This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used in Knoxville. I changed pharmacy's a while back because of their sorry service. Yesterday, I took my wife to the doctor with the flu. for some reason she let them call it in to that store. She felt horrible when we left the doctor but called the pharmacy to see if we could pick it up on the way back home, they told her it would be ready in 10 minutes, so we went on over and pulled into the drive through. 4 cars in front of us, we sat and waited a full hour to get up to the window, then the girl tells us the pharmacist is working on it and it will be ready soon, we sat there at the window another 35 minutes. So! after the 20 minute drive from the doctors office, an hour and thirty five minutes sitting in their drive through, that's an hour and fifty five minutes to get a prescription that should have been ready for pickup when we got there. PATHETIC!! UNBELIEVABLE!! It's Minus 5 stars for me. Will NEVER!! go there for a prescription again. And it's always a bad experience, that's why I changed pharmacys while back. Do yourself a favor and don't go through the torment they'll most certainly give you.........

Medication has always been in stock. Though sometimes there is a 15 wait when anyone else is in the pharmacy. I tried the express counter, where you log in before hand and walk up to the express counter and they are supose to rush service for you. They don't! They will ignore you and/ or ask you to come over to the regular line. They should remove the express checkout and not advertise it if their not actually gonna use it.

My scripts are always filled on time. Everyone has always been very nice and helpful. They noticed when I was prescribed a very strong med that could severely injure my liver rapidly. Made sure to tell me to go home and research that medicine. Every single business in every town is struggling to find or keep employees, I see a lot of complaints in the comments. With the pharmacy hours changing due to lack of staff and only being able to have the drive thru open…the line sucks. Nobody has ever been rude though. Every medicine is always correct and filled very quickly. If the hours/staff don’t get situated soon I will probably move to a diff pharmacy, but I realize they are doing the best they can with what they have.

I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy. They are always busy, but the staff always keeps their composure. And can we stop blaming the pharmacy about things outside their control. They don't set the drug prices. They don't control your doctor. Just be nice to the staff.

Went to refill a standard birth control script for a three month supply. They didn't have 3 months ready and told me to come back. That's fine. The script was ready at 2:15 today and when I got there to pick up, there was an issue. Sarah the pharmacy tech couldn't find my script. Turns out the issue was it expired yesterday. If they had filled it on time for the three month supply I would've been on time or if they had alerted me earlierI could've called my physician. Before telling me the issue she did call another tech over the laugh at my misfortune. Thanks Walgreens.

I wouldn’t bother going to this place for a Covid booster shot, even though they advertise that you can sign up for an appointment to get one. The person working in the pharmacy named Janine first of all ignored me standing at the window for several minutes before she even acknowledged my presence, and then when I asked how long it would take because we were already 10 minutes past my appointment time she said in a rude tone that there were two people in front of me. I reminded her that I had an appointment at 9 AM, and she said they don’t take appointments for booster shots. But the website clearly allows you to sign up for a booster shot appointment. She told me that they were walkins in front of me and I would have to wait, I asked if I could move ahead because I did have an appointment and I had places to go and she said well you should’ve just planned it better essentially. When I persisted, she just started ignoring me as if I wasn’t even there.Don’t allow people to sign up for a specific appointment time if you’re not going to at least try to honor it.This is the last time I go to that Walgreens, it is the last time I get any prescription filled there, There is a CVS down the street that is better run anyway

I wish I could give this ZERO STARS!! I can’t believe you have someone representing your brand in the most professional area of your store with HICKEYS on their neck. This is absolutely unacceptable and an embarrassment to your company. On top of that I had my 7 year old daughter that wanted to know what was on her neck. Ridiculous!!!

Rude pharmacist today!! Completely useless. Your website kept kicking me out so I had to call to and a guy at your store scheduled two tests for today at halls location. They LOST one appt. Scheduled so I call Ashville hwy today to see what happened but the pharmacist was rude and offered NO resolve! She said they don't take phone appointments.... But HE did and confirmed it!! I wouldn't have had to call if your site was actually working!!! Rude people!!! USLESS AND A BUNCH OF SHEEPLE!!!!

Rude pharmacist. My Dad went in to get his meds and flu shot. Lady told him he had to go through drive thru after he walked in on his hurt leg. He ask if he could get flu shot and she said no they close in 45mins. Seriously it takes 45 mins to give a shot. This place is a disgrace. Done all my business here NEVER again. I almost always have a great experience at this store but today was horrible. I waiting at the photo area for about 5 mins while a man stood behind the counter working on what looked like photo equipment. He never acknowledged me. Then I went to the front register and ask the lady to page someone to help me pick up my photo. She did and she was a very nice elderly woman. I walked back to photo and stood there for another few mins while the man ignored me. He 100% seen me. Finally he ask what I needed but he was very rude and acted as if I was bothering him. He became extra rude when he found out I was only picking up 1 photo. It was like he couldnt believe I would interrupt him to pick up my order. His name badge said Roger and he was an older man. I never like to judge a store by one employee but this man was horrible. I will continue to shop at Walgreens but I don't think ill order anymore prints. If he treated me this bad I can only imagine how he would treat a disgruntal customer.

I love Walgreens, Trade here often. They also sell groceries, bathroom paper, paper towels,fruits,milk, ice- cream, bread, ever. Cashier's are very nice , so are the people in the pharmacy . Good place to shop

Management is lazy don’t want to work, they are trying to run off a good loyal Christian older lady, give you the incorrect medicine, then won’t give you pharmacist name who messed up so you have name when corporate office calls about your complaint. But hey plenty of pills for sell in parking lot from the pill heads cuz management is too afraid to step outside. Witnessed a little ol lady get her purse snatched off her arm in the daytime and she had to get Manager’s permission to use ph to call the police ( she was told front chaser ph doesn’t call out). This store has really gone down hill recently so be careful and check your prescriptions before you leave store and be careful in parking lot.

I loved it. The make up section is gorgeous. I found Olay anti aging get body lotion which I have not been able to find anywhere else.I ended up spending way more money than I intended to. Because of all the great deals.

Never want to give your medicine on the right days and rude. When there's 31 days in a month u are supposed to get your medicine a day early the next month to make up for having a extra day and they do that will make you have to want the whole 31 days. And ever single one of them will not help you with nothing and are so damn rude.

Second time the Asheville Hwy walgreens has messed up my sons prescription. The pharmacist thought it appropriate to substitute, without asking, regular medications for a time release medication. My son was prescribed a particular medication and that’s what he should be given. I’ll be speaking with someone in the morning.
