They've always done a fantastic job grooming my dog, Riley. Each groomer we've worked with has been wonderful, and the prices are reasonable. I also love the pictures they send after each groom. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a groomer.

Spotless facilities. Very animal oriented staff, treated mine like their own. They did an excellent grooming of my long haired Chihuahua and he sailed through like a spa day. They even did the nails of my short haired Chi, who didn't have an appointment.

Great experience! My sweet girl turned out so adorable and the groomer was professional and kind. I felt like my little dog was safe and taken very good care of during her time there. This was our first time and will now be our regular groomer. Our previous groomer moved out far away so I am so thankful to have received the referral to PAWS!!

We LOVE Paws Pet Grooming! Our little Maltese, Nico, is terrified of being groomed. We have tried several other groomers and have been told that they just couldn’t make it work. We were so surprised and delighted when Paws’ groomers took care of him! They took their time and helped him trust them, and he looks so handsome! We are so very pleased! We will definitely be back! Paws treats your fur baby like its their own.they even let you go back to where they groom the pets. Staff is fantastic. And they do a wonderful job on trimming and try to do like you want your fur baby to they Iook. I love the place.

This place couldn’t care less about your dog and treats them like crap. We set an appointment at 10 a.m a month ago. Around noon we checked in to see the progress because it definitely should have been done by then. They said a couple more hours. At 2:30 I show up to pick my dog up only to find they haven’t even touched him yet. He spent 4 and half hours in a cage and never even got groomed. They don’t set appointments for time just for how many empty kennels they have so they can get to it whenever they feel like it. My poor guy drank an entire bowl of water when he got home. Not to mention when you voice your concern about all these common sense things they are the most unprofessional people on the planet. Which doesn’t surprise me the way they treat animals. Do not go here unless you are fine with your dog sitting in a cage without food or water for 5 plus hours. Be better

Today was Layla’s first visit and needless to say they did a great job. She looks great! Briana did great. The staff was very friendly and did exactly what I asked for. They even called to ask if they could shave her legs a little shorter cause she had some hair knots, which no other groomer has ever done. They made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely be a returning costumer.

I absolutely love this place. I had tried a couple others and was totally dissatisfiedI found this gem over in Powell and take both of my Corgie's there. All the groomers are outstanding here! Lisa is usually who grinds our three dachshunds Elvis and Doobie and Sassafras nails down for us. We also bring in an English Bulldog that is a family members. She is so great with everyone. We are usually walk ins. She is very fast and always nice, our dogs do really well with her. Its always very clean and tidy inside. We drive an hour just to come here. I highly recommend Paws.

We are visiting from out of town and naturally, our two dogs found a mud puddle at the Airbnb and decided to roll in it as soon as we got here! We called probably 10 places and some didn’t answer, some didn’t have availability. Paws didn’t hesitate at all to fit us in and even said we could bring them in to wait since we couldn’t bring them inside our Airbnb! My black & white pup was the worst and he looks so good now! They even cleaned off their collars, we are so appreciative. Thanks for helping us get our week back on track!!

I brought my dog, Hero here for the first time. He had a bad mat in his face so they had to fix it. We were very nervous because they had to cut him so short but when we picked him up we loved it! They did a great job and we will definitely be back!

My wife took our small dog here today and we will not be coming back. They had our dog for four hours just for her to look like they quickly buzzed her. She even has a matte in her hair still. This is the second time this has happened with this place, we just assumed they were having a bad day the first time. Also, train your staff to not give people a weird look when they tell them what kind of haircut they want their dog to have.

I love PAWS and have been using their services exclusively since I arrived in Knoxville. I have a sheltie who requires a massive amount of work when getting groomed. They are tedious to groom him to all the little specifications I request and he looks so dapper every time we leave. Highly recommend!

Max looks great! He was matted pretty bad and I realized I wasn’t brushing his fur correctly. They showed us how to brush him and the correct brush to use. We were very happy with the service! 😊
