People were friendly and knowledgeable on the phone told the gentleman our situation and budget and he told me to bring info on what we got and they could hopefully come up with something.When we went to the store it seems like they are just there to upcharge you. Found the same model filter on Amazon for $250 less asked the guy if they price match he said they were the cheapest showed him my phone with the filter he was showing us and he said we'll guess you should do that then. Will never go here again.

Got 4 little sword tail fish. Absolutely love them! The employees there were very helpful. Definitely looking forward to a bigger tank and more fish! The kiddos love it.

I was very pleased to see beautifully maintained aquariums and stunning healthy fish. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They told us what supplies we needed to get our aquarium on the road to recovery. The prices of the chemicals were not expensive, and they told us the steps to take to bring the titration levels in line. By 6 in the evening everything was normalized and we had happy fish again. Go here and you won't go anywhere else. They earned our trust and business.

One of the best places to find and get exotic saltwater fish & freshwater fish. They grow their corals there and also have beautiful water plants for your aquarium. They have everything you need to start and/or maintain your aquarium. Very nice, friendly, and helpful staff.

This is an amazing store with very knowledgeable workers. They are well established and have been around for several years. We had the opportunity to talk to the owner who help us alot with some questions! Highly recommend this place if you are in themarket for fish supplies both saltwater and freshwater.

The Aquarium is our favorite, and best, marine aquarium and pond store in TN! I say in TN because we frequently travel to most of the larger cities in the state including Knoxville, Chattanooga, Memphis and Nashville. It's the best we've found not only for variety of items but also for the knowledge of the staff. They're very helpful but not pushy as many places are. If you guys read this you're doing a fantastic job! Every time we go in for pond supplies I get the reef aquarium bug again! When I do decide to set up another reef I know that I'll be able to find Everything I need here. If you haven't been here its worth a stop just for the amazing display aquariums! I've never had a bad experience here in the 15+ years that we've been customers! Great job!

Just love going here for all of my aquarium needs. They are very knowledgeable about aquariums and the fish that they sell. Tanner and Philip are awesome at customer service and knowledgeable about almost anything that you ask them about. Decently prices for aquariums and fish. Recently had to take a item back and my they honored the warranty and did the legs work to get the item replaced and gave me something to use while waiting for the new item.

Miscommunication almost ruined me getting the fish I wanted. Someone else could get the same fish but, they were "too small" for them to be sold to me. The owner fixed everything and I got the fish I wanted. This story needs better communication so everyone is on the same page.

Amazing setup. Very easy to keep adding things to the list. Once I got in, I immediately felt like I was at a tropical paradise. All of the staff that I had encountered were very knowledgeable about the sealife and the products they were selling. Out of roughly 10 stores that I went to searching for fish for my tank, this place had a more vast selection to choose from. I am now a lifetime VIP.

Probably the best aquarium store I've ever been to. They had equipment parts, plumbing parts, aquarium art on the wall, a well-stocked dry goods area that was well-lit, and the livestock room is nice and dark for easy viewing, plus the pond stuff all around the outside. Very impressed. It makes me wonder how any other aquarium store wouldn't do it the same way, yet they don't.

Excellent selection of fish (salt and fresh water) with a viewing area akin to a small aquarium. Well staffed and stocked with most anything I've needed so far. The only real downside is their parking lot, especially with a bigger vehicle when it's nearly full. The prices can be a bit higher than the big box stores, but so is the quality and it's of an amount that it's worth it.

Nice place and helpful staff. Large variety, but common freshwater aquarium fish are much more expensive here. I know, they quarantine them to see if they are healthy, I just feel like the mark up us a little much on common, everyday fish.

This place is amazing. Their collection of fish rivals the best Aquariums in the world. Both salr water and freshwater fish, plants and animals. The variety is amazing and each tank is clearly labeled with the names of each of the inhabitants. Many colorful corals and sea anemones some for sale some just for looking at. Very hard to find. It looked like I was turning into a hotel parking lot but was actually an access road not to the aquarium but to another hotel. The holiday Inn will be on your left after you turn onto the access road and the driveway is on the right just below the Hampton Inn's parking lot.

This place is awesome. I know you read and hear people's comments, and think to yourself Bologna. Well I have visited allot of saltwater stores with allot of advice. This place has the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. They will work and talk to you even after closing hours with utmost respect. They don't try to sell you the newest or most expensive product's. Instead they listen to you and advocate what would be best for your solutions. If you haven't stopped in this store then do yourself a FAVOR and just try it. Best time you will ever spend because their inventory and staff are GREAT!!!!Hope to see some other comments, and see you there.

They had a decent supply of fish and hobby supplies. A bit pricy for some items. Seems like they are trying to market to aquascapers. The staff was somewhat rude. No one reached out to help. At one point the staff was in the way (having lengthy conversation between themselves in front of plant displays). Water was all over the floor and drips visable all over tanks. They did have the figure 8 puffers I had been searching for, but I didn't purchase them as there was no one offering assistance.

Your go to place for any and everything related to freshwater and reef aquariums as well as ponds. They have it all along with a knowledgeable hardworking staff to help with any questions. I do recommend to stop by on a weekday afternoon when its less hectic so that way you can take your time to really browse the selection of live fish and aquatic plants.

Update: went to get our koi food and there are lots of kois out for sale! The people who works here are always pleasant and so helpful.*****What a hidden gem. They have everything about indoor and outdoor fishes and pond. The girl who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. We'll be back in April for plants and Kois.

They have hundreds of different kinds of fish, as well as snails, crabs, shrimp, frogs, turtles, and anemones. They have every supply and accessory you can think of, water plants, pond supplies, and much more. And perhaps most importantly, everybody who works there--including the young people--is very knowledgeable and willing to help. It seems like everybody who works there loves their work. I love this store.

Customer service could be better. Most of the time you don't know how much the fish or the corals actually are. They "accidentally " put the wrong price on the wrong tank. Be careful... double and triple check the price
