a friendly greeter in place... You have someone who doesn't speak and gives angry looks to everyone. During the shopping experience, you'll be lucky to escape without being pushed around by a stocker on a cellphone with one of those carts. These guys need to learn some spatial awareness. When paying, you might stand in line at a self checkout for 15 minutes and then realize that it doesn't take your form of payment. Is this all Wal-Mart locations now?

This was the weirdest Walmart visit I've ever had. I checked out in self checkout with Walmart pay and only bought two items. But the cashier stopped me and insisted I didn't scan something when I asked for a physical receipt because the computer didn't print one. She stood there for 5 min reviewing my receipt and my items. She kept looking at me and then the receipt and then finally let it go. I didn't steal and have no need to. But the weird behavior wasn't appreciated.

The perfect Walmart to steal from. Can't even state the amount of money I've wasted on products that I didn't realize were open until I got home (cookies, ice cream, toothpaste, you name it!). Recently purchased drain cleaner that was just water - like, someone had used $1.50 drain cleaner, filled the bottle with water, and returned it. Which is so funny. Never seen an employee there who looks like they care enough if you walk out with stuff. I literally got to my car with a basket the other day and the lady at the door hadn't stopped me; she'd looked right at me and smiled, but hadn't noticed me accidentally waking out with a basket (I brought it back, don't @ me). 100% confident you could lift a TV from this place so long as you look confident about it. That's not my lifestyle, but this is the best Walmart I've ever seen for people interested in casual theft.

I was planning on buying some veggies from this Walmart but every time I come all of the plants have died from the lack of watering even the flowers died from no watering I have talked to the manager and they said they do not have enough people to water wouldn't recommend garden center at this walmart.

They're always looming around you when you stop to calculate prices too long and always stopping you at the door regardless of whether your items are bagged or not bagged. One employee with white hair and orange beard will harass you for your receipt with literally one bag in your hand. It's a very oppressive atmosphere and their "low prices" aren't really worth all that negativity in someone's already hectic days. Kroger sales/coupons are definitely a better expenditure of my efforts and time for groceries.

I like shopping at the Wal-Mart Super store on Chapman Hwy.Their bakery has a huge selection of Patti Labelle fresh baked cobblers and pies.They also have a bigger selection of toys in their toy departments and the restrooms are much more cleaner than the other locations.

Purchasing over $1800 of gift cards in January that weren't activated and 4 months later I am still out my money and no answers to get it resolved. 14 calls later trying to be patient and understanding because things happen but it's a lot of money I am out. How is this not a priority to get resolved for a customer service? Walmart corporate won't follow up and Walmart local says it's Walmart corporate. Frustrated beyond belief. No General Manager will get involved at all either leaving it only to front end managers. Not a great way to take money from another business.

Great selections and most items in stock. Christmas was crazy for parking lol. Same as anywhere at that time of the year. But should get paid as an employee since only 4 out of 25 registers open. Self check out is the best way

Everything you could think of needing! I try to stay away from Walmart because I don't have any control. This place is addictive. I came in for two things and spent over $225.00. if you have no control at all, do delivery. It helps stay on budget. Lol. Very clean. Busy. The lines move along very quickly. Great place to stop.

This Walmart is horrible! I live 5 min from it and chose to go to the Alcoa location. They never have anything in stock and the employees are rude. Plus, you can't get out to your car and loaded up without being asked by someone for money or a ride! It's ridiculous!! You think they would try something to limit that, but it just keeps getting worse

I still like the self service stations. I can get in and get out fast this way. But I'm sure not everyone is being honest about their purchases. If I think it then they are too.

Waited entirely too long for grocery pickup because the system was messed up and unorganized. It was not the fault of employees who load the cars.I was picking up mine and my family’s groceries and they could not bring them at the same time for some reason. That would have saved them steps. I have been here 1.5 hrs and still don’t have everything. People are out in the lot getting out of their cars and complaining to each other. I sure hope they get this organized.

If I could rate lower than a one star I would.The automotive department is a joke. Don’t take your vehicles there. You can schedule an appointment to have oil changed and for new tires to be put in. But, can’t make an appointment to have tires rotated??? Even though they were purchased there! Absolutely ridiculous.

It's down to scanning your own groceries for the most part. The flavored waters are on the highest shelf so good luck getting them down. I have to call for an associate to get a ladder to just get some waters. It's very time consuming. Same for other items women would be shopping for. They have very reasonable prices and most items are always in stock. I have personally found that of your looking for a specialty items your more likely to find it at Krogers or Public's however your going to pay a much higher premium for it. The online shopping is the best way to get a return on items that were not good such as fruits and vegetables. The last three watermelons I've bought were all bad. With all that being said, it is convinent and my granddaughter loves pushing her buggy with her baby doll. She loves wearing her mask in Walmart. The restrooms are not as clean as they should be.

Clean wal-mart with friendly staff. Organic produce is reasonably priced and typically in good condition. Typically, it is the least expensive for organic apples🍎 and avocados 🥑. Siete chips are the cheapest here! Best "healthy" chips! Sometimes sell HU chocolate bars 🍫

Wally World y'all are some shysters!Y'all did me dirty.A few weeks ago I bought 1 box of Honeywell LED indoor/outdoor String Lights. 12' length, 6 bulbs it says on the packaging.This particular box was marked down now, but the box was taped shut. I figured, taped shut to keep everything in the box.So, tonight I was going.to put them up; but there's only 3 bulbs. Nothing on the box indicating this is a partial box as far.as contents, nothing.WallyWorld you did me dirty now. After Christmas you and me, we're going to talk sure enough. And one things a definite, I'll never trust y'all again.

BEWARE! I scheduled a pick up a day ahead of time and was told AT THE TIME OF MY PICK UP, Walmart was 2 hours behind schedule. I had the options to reschedule or cancel. Just a heads up for anyone else who my depend on reliability.

A Walmart is a Walmart until you try the pickup option- don’t do that here. Most incompetent group of people I’ve dealt with- pickup was “ready” at 5…at 6 I was told it would be an hour. My wife went later on around 9 pm…no one in the store…waited until 1030 and left- she even offered to get get them herself and was told “that wouldn’t be productive”…belligerent, rude, and incapable of completing simple tasks…that’s the “pickup” option in a nutshell.

Wal-Mart is great for when you need everything but don’t want to go to more than one store. I did a small online order for pick-up that was an absolute disaster!The App would not load for me to check-in when I arrived to pick up my order. I called the number that was listen on the sign for pick-ups, reached voicemail that said “if you’re calling to check-in, please hang up and dial again.” I did. I called SIX times, no answer and same voicemail telling me to dial again.After 10 minutes of trying to check in on the app and calling the phone number, I went inside the store. The associate could not reach the pick-up department by phone and no one responded to her request for assistance over the intercom. After about 30 minutes, I went back to my car and kept trying to check in on the app. It finally worked and my order was brought out quick.When I got home and unpacked my groceries… I was in utter shock. The kiwis were ROTTEN. Half of the bag of potatoes was rotten.By far the worst experience ever. Never shopping at Walmart again.

2 registers open. Stood in line for 20 - 25 minutes. Didn't want to deal with self checkout on some things like produce. Everyone in line was frustrated 😠 😡. They have all these regular registers and no one working.

Ordered puppy pads to be delivered same day, even paid extra fees to get them. Was told would be delivered between 5pm-6pm that day, then received message would be delayed, but it would still arrive that day. As of 10 am, the next morning, It still had not arrived. Called customer service and they informed me they would reorder and I would not be charged any fees and that order would arrive in 3hrs or less, it has been 4hrs and have been informed it will yet be another 5hrs before it arrives and was again charged all fees. Called customer service back and got transferred around 3 times and was informed there was nothing they could or would do about the issue. I subsequently canceled the order, and I am picking them up myself even tho it is inconvenient. My Suggestion, if you don't need that day or within 24 hours you may want to pick it up yourself even though it may be inconvenient, or order from someone you know will keep their word and deliver on time even if it costs a little more.

Went to get ski gloves and couldn't find them in the men's wear section. Asked a worker for help and she was incredibly rude and just sent me back to men's wear. When I finally found them, there was a single pair left so no wonder I couldn't find them in the first place. All around a very disappointing interaction.

Walmart stores are completely different than the one 10 miles from it. One had lots of amazing clearance & low cost items and the other store had almost none.
