We've been happy customers for years! This location never disappoints in terms of customer service and knowledge. We have a loving, sweet senior pooch with lots of special needs. I know I can always depend on the staff to help me find the best solution to make her life as wonderful as possible. Every cashier, stock-person and manager at the store has a love for pets and a dedication to helping their parents. We will never go anywhere else for our pet needs.

Already left a review saying that the staff there is just beyond amazing. They have helped me out so much with all of my questions. Especially one girl whose name I forget but she wears white ear gauges every time I've seen her. She has been beyond nice and Beyond helpful

To be honest, I boycotted Pet Supplies Plus a while ago because of horrible experiences at a different location. I had even reached out the corporate office and never received a response.I'm not sure what made me go to this location the first time. I think I was looking for items for my rabbit that I couldn't find at Petsmart. Whatever the reason, I'm glad I gave this location a chance. I have NEVER had a bad experience here, and unlike the other locations, there is always someone saying "Hello!" When you walk in. The store is always clean and well stocked. Most importantly, the staff and management are actually friendly and helpful. This location should be used as the training location for the entire Knoxville area. The Cedar Bluff location especially could learn a thing or two or twenty from this team.Keep up the good work!

I haven’t been in this store in quite a few months because I’ve been really sick but I need to go in soon. Everytime I’ve been there the staff is so helpful but months back when I was there last, a guy helped me and my daughter pick out the correct things needed for our hermit crab and we also bought another crab. He had the best attitude and was so helpful in letting us know what the necessities were for our new crabs.They also have everything in the world you could imagine here. I only wish they had more of a selection of hermit crab shells. That’s the only thing I’ve never been able to find but I’ve only checked twice.Besides that, prices are good and everyone is nice. Really like this store.

Just off Kingston pike west of Papermill. It is an easy location to get to with an intersection with a light available. Store is always stocked. Good deals on products. Staff is super friendly and is always happy to help find items you are looking for. This is a regular spot for me and a great experience.

0 stars if I could. Employees were super rude & unhelpful. We were coming here to purchase a fish & the lady there didn't even want to give us the time of day. Before we got the fish she assumed we didn't have a tank and said "well before I get you your fish you need to buy a tank, go home & set it up, then come back."We laughed and politely assured her we had a 29 gallon tank at home already, set up with fish in it. The fish we wanted was a little higher up, and she said "is this one okay?" And I said no & showed her the one we wanted. She said "well it'll save me from having to get a ladder" so she got us that fish , it was a more expensive one and not like the one we wanted. We were in disbelief, and have never had such a bad experience at a pet store before. Never coming back here again!!

This locally owned and operated store has been completely remodeled and has all new staff. It is very well priced with a huge selection of natural and organic foods and treats.Has everything you need and is priced really low - I shop there for all my pet needs.

Big change in this store everyone should give them a shot. I shop psp over the other stores in the area, and out of all i have used this will be my go to store for now on. New management and new staff training quick to speak to you in the door and quick to ask to help you if needed.

I have never met a more dedicated staff. You can go to other pet supply stores but if you have a question good luck getting help. Here there is always a staff member ready to assist

Manager was well experienced in ferrets. Gave good indormation answered questions without any issues and made us feel comdortable with our purchase. Didn't try to over sell which gave us the impression of genuine honesty and cared about the what we were biying mkre than his numbers would go back any day.

I got like a $130 tank for my snake here for like $40. That's the only reason I've ever been here, but if you want a tank and don't wanna pay the value of the tank, come here. I don't know how they do it, but they do

Good variety, but not exceptional. Their aquatics can be either very healthy or deadly to your tank, depending on who is looking after them and when the tanks/filters were cleaned

They've always got sales on items or substitute items you need.Furthermore, they are all animal lovers. You don't find that in a lot of businesses. Accountants who love number crunching in a system? Plumbers who love water flow and hydraulics?As a result, a professionalism and conscientiousness exists in the staff that is hard to find in other businesses (maybe a requisite to working there is to own a pet.) For example, while they had several de-worming treatments, they were knowledgeable about solutions, discussed whether these were good solutions (e.g. the natural remedies), and strongly emphasized that pathology (stool sample/FAE) and a professional vet was best because of the number of species. I gained an appreciation of their staff, how to spend my money and what was best for my little kitten.

The store on Kingston Pike in West hills is the only one to go to. The manager is a great lady and employees are very friendly. I give the West hills store 5 stars.

Always friendly. Has sales on Miss Goldies treats on a regular bases.Sadly, they discontinued Miss Goldies all time favorite treats, those Made in America, vacuum packed ham bones. The ones that are steal juicy. I don't bother to buy those plastic wrapped dry ham bones. She loses interest in those after five minutes.

Great pet store. Can find just about everything you need for your pet. Pets are welcome in store as long as they are on leashes. Prices are usually reasonable.

To me personally this place is so much better than PetSmart the prices are cheaper the people that work in the store approach you and ask you what you need they help you locate stuff they're very nice and friendly they treat your fur babies like family
