This is by far my favorite Kroger in town. They actually keep there aisles the same ALWAYS, this way I know I can get what I need quickly and efficiently, if I’m in a hurry I can be in and out in 5 minutes. As customers we thrive for consistency, quality, and value. This Kroger checks all the boxes.

Kroger should probably change their hours. They close at 9:50, not 10. What we needed we would have been out before they closed, 2 items. Guess we can take our business elsewhere… we were literally blocked from entering the store.

My favorite Kroger in the city. Extremely nice staff, consistent organization. Good selection of goods without the store being huge. I really appreciate the smaller footprint.

Love the digital deals at krogers. Great bundle prices on drinks and snack chips as well as many other options. Plenty of self check out machines also has fresh fruits and meats

For the third time today in the last month, I went in to this store between 6:00pm and 7:00pm and was told the Deli is closed. Twice by the same girl from tonight. Sean the manager told me, the deli is open but it wasn't....I'm beyond furious with this location.. This location needs new management. Sean was nice but he's completely unaware of what his employees are doing...

I was told I couldn't carry my backpack in the store. They wanted me to leave it with the clerk at the checkout desk.I thought it was ridiculous that they didn’t trust me to walk around the store with my backpack after shopping there twice a week, for years, but they wanted me to trust them with it.Why tf would i hand over my bag to people i don’t know. I have some valuable expensive items in it, and my backpack ain't cheap either.I carry my backpack in after school, and hitting the gym, because I ride the bus. And I put some of my purchased items in it.Also, there was this woman with a kid next to me in the store carrying a shoulder bag almost the same size as my backpack. Why is her shoulder bag allowed in the store and my backpack isn't?? Is it because she's a female with a kid, so that makes her more trustworthy??If someone would attempt to steal something in the store they always get caught, don't they? So what's the problem if someone carry a backpack in the store?Don't you have Security cameras in the store??Just because someone carry a backpack in the store doesn't mean they're suspicious and it doesn't mean they're gonna steal something. The woman with a shoulder bag could be the real thief but she's allowed to carry her bag in the store.The double standards and hypocrisy of some people is ridiculous.

The bathroom was disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. Can’t believe it was that bad I mean seriously. It looked like someone wiped the toilet seat but didn’t clean it. I was just biding Knox and was first time to any Kroger won’t go back to any ever seriously security was overly intimidating too

Friendly people,will go out of there way to help you find an item. Always clean.. in the morning the usually have one person on register and you wait a little longer but other than that GREAT

Not a great experience. Layout was confusing, cheese on special was in one place and the rest of the cheese was halfway across the store around a corner. Poor stock that day (potentially related to general shortages) but they didn't even have spots on the shelf for several items on my list that I usually purchase at other local Kroger stores. Only two checkout lines were open, 4 carts deep, around 6pm on a Friday night, and this didn't change much while I was there. The store was fairly clean. No employees anywhere to help with finding things. Produce seemed fresh, reasonable selection. I won't return, there are much better local options for Kroger stores.

This problem has been resolved. The restrooms have been updated and are open. A much needed improvement. They are trying to update the whole store.Stopped in to get groceries today and had to use restroom first and both restrooms closed with yellow tape across the door. Unacceptable Kroger. This store has lost my business.

To the employees who denied me a restroom when I needed it most honestly you guys are absolutely terrible people and for you to even laugh about it when it’s an emergency situation makes it even more terrible the lack of empathy is what really matters somehow one of the employees couldn’t find the key to the bathroom and the other one decided to laugh about my situation which it really wasn’t funny at all it was a dire situation so thanks a lot you guys really helped me feel better in a needed situation for sure. I hope those teenage girls get fired

Bought a cheesecake from this location, it was rancid. Had to throw the entire thing away. Will not shop at this location again. Absolutely disgusting.

Just had a very negative experience at the checkout not happy with self checkouts at the best of times but when I vented my card information my pin and told that it's approved and then I'm going to receipt to leave I'm not happy. I'm also not happy when the people that was supposed to be helping you I just standing around having their own conversation. Customer service if there's not disrespectful it definitely is

Decent store. Good products and laid out well. Sale coupons and the in-store card are good too. The pharmacy is lacking however. Service has always been friendly and knowledgeable. They just never have your medicine in stock. You always have to wait a week or more to get it. My suggestion, if you need a script filled, is not too have it called in. Carry it with you. So, if they don't have it, you can just go somewhere else... If this happend once or twice, or if it only happened to me, I wouldn't complain. Yet, because it has happend to my wife and other family member, I've decided to let everyone know

This Kroger’s produce is not restocked throughout the day. I was there at 2 pm yesterday looking for cabbage. All cabbage was gone. Asparagus looked awful. No one appeared to be working in produce. Strawberries were few. It’s ridiculous how this store is managed. It is never fully stocked and at times the produce looks awful. It doesn’t make sense that you have to dry to another part of town to a decent Kroger’s. This store needs to be improved !!!!!

There are two reasons we go to this Kroger. Boar’s Head lunch meat, and distance from home. Our last three visits, the deli was closed, counting today. A Sunday, probably the day most people grocery shop and right before a winter storm? So we won’t waste our time coming here anymore and will go to Publix from now on. I think the manager just isn’t good at this job.

The most deplorable conditions of restrooms I have ever encountered. I did not want to be that guy to leave a review like this. Something must be done about the restrooms located at the front of the store. I asked one of the associates if there was a different Bathroom I could use. He directed me to the rear of the store where there are restrooms for associates. Please Kroger and get this fixed.

My favorite Kroger in town. Although it may be in a part of town that many do not like, the staff's customer service and friendliness make it well worth it. It's very clean and well stocked and the employees are very friendly and professional. Makes the visit well worth it.

Only 2 Registers open lines super backed up. Have to wait in line at the self-checkout behind five other people for roughly 15 min. The lady working the self-checkout reflected she clearly didn't want to be there. Store itself seemed ok.
