Went in to buy crickets and look around at the fish and all the tanks are completely disgusting and disheveled no maintenance has been done to the reptile enclosures they had an odor coming from them you could smell before you even got to the enclosures bettas were dead sitting on the display case doesn’t look like they’ve had a water change in weeks the store itself was dirty hadn’t been swept or mopped in what I would say is about a week or maybe longer I asked where the store manager was and they said she had taken time off personally think the store should be closed since they don’t know how to maintain their animals properly I wouldn’t suggest this store for purchase of anything alive and they barely had supplies for home aquariums

Best Pet Supply Store 2024!They have just about everything you could ask for to keep your Pet fed, healthy, happy and comfortable!I found that it was easy to return a relatively expensive cat food (my cat Peanut is very, very finicky). They took back the 4lb bag that Peanut refused to eat even though the brand is just about the only thing he will eat.The employees were so attentive on my recent visit with my beautiful dog, Cara! We got Cara at Young Williams and don't know what to feed her. All my questions were answered and ara got a lot of love and attention from Connie, and Crew.You are going to live this Personal Store for your Pet Stuff!

The staff here go the extra mile to meet the needs of their customers. We had a very sick kitty that refused to eat. They worked tirelessly for weeks trying to help us find food that Snickers would eat, oftentimes giving us samples. Then when she died, they allowed us to return the unused cans for a full refund. I highly recommend them for your pet needs. They are wonderful people to work with.

I purchased a four pack of flea treatments for my dogs on Saturday afternoon. I put a treatment on two dogs Saturday night and went to put one on a third dog on Sunday morning. The one I got out of the package was empty. After looking closer at it I could tell it had been cut and all the liquid had leaked out. I went to the store and talked to a clerk and she spoke to the manager and I was told they couldn’t do anything about it because I had already used two of them. When she went to the isle and checked the other one they had it was the same way. She took it off the shelf so they wouldn’t sell it but said I couldn’t have a full tube out of it because her manager said not to take care of it. I’m a member there and will not be buying for my nine dogs there anymore.

I really wanted to like this store and they have a wide variety of things, but everything is so very expensive!I ended up leaving and purchasing things at pet supplies plus instead, same brands & quality for much cheaper 😬

I wish I had gotten the names of the folks that helped us a few days ago with the purchase of our rabbit. I think one of them was named Alex, not sure about the other person. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and very good with our two toddlers and that’s pretty hard to find. 11/10 experience.

This used to be an awesome place to shop but I’ve seen a drastic decline in customer service and drastic increase on prices, it’s sad when petsmart is cheaper. But what really bothers me is that they don’t honor there prices, when’ a sign says a specific price off a product I expect that to be deducted off the cost, but that was not the case and the so called store manager Alex was not only rude about it but clearly did not want to find a solution to the problem like managers are supposed to do, so instead I walked out after paying what she claimed was 20% off the product instead of the actually price deduction the sign read which would have been significantly more than 20%, I’m not a math wiz and even I could figure that out. I won’t be back, I miss the old manager, she was awesome.

Staff is always willing to help. They have a great price on crickets (one kind employee informed me of price break at 51) but 5 out of 10 times they’re out of crickets. Also I got a chinchilla there for my son for Christmas but he died before February was up. As far as I know we did everything required to care for him. One day he was happy and popcorning all over his big ol’ cage and stuffing his adorable little face with hay the next he was dead. There was no forewarning or any way of knowing that anything was wrong in order to get him to a vet or anything (RIP Shinobu) I conclude that this was not Petsmart’s fault. There was probably nothing wrong with the little guy. Maybe he choked. Who knows but compared to the little pet place Bearden Hill and that REALLY expensive place in west Knoxville near Home Depot they are FABULOUS. They’re at least willing to sell their pets. A guy at the Bearden establishment literally searches for reasons you can’t buy their pets and the west place doesn’t want to do anything at all the last half hour they’re open and they don’t even stay open as late as Petsmart.

I went to the pet supermarket on Clinton hyway and I completely love this store it feels so much more like a pet store when you go in their it's a wonderful experience go check it out and the staff are very pleasant and experience in what they have to offer their I am definitely making this my pet store to go too.

I take my corgi mix here to bathe him and everyone is always friendly and personable. Kendall helped us and she was so sweet to my dog. She offered him a biscuit after first asking whether he has any food allergies, and gave him pets. He and I enjoyed our visit. I will keep bringing him back. Thanks!

It is 6:50 pm on Sunday. I as well as 3 other customers are needing an item and your employees are just waving at the door refusing service. If you store hours are until 7 pm then it needs to be open until 7 pm.

We had a really rude reception when my girlfriend brought our dog in for a wash after getting sprayed by a skunk. We were turned away because as the lady said “it already smells in here.”

They are always so helpful. My Shih Tzu has bad allergies. The Manager has helped me so many times to try and figure out what food she can tolerate. I like that they are a smaller store because you get more personalized care.

The staff at this business are very knowledgeable and are always willing to help a customer at any time. They allow dogs inside the store and the dog doesn't have to be a Service dog.This store also has a doggy wash which is only $10.00 and they provide shampoo, conditioner, aprons to put over your clothes , and towels to dry off your dog.Although we have not been able to get our Border Collie into the bath yet because she is afraid of the spray noise, I like the fact that you can wash your own dog at your own pace.Also their prices are quite reasonable.

The staff is nice. I’m in here every two weeks to buy crickets for my gecko and I’m shorted every time. I was shorted 6 crickets in my last trip and 8 before that. Which may not seem like a lot but that’s meals for him that I’m paying for and not receiving. I try not to complain cause I’m sure it’s hard to collect the crickets, but I don’t have this issue when I go other places. Just count your stuff and make sure you are getting your money worth.

Despite the three stars, I actually like this store because he get in some really good aquatic plants and occasionally fish. Unfortunately the people that catch the fish for you don't usually have any good information for you and on this particular trip. I had to catch my own fish and rebag it because they couldn't tie the knot and keep the air in the bag. But like I said, despite that i do like the store for what they do order in...

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have three reptiles that require lots of crickets and worms. I've bought crickets elsewhere and they don't keep near as long. I enjoy my weekly pick up and my dogs do too. I buy them cookies every single week, they have a fantastic selection.

Do not recommend going within two hours of closing. Yesterday I called with a general question and I was told I'd need to call back this morning to talk to a manager, we'll my family and I decided to go make a stop by - about an hour prior to closing and they were decently busy. 1 register open, 10 people in line, and 4 employees standing helplessly at the register. I asked to speak to a manager and although I was just told 20 minutes prior that I needed to call back tomorrow to talk to one the lady proceeded to tell me she was the manager...... this is very poor customer service and if you have 10 people in line it should not take 4 people at 1 register to check people out.

I only shop at pet supermarket for items for my cat. But I have found great items and a wide selection. The prices are at least comparable to other chain pet stores. If you catch the discounts at the right time, you can save a lot and get some great deals!
