We brought our newly adopted dog in to get her first harness. After picking it out, she escaped her collar. The staff acted quickly to make sure she didn't get out the doors. They were attentive and very helpful after putting on her new harness to wear out as well as treating her and us as valuable customers. One cannot ask for better customer service.

We got our daughter her first aquariums was so excited to pick she set up her aquarium 5 gallons almost a week ago . She is so happy then we get to the closest pet store. We are told immediately they can't guarantee any fish for a 5 gallon aquarium. Ok,#1 I didn't ask , #2 who gets 4 and 6 dollar fish guarantees? They took something so special and made my daughter feel awful. Telling how badly the fait people treat their fish? We wouldn't have gotten any fish without doing our homework. #3 I am well over 40 chances are I have had aquariums older than the kids telling me and my 8 year old how we are going to kill her tiger placo and singel bubbel eye. Neither fish is an inch long. She felt so guilty 😔. We even said at first mention we weren't worried about any guarantees on these fish. The cashier looks dumbfounded when they say put my initials on the receipt so they can't bring thes dead fish back. Seriously thanks my daughter is hapoy she got her two fish in a year or so I will post the updates of hiw big they are now. We will not spend a dollar back at this store 😒. Customer service classes could benefit these people it is definitely is needed.

This pet store is amazing and helped with advice on what to get for our new puppy. Martin is an awesome individual that showed great customer service and was very knowledgeable about our specific breed. I’ve returned to the store on other occasions and Martin has recognized me and acquired about how the puppy has been doing. This store has definitely earned my business and it’s hard to find employees like Martin to care about what they do.

Ya'll, I have NEVER seen a more helpful employee base, and an abundance of knowledge, telling me things I didn't know about foods and ingredients, so thanks to Dustin, my Pit Bull Terrier has a new food that she WOLFED down the whole bowl as soon as I gave it to her, and I couldnt find my email that had a discount code, and boom! No problem, the cashier was very kind and still gave me that discount, wish I could give more stars!!

We recently got our pet ferret here. Everyone we encountered during our visits was very kind and helpful. The manager was very nice, even offering to hold the animal we were planning on getting for my daughter's birthday for a couple of days so we could surprise her. The animal is healthy and thriving in his new home. Would definitely recommend Pet Supplies Plus for anyone looking for a pet.

I've always had good experiences here. I love the little dog bakery section and my dogs love the treats from it. They have a good size selection of toys, treats, food, grooming, and basic preventative health treatments and the staff is nice. I will say if you are looking for a variety of dog clothes or crates their selection is limited but for everything else it's great!

Don’t come and buy fish their fish is terribly sick and they told me it was my water when I have many fish perfectly taken care of. They do not test water properly. And every time I came in they rather keep them sick than sale them to someone who takes care of healthy fish.

This store is such a wonderful place. It's big enough so that they have almost anyting I'm looking for and small enough that they remember you when you come in and always go out of their way to help you. They greet you every time you walk in the door and I have never been there one single time that at least one person didn't come by and offer to help me if I needed it.

They always have a good supply of what we need and have very courteous and helpful employees...like the Chick-fil-A's of pet stores. I like earning rewards points also and ordering online curbside pickup when I'm in a rush.

Claims to price match , but doesn’t! Showed them a Seresto supported website back by Norton and PayPal and an American company that plainly says Seresto supported with copyright and all contact information included and still didn’t. The cashier was nice, but management was rude. But that’s ok they managed to stick me for the 250+ for 4 collars. Will do my shopping online from now on. Would have today, but needed the product ASAP.

I shop at Mountain Grove Pet Supplies Plus regularly and due to my age ,require assistance lifting 25 lb cat litter bags. The employees there are super nice about loading my cart and then helping outside to put purchase in back of car.
