Today was the first time I visited. I wasn't looking for anything in particular but really just wanted to check out the shop. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, which was nice, but then an employee basically chased me down to see if I needed assistance. I explained that I was just looking around and said thank you.Now, I have 3 dogs, 2 cats and 4 chickens so I like to browse every section. I was looking at the bird treats when I was approached again by an employee. Then I looking at dog food when I was asked again if I needed help. In the dog bone and treat section I was approached 3 more times by employees, including the original employee who chased me down when I entered the store. I was in the store for less than 15 minutes and approached by employees FIVE TIMES! After the fifth time I was just annoyed and went straight to the register when there was NO CASHIER?!?!? Seriously? There were enough employees to prevent me from browsing in peace, but there wasn't someone readily available to ring me up?I most likely will only be back to buy tennis balls because they sell individual ones at a reasonable price. I will not go here to casually look for treats, food, or toys.

Very nice store and nice associates. The employees are a little overly helpful. I work retail and I know what it's like to have to sell and what not, but either corporate or management needs to learn that overly approaching a customer and asking to help too many times can drive them away. Over-all, a good store though.

I used to like this store because of convenience and it carries exactly the brand and size dog food I buy. But I've just made my last visit.I took my bag of dog food to the checkout counter. Nobody there. Looked around the store. Nobody there. I went in the back room and found two sour puss employees chatting. I asked if one of them would please ring up a sale. One young lady with bright blue hair and a ring in her nose grunted, rolled her eyes, and said that she would.This store has two registers. One had a big sign that read, "Next Register Please". I had left the bag of dog food next to the "open" register. So, naturally, the employee said that she would ring me up on the "closed" register. I asked why that was as I schlepped the bag down the counter. Her exasperated answer was that she didn't know and that someone else was supposed to be working the register.By the end of the transaction, I told the cashier that she made me feel like I was a bother and that I didn't feel welcome in the store. Her response? "Have a nice day."Last time I checked, there was a big box pet supply on every corner in this town, not to mention the mail order places. I don't need grief like this. I will shop elsewhere.

The dog wash was only $10 and I got to use as much water soap and air drying as I wanted/needed. I have a big hairy dog and it takes quite a bit. I was very pleased. I was in a room by myself, not sharing AND it was air conditioned in there! What a blessing!

Very glad that this moved in down the street, we used to have to drive miles to a good pet supply store. I have gotten everything my two cats needed here since they opened, and now I have a dog I get everything there too. When I take him to the store the staff is very helpful in acclimating him to people and taking care of him.

Love this place and the staff. Grooming salon is clean and the groomer is great. You cant beat the great prices in the store too.

Very good pet store. The employees that work there are helpful and answer any questions you may have. My opinion is this is the best pet store in Knoxville.

I like this pet store because they carry a variety of organic pet foods that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. And it's small and convenient.
