Didn't think I'd have to start checking expiration dates on EVERYTHING I buy here. Bought parmesan cheese last night, got home to use it, and noticed the color and smell were off.....Expiration or "Best by" date is just off by a little OVER a year. November 23 2022! I'm dumbfounded by this! Bought the same product last week, and it was good, BBD was September 2024. I'm not sure what happened, but dang.... had similar issues with a ham for Thanksgiving and goat cheese being expired for 3 months. You would think whoever is stocking these products would notice something like this....

Online order's for this store come with a side of hepatitis and measles. Nothing but non English speaking non vaccinated people with hands all over your food. Coming to your house and endangering customers in their own front yards. Walmart knows all about it, but they would rather send a criminal to your house than lose a penny in profit.

Groceries picked up. It was raining and all 16 parking stalls were filledHowever, the delivery person was very pleasant. Most of them were soaking wet, still doing a great job.

They do have tons of items here at this location, but it's a little bit unorganized to me. However, their bathroom seems clean at all times.

Very impressed with Chris. He brought out my curbside pickup order. I have been to so many Walmarts and so far he has been the most efficient and professional employee I've encountered. So thank you Chris for being an asset to this Walmart it's appreciated

I want to recognize Joshua in the electronic section. He was personable and didn't hesitate to help me find a solution to my problem. He even contacted his manager to verify he was giving me the correct information. Sadly i do not remember the managers name however both of these employees are an asset to Walmart.

I really like this Walmart better then some of the others in the area even though it is smaller but don't let that fool you they actually have things others ones do not or a better selection in most cases. It's clean and mostly organized. I never had a bad experience here. I may make this one my go to.

Went to purchase an item found online for my nephew's birthday. Once I got the item to checkout it wouldn't scan. Was told by store manager it wasn't for sell. On floor by mistake, it wouldn't be available until black Friday. There were several of these on the sales floor. Eventually went across the street to Target. This is just the latest disappointment in Walmart.

Not the best Walmart in the Knoxville area, but not the worst. The first couple of times we went, we had issues with multiple things we needed being out of stock and just general low inventory (bare shelves, etc), but it has improved over the past few months. The layout of this Walmart is different than that of the other Walmarts in the area and takes a bit of getting used to. The cashiers do seem to keep the lines moving slightly faster than at other Walmarts, so that's a plus.

Walmart was extremely busy. People running each other over, standing in the middle of aisle having social gatherings without a care in the world. Besides the lack of common sense of people, Walmart had everything I needed, including the little bags I use for my small business.

You would think prices would be better since there are never any cashier's and I have to check everything my self! Three people just standing around watching while I checkout. How bout this? Maybe those things we could be cashier?!?!

My wife Ordered groceries at this Walmart carol was supposed to be delivery the groceries. But a Hispanic guy showed up. This is a huge safety hazard not knowing who is coming to my home with my wife and kids there.

The staff is not friendly at all. I have been in that store many times they don't speak they don't smile they don't ask can if they can help you. They need training in customer service. Sam Walton would be very disappointed.

This location at Norris Hwy is one of the better chains. It usually has more items in stock over the other locations. The associates are usually friendly but again, their vests are also filthy. This store has plenty of self checkout lanes so it makes for quick shopping. I prefer this store over the Kinzel location.

The only thing I don't like about Walmart is there are too many people. I like the fact that they made the self check outs bigger as I was able to get a weeks worth of groceries and toiletries and bag them myself and had plenty of room. Oh and they had the huge packs of the flavor gum I like that can't always be found when I stop elsewhere.

How do you rate a Walmart? They had what I was looking for and the price was cheap. Some of the employees are a different kind of human than I am I guess. Some of the customers there I'm not even sure are human. But it's fine. The garden center here is nothing to write home about.

Only go when I have to.self checkout is terrible hate it. Service is mostly bad. I will say prices are pretty good but not great. With all the cuts prices should be WoW.

This is a cute little Walmart. Associates are always nice to you. I will warn they are in the middle of remodel, but looking good with the changes, just not done with them.
