I have used this pharmacy since I moved to Halls, loyally. My mother is staying with me due to recent health issues and surgeries, temporarily. Dr. Vi told me that he would not have to fill a prescription of her due to her primary care doctor being out of town. He was rude both to my mother and me, essentially tell us to take a hike. All he had to do was to speak to my mother and arrest his concerns but he choose not to. I’m transferring all my prescriptions.

Bought a couple cards and my husband also bought a few things. Went to get checked out and the woman was nothing but very rude but was as sweet as pie to the young lady who had a 2 year old girl with her. But when she got to my husband and I she was a total biotch. Needless to say we will NEVER go back into that store to buy anything ever again!!! Not only that but something rang up wrong both tags had the same barcode on them and one was $3.49 and the other was $4.99. She was so rude about that too we said forget it!!! Will never be back!!!!! But I will say Vicki in the pharmacy was wonderful and I will continue to fill my prescriptions there but not shop in store.

The pharmacist that works around lunch time in this store is so rude. I went in to pick up some meds for a family member and also for her dog, like I have almost every month for the last 5 years and he pretty much accused me of stealing hers and her dogs meds. I had to call her and put her on speaker phone to tell him it was OK for me to pick them up. He still wasn't happy so she had to call back in on the pharmacy phone to tell him it was OK. You would think in the 5 years I've been doing this if it were store policy I would have had issues before today. When she called in the girl that answered the phone didn't even have any idea what she was talking about. 🙄 I felt like he was discriminating against me.

Got a few passport photos for a trip and it seemed to be in imposition to the young male shift leader to do the photos . Didn’t show us the photos before printing and was a smart butt when my wife asked to Have her photo redone . Not the level of customer service we have come to expect from our home town wal-greens . The cashier was very nice .

Madison, I assume a new and very ignorant pharmacist on a power trip, denied my husband his sensors that he needed before the weekend. My husband had a prescription over the summer for Libre 2. They never work, constantly messing up. Other pharmacists started giving him the Libre 1 because it worked better for him by request. The other pharmacists stated that it really wasn't a big deal to have a prescription for that exact sensor, and his doctor didnt even bother with writing out a new prescription since he should be able to request the sensor that worked. She didn't even bother faxing the doctor for an updated or new prescription.Madison was incredibly rude and told him she refused to fill the Libre 1 because that isn't what the doctor wrote out for, and that it wasn't "compatible". I have been a pharmacy tech for walgreens and the "compatible" excuse makes no sense. It operates using his cell phone. For months at least 9 other pharmacists have given my FRAGILE diabetic husband the Libre 1 without issue. After he spoke to her and told her that he has been getting the Libre 1 for months, she put in a "note" in the computer telling other pharmacists not to fill it and baring it from being filled anywhere else. When we tried to go to another Walgreens location so that he could check his sugar.. we were told that they cannot over ride it. They tried over riding it but was unsuccessful. The pharmacist at that location did not understand why she did it. My husband was given the Libre 2 on accident last week and it hasn't worked all week. I am contacting corporate on this location. His dr on call and other pharmacists did not understand the issue. This seemed personal even though my husband was polite and respectful. The way she and the tech spoke to him made him feel as they were discriminate against him personally. I invite Walgreens to pull the cameras and watch for themselves. I called her and she had no good excuse to her rude behavior or the sensor issue. She just didn't want to do it. The doctor will attest to there not being an issue. Madison the "Pharmacist" owes my husband an apology. I have screenshots and pictures of what the Libre 2's do and that they dont work, he cannot monitor his sugar with them. If something happens to him because he did not have what he needed, it will be her fault. If this is such a big deal then many many pharmacists have been breaking and violating policies for his sensors for months. Had I known there would be an issue suddenly, I would have called his dr to remedy the "problem".. but it has NEVER been a problem for anyone else but her.

DISAPPOINTED! Since we can't seem to print off our own photos at kiosks at the moment I thought I would upload my photos and have them printed out here. I was utterly disappointed with the 10 photos I had printed. None of them were centered. They cut part off the heads off in several photos, even went right across the eyes on one of them! One had a border around it and instead of getting the picture in the middle I have a border on one side and half a face. I can't understand how someone printing these off would consider this acceptable. Out of 10 photos I am honestly only pleased with how 1 of them turned out. Will NEVER have photos printed here again.

The pharmacy has made me feel that I'm a drug addict every time I turn in my prescriptions. My daughter gets so upset, she Start's to raise cane.she knows I've been in health care a Long to know how people are like. But pharmacy people should not try to do the doctors job.theyDon't know all I've been through what really I've Been through.I am not a drug addict. I get treated like one every month. I've been at rite aide since I moved here in 2008.I think ready to change ..😣😪🤐😓😖

Terrible photo experience. I went in twice for some pricey large photo prints that I had for artwork, and they messed up one, made me wait for 30 minutes yet somehow ran out of paper. I had to come back for that 1 print. I took the other prints home, and they weren’t even cut to the dimensions I had ordered. They were random. They then acted like it was my fault because the background was white. They cut it based on the background not by the measurements because they “don’t have a measuring tape.” Then when I asked the items to be shipped, they are requiring me to bring in the old prints, which doesn’t save me on a trip yet again to Walgreens. They’ve only refunded me $10 on my $100 retailed order.

drive thru at this store is not very good at handling customers!! only three cars in line and sit there for 25 mins. finally pulled off without meds. been coming here for years and starting to decide to go elsewhere.

Coming from another state, I thought having my prescription switched over to a Walgreens in Knoxville was going to be a horrible experience. I was happily wrong! Great customer service. The pharmacy was friendly and the transition was seamless.

Awesome store manager, awesome asm. They train there team extremely well, customers are great too there, by far the cleanest walgreens possible I live 45 mins from the location but pass all walgreens to go to this exact one. I do not use the pharmacy only retail.
