Was extremely satisfied with the entire process. I made appointment online, dropped my car off after hours, and next day, received prompt service. Even on a Sunday, they were able to replace several radiator hoses and had it ready to go by noon. All communication from them was very courteous and informative. Easiest and fastest service I have ever experienced when needing a car repair.

My Jeep had some issues. We heard a pulsating sound. Then, a clunking sound. Hubby got out to see what was going on and noticed that we only had one lug nut and several studs broken. We were being watched over.I called a 24/7 and spoke with Casey, who was very helpful. He told us how to get to Pepboys. Hubby took lugnuts from spare and got us there. We slept in the jeep in their parking lot. It turned out to be the hub assembly and ball joint, and we needed 5 lugnuts. Pepboys took good care of us.

I stopped by here on 3/4/24. This was my first visit here. Joseph and Robert were very friendly, nice, funny and professional. Had both of my headlight bulbs changed out in a very timely manner. I was very impressed at how quickly they had me taken care of. Will definitely be back. Great job guys! Thank you!

Went in for oil change but I knew something wacky was going on with my front end because it sounded like a helicopter. They were not able to complete the work due to a full garage so I asked if I could come pick up my car because I have kids and needed my car back. The assistant manager then drove my car out of the garage and called me back and said I know you have kids and I don't think it's safe for you to drive this. While I was upset I couldn't have my car back, I was so thankful for his honesty and keeping my family safe. The work was completed promptly the next day. This location and staff never disappoints. Robert, John, Canaan- they are all great and I'm thankful for their work.

The service is beyond disappointing! We've been here for over an hour just for one flat tire, only to find out they haven't even started because the technician is on lunch break. It's frustrating that they didn't inform us earlier, especially when we mentioned earlier we're on a road trip with hours left to go!

Great quick service when I was in a pinch. Damaged my sidewall the night before and needed the car for work today. Got me in within 10 minutes of a phone call and had my tires swapped in about 30 minutes. Saved my day, and with a car that takes less common tires to boot.

Plain and simple. This location was understaffed and provided poor quality work/customer service. I came in for a scheduled oil change and alignment and left with worse alignment. Came back to get alignment addressed and they made it worse. No offer to make it right, just a refund… my steering wheel is crooked.

I was told my car would take an hour just for an examination. I dropped it off at 9am. By 3pm they said they were working on it. At 5pm I was told they didn't even start. I got my car back at 6:40pm, with only an examination having been done(not actual work/repairs)

worst place to get extorted for work that Will not be done on your car in any reasonable manner or time. lying workers. tried to hold my car hostage for a little 40$ "diagnostic" they never ran. told me it would take 4 days to find pricing on a part that they retracted and said no longer meeded to be replaced. theyre just making stuff up at this location and honestly a 5 year old hot wheels engineer is 10x more reliable.

horrible service. my fiancé took his car in to get 4 brand new tires and a alignment, everything on the car was working PERFECTLY okay when he dropped it off to the shop. when he returned to pick his car up they informed him that his drivers side front window would not roll back up and that they could fix it for $500. all 4 windows were working PERFECTLY okay when the car was dropped off, he had even went through a drive through to get some food before dropping the car off, the window rolled down and up PERFECTLY fine, but as soon as he dropped the car off all the sudden the window does not work anymore and is going to cost $500. absolutely ridiculous, sounds to me like they are trying to get money out of people for issues they have caused. don’t think it’s a coincidence at all that the moment he drops the car off the window stops working. be careful taking your cars here. we have a family to provide for and now have a very unnecessary bill added to the plate because of their services.

The “Boys” always take good care of me and my family here. It’s almost always timely and they tell it to you how it is. Robert was super professional and friendly when I came in and asked to check for some precautionary things, and he helped show me that all I needed was a simple oil change.

Asked tech to just break loose and O2 sensor which was done for no fee but they loosened the wrong O2 sensor so I returned to have them just break free the correct O2 sensor without changing it since they loosened the wrong one and now it is $88 after spending approximately $1700 at this shop in the past 3 weeks. I also paid for a "diagnostics check" 2 weeks ago for them to tell me I needed another one for another $100 but couldn't tell me which fuel injector was bad. Ultimately I paid over $200 for them to read my codes not diagnose the problem which I had already done myself with a $50 obd code reader. On top of all this I paid them $73 to tighten one not on a ball joint and $17.28 for shop supplies when all they used was a ratchet and socket. I most definitely did not get anything close to value for my money. Oh and one more thing I just had them install 4 new tires 2 weeks ago and their report says that they are already worn down to 8/32 in 2 weeks when they started out at 11/32 which is nowhere near the correct assessment because they weren't actually checked at all even though their report says they were. They thought they could "pull the whool over my eyes" but I tested their honesty and this is what I found. NOT HAPPY WHATSOEVER!!! 😞😞

Booked an appointment and took my car in for an alignment and oil change on a Sunday. The guy at the front was really nice, he was busy but was good at helping everyone get in and out (the only reason for 2 stars). I dropped it off and when I came back to pick it up, it seemed like nothing was done. Alignment was still very off, oil change light was still on, so I thought maybe it was a bigger issue; I also didn’t have time to wait around for them to do it again. Took it to a different shop the next day, and had to get the alignment re-done. The mechanic at the second shop thought I had just brought it in from a wreck the alignment was so bad. He said, verbatim, “whoever told you they did an alignment on your car yesterday, should never work on a car again.” Not sure if anything was even done, or if they just ripped me off for $200, which really turned into $300 after having to get another alignment done.

Tecs are sailsmen first then mechanics second will try and sell you on un needed repairs. Went in for a plug in my tire tried to tell me my charging system and check engine was on I checked myself at home no codes. Trying to sell un needed repairs.

Save yourself the trouble and don’t take your car here. I took my car there because i had a flat tire and it was the closest place to me. I paid $688 because they told me i needed to replace all four tires. Well less than 2 weeks after my tire blows while I’m driving! I called to speak to someone about it and they were super rude. I brought it in for them to replace my tire and they charged me another $53 when i purchased the road side hazard and it was their fault it blew!

The staff at the centerline drive location are the absolute best!!!! They got the nail out of my tire in 5 min! We were in and out in 15 min!!! This was such a life saver because we were trying to get home to Mississippi before a storm. Thanks!!!!

3 1/2 hours for new tires, and when i got on the interstate, the whole truck was vibrating really bad. I took it to a different tire shop the next day and turned out all of my tires were bad out of balance. They suck!!!!!!! Go somewhere else.

Diagnosed a possible blown headgasket, but it was a broken radiator cap. Took my car in because the coolant was bubbling. They flushed the cooling system and told me it was all good. Took it for a spin and the coplant was bubbling again. Brought it back and they told me they think it's my head gasket and to drive it at my own risk. I get it home and am topping off the coolant when I see one of the rubber seals is broken on the radiator cap on the overflow tank. I replace the radiator cap and the problem goes away. No refund for the coolant flush and they didn't use the coolant I had brought them, but they did replace it when I brought it the car back without charging me. I guess that I expected a professional mechanic to check the radiator cap rather than almost giving me a heart attack with news of a blown headgasket.

I had purchased new tires at a competitor down the road and I was asked by them to take my car to Pep Boys to see if they could remove the lug nut from one of the tires which was stuck. Apparently, this is a thing because when I got to Pep Boys, they knew exactly what I was talking about and although they were super busy Shawn took my car and not only got the lug nut unstuck but also replaced it with a brand new one that I purchased next door. It took him less than 20 minutes at no expense to me. Shawn at Pep Boys Rocks!!!
