During our recent visit to PetSmart, we purchased dog food and cat litter and were impressed with the variety and quality of products available. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what we needed. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations and answering our questions. Prices were competitive, and we appreciated the promotions on the products we bought. Overall, PetSmart delivered a fantastic shopping experience, and we are happy to know our pets are enjoying their high-quality products. Highly recommend for pet owners!

I was impressed regarding their selection of Dr. Elsey's cat litter. They have many different types to choose from and several different sizes. This is most exceptional cat litter I've ever tried and I'm thrilled that I now have a place near me to buy it. They have so many cat accessories and toys also. They carry a wide variety of professional cat food also. You can get everything you need in one place.

If this place works for you great , please take this post as just my experience , my dog has been here before and came out great the first time , he does get a bit shakey with appointments but i thought if anything they would call and say nothing was able to be cut as he was moving or biting to much . I got the call that I wouldn’t have to pay for the cut and that he was biting and moving too much but all of his body was cut to almost skin and if that was the case they would have not been able to reach places if he was “ moving to much”. I understand if he is a bit much but I would’ve rather not gotten a service then a dog that I think wasn’t even washed or cut correctly. I did apologize for their inconvenience but i thought from the 1st experience everything would’ve gone okay. Just avoid this place if your dog is a pup and think they won’t have patience with them.

My daughter had an appointment for her dog to be groomed. When she arrived for her appointment, she was told that they were unable to shave her dog's hair. Prince is a maltipoo, and because his hair was a bit matted, they told her to take him to his vet to cut his hair because they were afraid that they would cut him? Are they experienced groomers? Could they use a guard on the shaver so they want cut the skin? We ended up taking Prince to the vet who thought it was weird that they would not provide this service. For $45 they shaved his hair and provided other services. They said they do not have experienced groomers but it was no problem shaving and bathing Prince. She never had this problem with her shiatsu at this same establishment years ago. This was the Morrell Rd. Location.

Love Petco, and their employees are the best, but when I tried to order delivery through their app yesterday it was a nightmare and I gave up. Called the store and they very understanding. Went through instacart today and it was a breeze, everything was in stock! Great store, work on the app.

Odie (dog pictured) has been going to Miss Lucy for grooming since November of last year. We swapped groomers from a smaller local shop due to their odd requirements. Was very hesitant to use a bigger store but was so very pleasantly surprised. Miss Lucy is patient and kind and seems genuinely excited to see him (it’s fine if she’s not but good on her for faking it). Love everything about how she cuts him. We’ve been back now three times and will continue to come back. Odie just received his summer cut. He’s a double coated dog so I asked her to cut him as ethically short as possible. He looks phenomenal!!! 10/10. First time cutting him this short but won’t be the last. I recommend Lucy for all other Australian Shepherd owners.

This is the only place I can find the filters for our cat fountains. They have a great selection of pet supplies and toys. Their staff is very friendly and helpful.

This location was so unorganized and chaotic. There was a training class and the trainer was yelling at the top of her lungs, which carried through the whole store. The class was also taking place outside the designated training area which made it impossible to get to the items around them. The cashiers were not able to keep up with their lines - one was way more interested in spending 5 minutes petting a rabbit than keeping it moving. I ended up leaving without anything I needed. Pet Supplies Plus is the better option imo.

I can tell you that you would probably be better off going to Petco than coming to this location. The store manager Gavin is rude and unprofessional. He does not care about his customers. At 9:05 while I was still in the building closed ALL the registers down with a drawer full of money laying on the counter which I'm sure is against company policy. Refused to sell me a fish due to it being 9pm. I understand they close at 9. However if the employees weren't huddled at the registers and came over to assist me before 9pm this would of never been an issue. Instead they approached me at 9 asked me if I needed help and then refused the sale due to it being 9pm. No way to do business.

Called ahead to make sure they could take my dog for grooming since she had a vaccine recently. They said totally fine. Showed up and was told they can’t take her after driving across town. They don’t know what they’re doing. Train your people better.

1-made my 2nd appointment for my little 5 month old dog Oliver for grooming. They showed an appointment had been made in the name of my 16 year old dog that passed. Bc he was so old, they blocked the booking This was their error Mgr was rude2-had to make new appt date but when I walked in cashier was very rude and told me I was not allowed in the grooming area. After the employees stopped I up I was allowed in3-went back to pick up my dog the minute I opened the door TWO employees yelled at me to stay out. I was furious. A woman came out and told me I could not go in bc they had a nervous big dog. I told her another way could handle that. One of the employees doing nothing could stand at the door, a sign apologizing asking customers to wait. This woman told me TWICE the employees did not tell me, they asked me. The groomer, Lisa, did a good job, was very kind but management at that store is horrid.

All of the employees are really kind and knowledgeable. We recently bought a second hamster for my son. The attendant was knowledgeable enough to ask questions like will he want to hold them. Because these either hate it or these are super fast.
