I purchased two appliances from here last week and had them delivered and installed yesterday. The reviews on here were not good but I was hopeful it would go smoothly. It did! Chyanne at the installation company was very helpful, quick, knowledgeable and courteous. Even though my delivery and installation was at the commencement of a very long day, the two young men were knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent service. I especially liked the new company’s tracking ability. Congratulations Home Depot on your new delivery - installation service company.

Don’t use the delivery service if purchasing an appliance. Might as well call a good friend in the business to hook it up for you. We paid for delivery installation, adapter kit, new cord etc… and the new dishwasher and old dishwasher are sitting in the middle of my kitchen. They just left it. Saying we didn’t have proper parts. They never brought any of the items we purchased in with the new dishwasher. I tried to refuse the delivery and they left! They left the dishwasher completely unhooked and just sitting in my kitchen. I’ve called, my husband has called and no one can return our phone calls. It’s not worth the 800$ plus that we spent at all.

I just want to brag on Todd in the appliance department. The delivery service that we received for our appliance delivery was atrocious. First, we got delayed a day after we took off work already the previous day. Then, they showed up without the installation kit for our dishwasher. Then, the microwave was SHATTERED! They left the dishwasher with us and then the rescheduled delivery and installation were going to be 3-4 weeks from 3 days after our original delivery. I eventually called our local store, and Todd in the appliance department, worked his magic and made it to where everything would be getting delivered and installed on the same day and less than 2 weeks away. He was very helpful, was very apologetic for the service we received from the delivery company. He was responsive and knew exactly who to call and what to do to solve the issue, even though he had nothing to do with the problems themselves. I would give the delivery service a 0/5 stars if I could. I would give Todd a 10/5 stars if I could. But, for the sake of everyone, I just rate it right in the middle. I hope someone sees this and gives Todd the credit he deserves. Unfortunately I didn’t get a last name, but I do know he was working on February 5, 2024.

They didn't have the grow lights they showed online that were in stock so it was a wasted trip but the guy who helped me look was very nice. And I did find a really cute plant on my way out, so I guess it wasn't a completely wasted trip.

Very good services. I buy a lot of wood and wood related items from here and of all the home depots I've really gone too this one always has the best lumber I've seen from a home depot beats lowes quality and price. The workers are always helpful and respectful. Checking out is quick and easy weather i go to the self checkout or the regular. Always fun to go here. I have posted pictures of a cedar and pine serving tray that the wood i got was in good shape and straight enough to use great quality.

Predatory lending practices. We purchased a tool box with a Home Depot line of credit. When we tried to pay it off Home Depot did not quote the proper amount and left a few cents on the bill. Having thought the purchase was paid off we were charged late fees on top of this small amount. We did not notice this was happening until we owed $69. Shame on Home Depot for taking advantage of people like this.

Last night I needed to pick up something for a repairman to use today. The time for the curb service was before 6:00 p.m. and it was 9:00 p.m. I called and the manager said for me to park by the door, and he would have someone bring out the materials. He also said if I had any problems to let him know. Their customer service is outstanding. Thank you!

I got two adjustable gate frame for under $125 total to repair my 8' double gate, also some other parts to repair my existing fences instead removal and re install, it was win win cost and time and do it yourself just love it

A cashier name Wilma was super helpful with my frustration and finding the correct filter for my refrigerator system. She recognized a problem and was courteous and respectful with her customer service responses. I will be back.

It was great it was almost time to close. Went in ask 2 workers where what needed was, & they was on it. The one lady not only what isle it would be on, but also told me what bay it was in. There was a great crew there.

Came in today to get some plumbing items. Was very hesitant to even ask for assistance. 80% of the folks working in these types of stores. Don't hardly know where the store items are, much less about the profession of task. However, a very pleasant, professional man who goes by the name Dorin was 100% top-notch. Our Local Community Home Depot has amazing kids event.They have this event, the 1st Saturday of each month for kid’s age 5-12 years old.This Home Depot Program is great for single moms, with sons.The entire staff at Home Depot, goes out their way to teach kids how to fix things at home for mom.And they also offer tools and kits, for each child to build and to take home.The event is free and each child gets an apron and a pin, plus takes home cools projects each month.

If you need to rent a tool, go to the west knox location. Our tool wouldn’t work and we got a lot of grief from an employee (colt?) about not calling before bringing it in. No one told us? We only had it long enough to get it home, trying to start it and bringing it back. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he was condescending. We’ve spent over 60k at this Home Depot. It’s always nice to know they appreciate your business. On a positive note, manager was nice!

Yesterday evening I stopped by The Home Depot, 2751 Schaad Rd. 37921, to have a set of keys made that I couldn’t seem to get made anywhere else. I had a gentleman stocking the shelves that called for an employee to assistance me. Ms. Sherri was the kind lady that approached and asked how she could help me. After explaining to her my situation and my time spent traveling to other stores she looked at my keys and initially stated the reason I was having trouble and wasn’t sure herself if she could actually copy the key but would give it a try. As she worked with the machine another lady and Ms. Sherri explained another location they typically refer folks if they were unable to help me. It seemed that right at that moment Ms. Sherri finagled the key in such a manner that she was able to get me exactly what I needed. I asked if she had a marker so as not to get confused with the different set of keys and then she offered a color coded option that would help distinguish my copies and I was grateful for that helpful piece of information. While waiting on my keys to be complete I asked for Ms. Sherri’s name because her attitude and helpful demeanor was very pleasing and I wanted to show my gratitude by complimenting her service towards me because this stop saved me time and money. This Home Depot has done a great job in selecting a great representation for their company because this customer walked away very satisfied and with a big smile because of this sweet little lady. Ms. Sherri genuinely has a servant’s heart and because she works with a smiling face she’ll cause more customers to walk away just as I had, satisfied! I absolutely love this Home Depot Sharon in the paint department was amazing. We struck up a conversation waiting for my 3 cans of paint to get made and by the time the paint was done we were both crying it was an amazing memory . I do crafts and I showed her some of mine and she absolutely loved them and thought I could definitely make good money from doing it . She really inspired me and I will definitely definitely be back for more supplies from this place . Great quality stuff and great friendly experience.

Don’t go to the tool rental section, go to any other location. The not so wonderful gentleman, named Mike is about useless, and makes things way more complicated than they should be. i’ve been a contractor for 10 years, when I asked about a trencher and the latest one, he laughed and told me that he’s not loaded in my truck. I explain to him that I have done it before and it’s not that big of a deal which then he laughed in my face. Said he’s been there since 2015 but acts like he just started. The other guy with the bald head and white sunglasses was wonderful, but Mike was awful to work with.

I want to take a second and brag on Weston and John! My manager and I went to go buy a deep freezer for our ice cream truck. Not only did they help us load it onto the cart they brought it outside, took it out of the box, put it in our ice cream truck, and plugged it in to make sure it was working properly. Those boys went above and beyond and they deserve 10 stars!!!

Had what I needed. Not too bad prices. Will return. Its like the Home Depot in Vegas. All the same. 5/13/18 Went again and since it's been a while, I was reminded why I like them better than Lowes. Lowes is fine but HD always has what I need, not a close second.
