This was a last minute schedule appointment because our dog needed groomed but could not get into her normal groomer. Scheduled appointment online for 4:00 Pm. When we arrived and told them what we wanted our dog to look like and even showed a picture them and she was like ok. She told us they close at 6 so be back by 5:45. So we arrived to pick here up, her cut is horrible nothing like what we showed them. Between her eyes is a huge gap. Long hair left on legs and her nub is completely shaved on the tip. She does not even smell like she had a bath and her ears were still dirty. Never again will I pay 93 for this mess. I will definitely be booking our normal groomer for ever 6 weeks and never have to do this mess again. Very disappointed in the service received.It was not because she was not behaving, the girl told us she done great.

I had a great experience at Petco. It was my first time ever going to a Petco. I got my baby groomed For the first time they did a great job, and Leo was an excellent associate he had such good energy. Thank you, Leo! for doing such a great job and for making mine and my dogs visit to Petco enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back.

If you are looking for an amazing Groomer please consider Kaitlyn in Knox Plaze. She is consistant and above par. We just can't stop taking our eyes off of Tucker every time we pick him up.

First time having a dog that needed to be groomed other than a bath. Took my Pom to them. Tori and the staff were so helpful. Recommended different ways to groom and spiff up Jasper. The first 2 pics are after grooming. Love how he looks. Ready for summer!

I was quickly talked into joining the Petco Vital Care after a grooming appointment. I figured it was something I could cancel... it's not. You're locked into a 1 year contract and you're on the hook for the entire $300. I've done everything possible to get out of it but it's iron clad. It doesn't pay for itself, as they say. I'm having to strategically time shopping and grooming out by month and still won't break even on the deal. AVOID getting swindled into Vital Care at all costs!! Petco will probably respond letting me know what a value it is and how I can be using it (as they did when I tried to cancel 3 times) but they don't carry my dog's food or treats and I only groom him twice a year. So I'm shelling out a ton of money I wouldn't otherwise be spending.

They seemed to be a bit understaffed but the cashier was super kind and the lady working on the shelves was helpful. Jeez Louise dog beds and toys and chewys are expensive but that is everywhere. Bright clean store, I was glad to shop there.

Everyone was very friendly and the store was in great shape.I would like to see you encourage customers to reuse their bags so as to be aware of how plastic bags are horrible in MANY ways (billions of gallons of oil could be saved!). :-)I LOVE THAT YOU PROMOTE RESCUE! God bless you one and all!

We picked up sum feeder mice and the box they put them n b4 we got home with them they chewed out side of box and was loose n the car for 2 days. They need better boxes with smaller holes

THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER TAKEN MY DOG! If i could give it 0 stars i would!! Took my doodle here for a groom and they called telling us he was bad and tried to bite them. My dog has been groomed by many strangers and always been well behaved. I understand if he was biting for the groomers safety but i highly doubt that it happened, my dog has never had a problem anywhere else and always been good for a groom. What makes me most upset is that he literally had half of his body shaved. It was utterly ridiculous. How are you going to give my dog back half shaved!? Do NOT go here for a groomer. Unprofessional, lazy and ridiculous! Do not waste your money!!

Just had my goldendoodle fully groomed by Desiree. He came back exactly like we asked and it was a great time for turn around. I wouldHighly recommend her to any goldendoolde owner. Yes we are a little picky so rest assured your pup would be in great hands! Thank you!!!

Absolutely wonderful staff and a welcoming atmosphere. We came in with our dog after we had a terrible experience with another grooming company trimming her nails too short and leaving her to bleed- needless to say we were super anxious about a nail trim now. Our stylist Dez was super understanding and totally put our minds at ease- she took great care of Holly and had her nails done in record time. I would absolutely come back in the future!!

I love this Petco! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I can clearly tell they care about my cats, and give as much advice/recommendations as they can. I love their 10th free food bag program too. I do wish there was a Petco closer to where I live, but I’m happy to make the drive over if that means I’ll get quality care and products.

Good pet supply store, has facilities for bathing, nail grooming and vet checkups.Big selection of Dog Food and treats, fresh animal parts for dog treats like pig snouts, chicken feet, esophagus,cow bone, lungs and others, lots of Dog toys, harnesses, leashes, pee pads, treatments and medicines and a few clothes.They have supplies for other pets too, cats, birds, snakes, lizards and fish to name a few.

I've always been satisfied here. I do wish they'd carry the prescription diet dog food from Hill's that e ery vet recommends. They are 10 minutes closer to me than their competitor, who does carry the prescription food. Workers are helpful and sincere 100% of the time, which is difficult to accomplish. So that's a huge plus for me. I'd recommend 100% (prices are comparable to Petsmart)

I rarely give reviews of places but after reading other reviews of Petco and after my experience, I will say do not use this company for grooming. At least, do not use the Bearden location. It took me 4 attempted phone calls to speak with an associate, after 3 different disconnections on their end after a long hold. Then when I spoke with an associate, she was extremely rude. Do not waste your time. Very unprofessional.

Stopped into this location to return a few items. I purchased them more than 30 days prior & had no receipt, so was not allowed to return or exchange for store credit- a policy which I fully understand & accept- however the cashier could not have been more rude while informing me thusly. She could have given me the same information whilst also being polite & retained a customer, but I will never shop here again. She informed me that Petco does not train their staff to be polite to guests.

I believe the woman helping me may have been a manager. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find everything I needed. She was assisting other employees as well but never once did she get confused or irritable. This store is farther from my home than your competitors, however the excellent customer service is worth the drive.

So rude, took my dog in and they felt her and said they wouldn't be able to bath her because of her matting up so bad. I was okay with that but I didn't want to waste the trip so I asked if they would be able to brush her teeth, cut the hair between her paw pads, and pluck her ears. Once lady was very nice and said let me see what I can do another lady said no we will not work on your dog. I tried to explain to them that I did not want her to be bathed anymore just her ears, nails, and paw pads. They continue to say I can bring my dog in the next day to get shaved. Not once did I ever say I wanted to get her shaved. They were not very nice and would not try to understand where I was coming from. After they told me they would not work on my pup at all I bought everything to groom her myself and got most of the matting out of her fur. I understand why they reused to work on my dogs fur, but I don't understand why they wouldn't trim her nails, pluck her ears, nor trim the little hairs between her paw pads, when non of that has to do with her fur on her body. Like I said one lady was very kind but another lady was very rude and not welcoming. Would NOT go back.

I took my 8 month old puppy here for her first time being groomed and we were out with Kayla who was AMAZING! She, and everyone else I saw while there, were great with both me and my puppy! Plus she did all the little things to make our experience perfect. My pup was nervous at first and Kayla took the extra steps to sit down with her and make her feel more comfortable before taking her back. My little girl looks adorable and she did a great job all around, she even let me know things to help keep up with maintenance between visits!! Overall I would highly recommend and we will for sure be back!
