This is truly a pet safe dog park. My dogs absolutely loved every moment. The girls played with others dogs but I had to watch Penny. She can be a little bullish to other dogs that are larger than her but she tolerates small dogs and loves adults. None of my dogs have been around children enough. So far they have been kind although they bark to say high as dogs do. Anyway, this park has a split level so you can separate yourselves from the other packs. The lower level has a pond with a fountain and a trail around the pond. The girls got wet and ran themselves out for a hard night sleep, hopefully. They are children. Thank you for providing this park for your community and others. It was a real treat to go to this dog park.

This was our first time at the PetSafe dog park in the PetSafe Village campus. It is 100% fenced in, immaculately maintained and free to the public. Our dog absolutely loved it. The Knox county storm water pond inspector just happened to be there when we visited and he kept saying it was the nicest dog park he’d ever seen and he was definitely bringing his dog there. My son said he will definitely be bringing his dog back. She loved the multiple water features.

Have nothing but good things to say about pet resorts. I boarded my dog here when the winter storm came and we were stranded across the country. Alexis & Jonathan were quick to email back to us and provide us with reassurance that our pup was ok. I previously made arrangements with Johanna for upcoming stays and she was quick and made the whole process easy and stress free. Not to mention my dog loves going and doesn’t look back once while walking in😂 Thanks for making boarding my baby an enjoyable experience!

Just recently started bringing my dog for daycare and "enrichment" play groups. She loves going there (even though she gets put in timeout a lot lol)! Pretty much everything is done online, but I've always been contacted promptly whether I leave them a message by voicemail or email. Enjoy being able to see pictures of the dogs on their Facebook page. [Not sure about the boarding web cams, but the three indoor playroom cameras are very grainy.]

While traveling we stopped off at this dog park. We were pleasantly surprised that it had so much to offer. There was a gated area for my dog to swim. A separate gated area for the dogs to play at. The park was clean and well maintained. We were able to rinse my pup off with fresh water before we left.

Petsafe created a beautiful dog park. Lots of space for the dogs to run and play. Has a small lake for dogs who like water (mine don't)with a walking trail surrounding the lake...the only bad thing is some people don't pick up after their dogs

While being on the road we were pleasantly surprised to find this dog park. There was a gated area for the dogs to swim in. A gated area for the dogs to play in. My dog an I so enjoyed our time. We were able to rinse our dog off and even go for a walk. All around nice place.

If your dog needs to receive medication, avoid boarding here. My wife and I haven’t really had issues with them otherwise, but the past two times I have boarded my dog here, his medication has been giving incorrectly, despite multiple steps being taken to make sure that it was given correctly. We watched the report card closely both times, and they misled us after we called asking why the report card was wrong! They told us they gave the medicine correctly, but typed it in the system wrong. Both times we counted out the *exact* number of pills he would need while there, yet they gave us leftover pills back both times.During stay #1, the two medications were mixed up and given at the incorrect times. I emailed and did receive a quick response, but did not find out until pickup that only part of a dose of medication was given. After speaking with the assistant manager, Jonathan, I was assured that the person who made the mistake was disciplined and that staff had been spoken to about double checking medications. I was not charged for this stay, which was a good gesture.During stay #2 over Thanksgiving, I provided all needed medication in a daily AM/PM organizer to help try and mitigate issues. I noticed on the report card that his Thursday night medication was never given. I called Friday morning, and was told by the employee who answered the phone that my dog did get his medication, it just wasn’t showing up in the computer for some reason. Upon pickup on Saturday, I found out that that was a lie, as his medication was still in the pill organizer. They gave the meds before and after that one, but somehow missed one even after we called and asked.While Jonathan was nice, apologetic, and I would trust him personally, I just can’t trust the rest of the staff at this point. Fortunately my dog is just on anxiety medication and not something more serious like heart or kidney meds, but the levels of medication in his blood are still supposed to be consistent, and it does not appear that the staff takes med schedules seriously. Otherwise, his stay seemed fine and I’d like to give a higher rating because of that, but I can’t use their services again with such a serious issue being neglected, and advise others to take caution if your dog receives medication.

Fritz loved the water feature and obstacles. Plenty of room to run and explore. We were disappointed that other dog owners were not being responsible and picking up after their dogs.

Great part to take your dogs to its huge has a little pond with a fountain and a little stream that my dog seems to be in love with along with a tunnel, a jumping beam, and other objects to train dogs with.

Pet Safe Dog training has been amazing. They have so many different classes to chose from (from obedience to tricks to agility) to help you keep working with your dog. Taylor is so patient and knowledgeable. Absolutely amazing! So glad we found this place.

By far the best dog park in the West Knoxville area. They have segregation areas that are fenced separately from the main area for smaller dogs, elderly dogs or just dogs that don't get along well with others. On top of that there's several water features including a huge pond and a shallow area further up hill to splash around in.

This is my puppies favorite park. There is a small pond on one side that she loves. We see lots of dogs regularly, they are all so sweet. Definitely recommend this park.

Great place to take your pets for extended stays because they have kennels with indoor and outdoor combined and able to upgrade to multiple playtime visits by staff. Cats can stay too

Love, love, love boarding my German shepherd with Pet Safe! They take great care of him, they are very trustworthy. I love the portal they use to see pictures and get reports on how he’s doing.

Great park, and lots of puppers at lunch time. All the offices around the park are dog friendly so you get to see lots of dogs and their owners come out to play around lunch time. There is a shelter with benches, a water fountain for puppies, and a pond to play in/around.

the water in the pond is green and smells bad. there's not enough things for the dogs to do outside.Playground: not enough play space, need more things like volleyball set, kickballs and fountains need to be cleanedRestrooms: Not very clean.Dog-friendliness: since I visited the park I noticed there needs to be more places to sit, for dogs and humans.

It is a true dog park. Dog training apparatus. Doggy water fountains, grass, a pond... what more could a dog want. Very nice

We have used PetSafe many times for boarding. Our dog loves it there and is very happy when we drop him off. There is no guilt associated with leaving him when he is so happy to get there. The staff is wonderful and the facility is spotless.

We boarded our 3 young kitties (7 months and two at 4 months) in a 3 room cat condo with play time in the cattery play room. The staff checked us in quickly and were very friendly. I was able to upload shot records and pictures for each (the staff uses pet pictures so they can use names when around them), make a deposit for the reservation, and see our calendar for boarding. Pick it was very easy and quick and our kitties came back with full energy which tells me they were well taken care of.

Well staffed, clean, and safe place to leave your pet. Easy online drop off/pick up system let’s you remain in your vehicle. We love the kennel cameras that allows you to check on your pet while you are away.

This is my first time boarding my pup. I was super worried about her, however the staff was more than accommodating and super helpful with all my questions. They helped me feel at ease with leaving my baby with them.

Great place for my dog to run and play with other dogs. Not too crowded and lots of parking. A few obstacles for dogs to play with and a reservoir.

We have been clients of PetSafe Village for 14 years. We trust PetSafe with our fur babies and I know they are taken care of. I do wish it were easier to book services as they are always already booked up when I go to plan and I am not a super last minute planner. At least 5-6weeks out for all plans but still have a hard time.

Pricing does not include "pick up and drop off" fees. One night stay that should have been $41.60 plus tax ended up charging us almost $80 in extra fees. I did ask in advance and was not told of any extra charges. When I contacted them I was told it was listed in the "fine print" that I agreed to. Do not recommend.

I think I'm more in love with this park than my dog! It's so amazingly pretty! The other dog owners keep up with their dogs droppings. So the place is clean. My pup does not like pools or splash pads but he sure went into the creek right away. I could see his smile. Which made me happy. I love the idea of the hiking area. It helped in teaching our dog to be able to stay near us as we have been doing a lot of hiking all over the areas. I would 100% recommend this park to any and everyone. And hope more like this start popping up all over!
