I highly recommend Becca for your grooming needs at Pet Supplies Plus. Bernie has terrible separation anxiety where he will violently shake in fear when I go to leave him or even when we’ve tried to take him for ice cream at Brewsters like he thinks we’ll just let someone take him home with them. This isn’t the first time we’ve come to see Becca here, but today was the first day that he saw her and wasn’t violently shaking in anticipation of me leaving him. Not only does he always look exactly how we talk about in our consultation, but she’s never had an issue with him being bad for her around his beard area like another groomer he saw there seemed to have. If you’re looking for the perfect person for your fur baby, definitely request Becca here.

If you regularly shop at PetSmart and Petco, this is a nice place to find a different variety of dog toys and treats. Plus if you sign up for their rewards card, they mail you a 25% off your entire purchase coupon at least once a month. It's also a lot less crowded than the bigger name pet stores, so it's perfect if you have a puppy in training or just a more shy/reactive dog that doesn't do well in big crowds.

Up until today, I had never really had any issues with this location. I placed an online order on 2/13, and never ended up picking it up. I did get a call about the order, and to call or it would be put back. I have a very inconsistent schedule, and was very busy. I didn't get a chance to call and quite frankly forgot. I should have been issues a refund. Upon checking my bank statement today, I saw I was never refunded, but the transaction had posted on 2/17. I called to get this corrected, and a very unwelcoming tone from the manager. Putting blame on me " didn't we call you?" Yes, you did. That's neither here nor there. Then a long pause. And an annoyed tone of " I will go and get it credited". Yes, yes you will. Did the employees take it home? I am assuming so otherwise I would have been refunded immediately. Not even an apology! Because of this, I will never shop at this location again. This is shady business practice and Laura shouldnt be a manager. I wasn't even rude. This shows they will steal your money for profit instead of do the honest thing. I will make sure corporate knows about this issue.

This store has been my long-term, high volume go to for our very large dog food purchases. We have been going there for a very long time. Do to an experience with Daniel in the Oak Ridge store, we will no longer do business with them ever again… we purchase at least $20,000 in dog door yearly, and will be finding a new location!!

I had been to another location before, but this one was just as great as my usual one. I bathed my dog in the self bathing section with ease and the employees were super kind. I'll definitely be back

My name is Richard Lee. My account is under Heather Lee. I have been using this location for the past 7 to 8 years and I’m extremely satisfied with the staff and as well as management. The store mgr. Lauren(?), Waylon and Rebecca have been very nice and easy to deal with and I can’t thank them enough! My only complaint is the amount your company charges for dog wash services. I used to pay $25 for a card and now it’s $60. These new charges have only gone up in the last year or so and in my opinion it’s absolutely ridiculous! I understand the price of inflation as well as basic economics however, I’m more than likely going to have to find another store to wash my dog Fulmer (blue tick hound) who is more reasonable to my budget. This used to be one of my favorite pet stores, but it seems the treatment of the animals has gone downhill very quickly. The ferret cage was dirty and the very active animals had little to no room, found a dead betta and another dead fish. Their birds have little to no room in their cages, all around very sad to see.

Laura grooms my dog. She does a fabulous job with her. My dog always looks and smells great after her grooming. Her nails are done perfectly and she gets a cute bandana. Very convenient shopping. Not a big, overwhelming pet store like some others. The new floors look great and the place looks really clean and organized. (I do not look at the pets for sale, so I can't comment on that part.)

Great experience at Pet Supplies Plus in Knoxville. The only reason I did not rate them a 5 was because there was no cart to transport my older large dog that has issues walking on certain floor types.

Took my dogs in for a wash. It was my first time doing it. When my dogs were puppies we just did it in the tub at home but now that they are bigger it has become much harder. Taking my dogs into a facility with tall sinks and a set up designed for dog washing made the experience much more enjoyable for me and my dogs. The staff were friendly and helpful. My dogs got lots of attention and socialization during the visit. They hate baths but they want to go "bye bye" again to see the staff at pet supplies and all the people with their pets. The staff Said the 5 visit card for washes will go back to 60 bucks in January, so I'm going to try to get another card or two before then. The soap they had that was shampoo/conditioner combo left my dogs coats super silky soft and smelling fresh and clean. The dogs seem happier after being pampered. Not only would I highly recommend this option, I'm considering it as a gift to owners of my furry friends this season.

Really disappointed in the state of their fish section. Several tanks had multiple deceased fish and other tanks fish were clearly suffering from ich which is highly contagious and if not treated right away, deadly. It’s obvious there aren’t regular water changes being done to keep these fish healthy. :(

Do not shop here for fish! When I was there recently, all of the tanks were absolutely filthy with algae and 80% of them have a note posted that the fish are being "medicated" thus not for sale. IF YOU CLEAN THE TANKS, the fish will live. Super disappointed that stores like this just DGAF about the living things they sell.

I’ve been going to this store for years & had gotten to know the staff pretty well. They were all so kind & very efficent. I never had to wait in line more than a couple of minutes. Ever. Recently, however, there seems to be a whole new staff & they aren’t nearly as friendly or efficent. I waited in a very long line today for probably 15 minutes. My puppy isn’t that patient so we’ll be goin back to Pet Supermarket from now on.

Went in there today to pick up some stuff. The girl on the register was rude and a complete idiot. The female manager was also rude and walked off when asked questions. I will never set foot in that store again. Petsmart will get my business.

They have a washing station that is clean and inexpensive,at least in comparison to grooming costs. Included in the price is the shampoo, conditioner, towels, use of the pet vac dryer and an apron for you. Prices vary by location and by how many baths you purchase at once. We bought a combo, 8 washes for $42, just $6 a visit!They have a station for small to medium dogs and one for very large dogs. Pictured is the small to medium station. Best part is I don't have to clean up!

First time here and will definitely return. I was looking for a safe healthy long lasting chew for my dog. Maya helped me and I bought two chews she recommended and my dog loves them. The young man at the cashier was nice too. I signed up for their rewards program and already saved $5.00The store is very well organized and very clean. I am very careful what I buy for my dog and only buy items made in America because my brothers dog almost died from treats made in another country and this store has lots of made in the USA treats to choose from. Great pet store.

I love thhe attention they give my dog and have received several great recommendations that my pup loves to this day. Employees seemed quite annoyed by their job and were more interested in sticking dog food bags than allowing customers to shop. Animals cages were rather dirty and they will not allow the public to use their restrooms...for "safety " reasons as I was informed.

I usually go to the location near me but they haven't carried my pup's favorite treats in the smaller size for months. (The size I get costs $9.99 and my location only had the $40+ option.) I decided to venture over to see if this location had the bag of treats and, sure enough, they did! The staff was super friendly and helpful too. I still plan on using the closer location for typical purchases but will make the drive to come to this location when I need those treats. I'm so glad to see that the quality of service is similar among the different places. It's just another thing on the long list of reasons I love this company.

Nice store overall had everything a pet would need. Went in to get some hay for my two bunnies. The brand I use was available. I was greeted as soon as I walked in which is always nice. I wasn't sure since this was my first time in this store where to go and as soon as I had that look of "I'm lost" a staff member approached me and asked if I needed help. I was shown exactly where I needed to be. The only reason I didn't give this store a 5th star was the price. Its a little on the high side other then that the store was clean, staff helpful and stocked.
