They were awesome with my 86 pound dog!! Very nice staff. A little expensive but the bigger the dog the more expensive their medicine is. But I'm definitely taking my other dog there for her vet care too. They were really great people who actually care about their little furry patients. They deserve their five stars.

Excellent experience. I found myself in a bit of a bind to get my dogs vaccines last minute and we were in and out in ten minutes. The ladies did a great job with my big dog and it also wasn't as expensive as I expected. We'll be back for sure.

I recently visited this place with my 1-year-old cat who had a cat bite that needed attention. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. We were able to get in quickly, and the wait was only about 10 minutes.The staff at the clinic were not only highly professional but also incredibly helpful and sweet. They showed genuine care and concern for my cat's well-being, which put me at ease.What impressed me even more was that the services provided were very affordable. In a world where pet healthcare costs can sometimes be overwhelming, this clinic provided excellent care without breaking the bank.I highly recommend this place for all pet owners. Staff is very nice and super friendly! I had a lot of questions, since this was my first cat, and they were very helpful and gave me some great tips! Had to get an exam since it was her first visit, which was about $50, but was able to get her a prescription for 2 months of flea medicine and a dewormer shot for an additional $80 without insurance. I’ve visited a few other PetWellClinics, and they are always great and well priced for their treatment options.

The vet was so dismissive about what I asked, and said she only gave my dog a partial exam but charged me for a regular exam. She refused to wrap my dogs bleeding paw because she said my dog would just take it off right away. So I had to go to the store to buy stuff to wrap her paw since she refused and my dog didn’t even touch it, let alone rip it off.The vet tech I had was very nice, and apologized for the vet refusing to wrap my dogs foot.I usually go to the PetWellClinic on Emory, I definitely would recommend that one over this one 500 times!

Absolutely wonderful experience! My mom and I showed up 45 minutes before close they went straight to work. They were kind, patient, and very loving with my little guy. My dog is blind and basically deaf so he’s a handful. Will definitely be going back when we are in town!!!

The care of our canines was very good. The 3⭐rating is for pushing a treatment that I did not want. I expressed to all 3 people that I didn't need the treatment as I have no plans to board our boys. The cost per dog was $25.13. That's $50.26 that I did NOT want to spend.

I love this place! They’re extremely friendly! Very welcoming and its affordable! They treated my dog for a bite and didn’t hesitate to give me all the necessary pieces of information along with the right medication to treat his wound. So thankful for them! The staff and DRs are very professional and nice. You can tell they care about your pet. The Randolph location is very clean and even smells nice. The wait times can be long, but you are able to sign in online and save your spot in line which is a really nice process!

Quick Easy Affordable 👌Although my pitty was rude they took good care of both of my dogs. I will definitely return. You can stop in and just have vaccines done, which is amazing, or you can do an entire well visit.

Took in my normally super sweet dog in for an infected nail bed. The tech and vet were both super great with him, even after my dog tried snapping at them. They were very affordable and I was in and out in no time. We will definitely come back again! $117 for the office visit, antibiotics and pain meds.

Took my girl there and the whole staff was super sweet with me. When it came to shot time my girl is a 80 pound lab who was trying to wiggle her hips out of hold and they still were so sweet and kind to her. Great place, staff & wonderful prices.

This place is great! I came in to ask questions initially, the staff were all very nice and helpful and answered my every question. I needed to return with my cat but I knew my arrival would have been near their closing time, so I was expecting they'd encourage me to return the next day... nope! They were just as welcoming!

I will never use this place again. I took my dog in for a nail clipping. Simple. An actual Doctor, not a tech or a newbie, clipped her nails and cut it too deep causing it to bleed and he had problems getting the bleeding to stop and causing her great pain. She is 15yrs old and its hard to get her out as it is. Now I have to worry about infection on her paw pad and I refused to let him finish her nails. I will just stick with my Vet for all of her care. I am disgusted with this place. Never again. This was ridiculous and never should have happened. They rotate doctors and vet techslike milk at grocery stores so your never sure what you will get. I got straight up spoiled milk this visit and now have to take my dog to her vet to finish her nail jobs and check for infection.

I brought my puppy here because he had a red bump on his leg that wouldn't go away and I was worried. The vet that we go to didn't have any appointments available and looking online, I saw that PetWellClinic is a walk in clinic. Upon my arrival, everyone was so nice, welcoming and so sweet to my puppy. Luckily, the bump is not dangerous and I was so relieved. My puppy was sad when we left due to all the treats that he got 😆 I truly appreciate that they took us in right away and all the love they showed him❤️I definitely recommend coming here!

I purchased a puppy shot/care package that includes months of exams, care, shots, etc. and have been pretty happy overall with PetWell. I visited the Randolph Street location for the first time and thought the on-site vet was very knowledgeable. She was the only vet who informed me that my puppy had a hernia after multiple visits at another location.
