My favorite place! When I adopted my dog, he was basically a cat. He was terrified of other dogs, didn’t know how to play, and had terrible anxiety. First couple of visits were a nightmare for him. He was so nervous. After a few months coming here, he’s a totally different dog, even at home! He’s so social now, loves to play, and gets so excited at the end of my work day because he knows we’re about to head to The Bark. As a human, I also greatly enjoy my time here. Great selection of beer, and generally great vibes. This place can completely turn a bad day around. 10/10 recommend

Due to me becoming ill, and then my mother unexpectedly passing, I over boarded my 6 year old rescue, Juno, at another facility. This resulted in her losing the ground we had covered the 2 years I had her, before July ‘22. The anxious, timid dog I adopted in 2020 had become a confident, happy & spunky girl with lots of love and attention from me. However, in Nov ‘22, I got a call from the facility that was boarding her that she was biting at staff and the other dogs. I went to pick her up and kept her home with me for a couple of months, giving her some extra TLC. However, I found that I was going to have to get some help with her care. After researching my options, I contacted The Bark to set her up with their Board and Train program, with focus on anxiety and aggression. Well, the team at The Bark completely turned the situation around and got Juno back to the confident, happy & spunky dog that she had been prior to me over boarding her. Allison, the Board and Train Specialist and Auburn, the Certified Trainer on staff, went above and beyond to help Juno feel secure and to train her to better regulate the reactivity that had reached an all time high at the other facility. They also worked with both of us to show us how we could manage better together, considering my physical limitations. Allison, Auburn and the rest of the team treated Juno as if she were their own. Juno adores them and loves going to see them and to play at The Bark! Juno is playing fabulously with her new dog friends there!

My dogs love The Bark! I recently boarded my 3 dogs there for a few nights, and it felt like the first real vacation I’ve had in 10 years because I knew they were in good hands and I didn’t have to worry at all. One of my dogs is fearful and dog reactive, and she needs a dog-savvy pet sitter. Not only did the staff follow her instructions to a T, they took extra time to go at her pace and make her feel comfortable. I got report cards at the end of every day, and the staff really made me feel like they cared about my dogs like they were their own. They got to stay in their own little hotel room, and boarding them was less expensive than hiring an in-home sitter. Cannot recommend them enough!

I absolutely love this place! From the fact my dogs can run around and play without getting muddy. To the amazing fact that if it’s raining, dark, or to hot they have an inside area too. The daily activities or themes make each day unique experience. I go about 2-3 times a week, I have can have a drink, socialize or do some work and my dogs get their energy out. Both of them especially love the Rangers and the love they get from them!

Tucker, my wife, and I had an absolute BLAST at The Bark! Very affordable entry fee, wide selection of drinks (Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic), and friendly and attentive staff. I love that vaccinations are required, your dog must be neutered/spayed, and that your dog must pass a behavior test. For "over protective" dog owners like us it's definitely nice to be able to go here without feeling worried about whether or not everyone else's dogs are taken care of and will behave themselves. :D Will definitely be going back and highly recommend!

We’ve had nothing but excellent experiences so far at The Bark. Clean, creatively-designed facility… staff onsite who monitor dogs’ behaviors and help if there’s conflict (and refill the water bowls— so important!)… doggie friendly gift shop in the front… sun sails and seating… cold, canned beverages… super fun community activities like Dog Field Day and foam/water parties… I have no complaints! Heads up— harnesses, vaccines, and friendly behavior are requirements, but I appreciate this business’s dedication to safety and comfort for all. The Bark is a bit pricey, but the staff and their hard work is worth it.

First impressions:A much better dog park experience than a public one. It is a business, currently $12/day or $50/month.There were 10+ dogs of all sizes just having a blast even in the June heat.With the bar having great prices I sat under a sun sail and relaxed while watching all the play time unfold in front of me.The park ranger kept a good eye out for any hijinks which was awesome.The pup is more tired out and happy looking though than just after a walk so I may have to do the membership!They have classes as well, more $, that I haven't tried yet.Also doggy daycare and boarding that we've not done.Dog-friendliness: It's a dog park

If I could give 100 stars to them I would! If anyone knows me they know I have had the worst time over the last few years finding somewhere I could take all 3 of my dogs and feel comfortable leaving them. They each have their own unique personalities so they require different things to make it a pleasant experience. Harley our lab can be very anxious and fear reactive. It takes a special person to make him calm and feel comfortable a lot of places were scared of him or just left him in a crate the whole time. So needless to say it was a huge problem I had to solve. My dogs are like my children and if they aren’t happy, safe, and comfortable neither am I. With all that being said we FINALLY found the bark! They have exceeded our expectations and treat our dogs like family. They get to play, they come home happy and worn out, they got their own luxury suite they could all sleep in together, they followed all the special instructions I left, they answered my one million questions with so much patience and friendliness, and sent report cards every single day with pictures to ease my worries! Harley even got to play and showed no fear reaction at all. If you are looking for the perfect place to let your dogs have a wonderful time in a safe and comfortable environment this is the place!! Thank you @thebarkknox for taking such good care of my babies while we were on vacation they look forward to seeing you again and I will recommend you guys to everyone! I needed to board my beloved Nellie for Christmas and it was an emergency. The Bark team accommodate me very quick. Their boarding services are beyond amazing. They updated you with photos and videos about how your dog day is going. The personal really cares about treating your fur baby with excellence and care! I cannot recommend more The Bark! They are truly amazing!

After weeks of snow and rain, I brought my dog to the indoor park. The facilites are very clean and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They also complete behavior checks on every dog entering. I have a 3lb. dog and I felt like they cared for her safety as much as I did. I will be a returning customer.

The Bark is an excellent addition to our community! Hannah, the owner, is kind and professional. The staffs love for the dogs are obvious and they remember every dogs name! Plus, they sell a great selection of beer that is unique to this location. Their prices are totally acceptable and they even sell the cutest merch in the lobby. They have food trucks and special meet and greets for the dogs, Santa pictures, and doggy daycare year book pictures! I boarded my dog for a week here and she was so happy, they sent me pictures of her stay and the extra socialization with other humans and dogs helped my baby a lot. I also have done the training for anxious dogs through the bark and I must say she’s like a whole different dog! So much more confident and willing to approach people and dogs and cats! I highly recommend this place! 💖🙏🏻

The Bark is like the bar Cheers for dogs! Everyone knew my dogs name after just one visit to the dog park. We send our dog to daycare once a week and she absolutely loves it! I always know that my dog is safe and cared for when I drop her off. The staff are super professional, kind, and attentive. You can tell they all love dogs and truly love what they do!

I take my dog for daycare and the dog park and we love it! The staff is great and they have created a perfect playlist of music to listen to while you're there. Plus, drinks and tasty and affordable .p.s., definitely recommend the membership if you decide you'll go 4+ per month. The discount on daycare add up too!

Dunkin has had such a great time visiting The Bark! From food trucks to special events, there is always something for each of us to look forward to. An added bonus is the friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend!

We love the Bark and our trainer Danelle! My girlfriend and I took our first puppy, Georgia, to the Bark for training and socialization because we felt overwhelmed. She would not relax outside of her crate by herself, she wanted to play with every dog and was reactive, and she was full of seemingly boundless energy. We did the 6 lesson package with private training Danelle and we did the 4 group lesson package for puppy socialization. Both helped tremendously. At the play group she learned dog social cues better and when to stop playing. At training we worked on some basic commands like: leave it, release (drop it), stay, down. She was able to pick them up really quick with Danelle. We also practiced loose leash walking, calming exercise, (non)jumping games, and dog reactivity practice. Because of Danelle being amazing and our consistent training, a now almost 6 month puppy has significantly reduced her threshold, calms a lot faster, is a lot better at walking loose leash, and loves to be loved. Danelle has offered her support for us in and outside of the facility; she goes above and beyond what we’d expect! We love all of their trainers but Danelle has a special place in our heart and we are forever thankful for the Bark and Danelle for helping us out!

Our puppy, Rambo, absolutely LOVES going to daycare at The Bark! Everyone who works there is extremely friendly, competent, and communicative, and he always comes home tired and happy! I use The Bark for daycare, boarding, and the occasional beer @ the dog park. It is safe to say that my dog Willow and I couldn’t be more impressed. From prompt updates, awesome pictures, and very friendly staff, they go above and beyond for my fur baby. We’ve tried out several daycares and boarding facilities, but nothing has come close to the level of service and attention to detail that The Bark offers. Not to mention, they’re easy to get ahold of, answer any question you may have, and you can book services easily using their online portal. My only wish is that I would’ve found them sooner. Ollie and I had a great time at The Bark tonight. He made lots of friends, both four and two-legged. The play structures were a great bonus. Loved having the bark rangers on site, though for this group they weren't needed. It is a relief to not have to watch him as closely as I do at other dog parks. Totally worth the price of admission, plus I had an excellent Anderson Valley Salted Caramel Porter. Can't wait to go back!

A trained staff member is watching the dogs play and is ready to step in if dogs need to be redirected or take a break. All dogs are vetted and tested before they are able to play in a group. This combo really gives us peace of mind that our dog is safe while playing off leash with multiple other dogs. The facility is clean and their system is great (how they handle entering and leaving the facility). They have a great beer selection and shaded picnic tables to chill at while you watch the pups play. There are obstacles for them to climb on and plenty of water around. We also used the daycare service. My dog left both times happy and completely exhausted. Well worth every penny.

This review is specifically for the in-home and on-location training services provided by Auburn. She worked with our two dogs for the past six months or so and it was one of the best investments we ever made. Auburn is extremely knowledgeable and helped us better understand our dog's anxiety and how to handle it. We worked on reactivity, leash walking, 'leave it', and so much more. Training was an enjoyable experience for both dogs, and their days are filled with much more enrichment because of it. Thank you Auburn! Ollie and Pippa will miss you!

Doggy Daycare is worth every cent and the beer garden is a great way for both me and my dog to have fun. Auburn was excellent! She came to our house for a series of training sessions. We’d added a third dog, a high-energy puppy, and it changed the household pecking order. Mostly, Auburn helped us to better recognize their behavioral hints.Best of all - all 3 dogs now are great w recall! It was a safety concern. What if they got off leash in a dangerous situation.Auburn was patient and creative. All positive reinforcement. We’d hire The Bark again - and we’d ask for Auburn specifically!

I love this place. I was reluctant to take my dog to a dog park out of fear of other aggressive dogs, but The Bark requires a Behavior Pre-Check before you can use their doggy park. That put me at ease. Plus, they have staff who monitor the dogs in the park. The staff is friendly, and my dog always has a fun time there.

I highly recommend the bark for any service you need for your dog! We rescued our dog in July and she has been going to the Bark ever since and we have had a great experience. She just completed one on one basic obedience training there with Danelle and we would highly recommend her! She is patient and kind and very thorough with the training sessions. Our dog has made so much progress from her training sessions. We send our dog to to dog park, day care, and boards there and all of the staff is incredible and makes us feel so welcome.
