I am sick and tired of mu order always being wrong every time they get something wrong or don’t have what I ordered but only when its time to pick up Im contacting higher management and no Will you cant take me to lunch to talk about it! Your branch has the worst customer service and Im over it!!!!! The service just keeps getting worse. I was on phone for an hour and no one picked up today and yesterday I had to call back three times yesterday. I never got anyone today. How do they conduct business like this?

Shelby was very helpful and informative. We had many questions about our landscaping project and she went out of her way to accommodate us. Melinda was also very helpful. This is a large scale operation geared toward landscaping companies, but we were treated as if we were special customers.

Was in a bind and needed an anti-backflow valve and associated fittings for installation. Steve Ryan nailed it. Shelby is the BOMB!!!My 1st experience with SiteOne at Lovell Road could not have been better!! Autumn gave mr the lay of the land so I had a clue where things were.After walking the yard I realized I needed more guidance and that time was running out since they were closing soon. Shelby jumped in and saved the day! She could not have been more patient, kind, budget-conscious, and knowledgeable for my full sun plant landscape needs.Shelby made my 1st visit AMAZING!! I was undecided and had very little plant knowledge. She knew exactly how to give me options within budget without overwhelming me with too many choices. Our builder told us that we had to go to SiteOne Landscape on Lovell Road to look at landscape materials. Upon walking in and looking for someone to help us, we found Rick Durham. We could tell he was busy and yet he smiled, asked how he could help us, and brainstormed many options with us for a retaining and fire pit seating wall. We initially started with him and didn't realize it was almost time to close for the day so we went back the next day, and Rick again greeted us with a smile, and devoted so much time and attention in helping us come to decisions that will work best for us. He was friendly, had AWESOME customer service, was so knowledgeable and truly was exactly what we needed. We cannot recommend him enough and will definitely be back for our next project!

Very happy with our experience at SiteOne. Emma was exceptionally helpful. She assisted us in finding and purchasing flagstone and setting up delivery. We were extra impressed when the stone was delivered just a few days later. Cameron delivered the stone and was able to navigate a tight space to get it dropped right next to the installation space and was very friendly and helpful. After a frustrating few weeks of being unable to hire landscapers or find stone in stock, this experience was really pleasant. Highly recommend and will definitely choose them first for all future supplies or projects.

Robert Earley at site one is a grade A guy! He is always willing to help our crews picking out materials and giving his advice on best materials for our specific needs. He’s a guy you can always go to with questions and has a great attitude every time we have a conversation. He even will give out gifts when we have materials delivered!

Mel was so wonderful. He came to our house after work to evaluate our Encore Azaleas and tell us what we need to do to save them. He also was so knowledgeable about the other trees and plants and told us how to care for them. I highly recommend Mel if you have any landscape issues.

Thankful I went here first before purchasing stone at another supplier. Overpriced for the product and delivery, and certainly didn’t seem to want my business or even ask what my project was. They advertise as a wholesale landscape supplier open to the public, but they really mean "we begrudgingly sell to the public at super-inflated prices". The store is beautiful and well-stocked, and I'm sure that if I were a landscaper buying at wholesale it would be awesome. I've been in twice over the last year - once looking for shrubs and the other looking for river rock - and both times their "retail" pricing has been at at least 50% higher than competing businesses, whether local or chain. I would love to give them all my business, but can't afford to pay hundreds extra every year because I don't have a magnetic mowing sign on the side of my truck.

PSA! It actually opens at 7:30am. It would be nice if they updated their hours, so you didn’t get there at 7am and have to wait to get in.Aside from that - they have a good variety and good customer service, but it’s not any better than the other nursery’s around town.

I was beyond impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the irrigation Dept. The little guy behind the counter knew exactly what was wrong with my system and gave me the supplies, and knowledge, I needed to make the minor repairs myself,,, instead of calling an irrigation specialist to troubleshoot my system AND my wallet. I was so impressed with the lil guy behind the counter and his knowledge of irrigation systems that I am going to name my next child after him.
