Enough parking, by the main toad and easy to go to. Checkout of groceries can take time due to less work force but still ok. Store design is a bit dull and lack luster

I was doing some quick shopping when the cashier Deja proceeded to rudely tell me “you guys can help bag the groceries” as if she was giving me an order and I replied “oh I didn’t know we were supposed to help” (I really didn’t know to help as many times I’ve been to Kroger, nobody has ever told me) later making a nasty face at me. I barely go to Kroger and I wouldn’t mind to help but the attitude was no need. No wonder last time I came in some customer was cussing her out.

If I could give 0 stars I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, what ever lady is answering the main phone is already having a bad day at 6am, I just needed some assistance and she proceeded to be extremely rude and even hung up on me. Kroger is definitely going to have more complaints, she needs some customer service training.

I live across the street and I frequent this store often. Really don’t appreciate being made to fill like thief… as I go through the self check out. The old rude red hair lady didn’t take her eyes off me. Very uncomfortable and unwelcoming feeling. With a full cart of food. One of my items came out of the bag.. and she still accused me like I was stealing..

This mall had to of been an amazing mall sometime in the past. It's clean and nice, however most store are empty. It's like a ghost town.

This is OSHA approved but you don't tell the customers that it gets into the food they are eating. Why wasn't anyone helpful at the store. Contact OSHA and see if they missed something because the clothes and napkins are losing dust. Real bad. Couldn't see it.

Very easy to get in and out of this shopping center. It was my "go to," when I lived in Sequoyah Hills.

NEVER HANDICAP CARTS THAT WORK. THIS IS WHY I CHOOSE TO SHOP THERE AT NIGHT ALTHOUGH IT'S NOT MY PREFERENCE TO BE OUT AT NIGHT

Stopped at this location and they were out of a few things that I usually get. Felt some frustration but was able to chat with two wonderful managers Nick and Leon. They definitely made me feel valued as a customer and as a person and I surely we'll go back to the store more often than I've been shopping for over 20 years there. It's great to have managers who stand up for their customers and truly care about them.!

It was about 7:30 PM and I was trying to find something in the Bakery. And when I gave up I asked somebody in the deli area and they told me that Everybody gone home and they will be back tomorrow but if you'd not find it outside then we do not have it. I wasn't happy with their answer so when I was going back to the bakery again. I saw another lady on her cell phone behind the line. So I asked her about some kind of cake she said I'd not worked In this section but if you did not find it outside then we do not have it. I think it was better for those guys to direct me to some person who knows something like a supervisor or a manager, Instead of giving me unprofessional answers. Thank you.

Much cleaner and a better clientele than the Kroger in my neighborhood on S. Chapman Highway - but what's with not providing any staffed checkstands? I'm confused by stores building multiple checkstands but never providing any staff. There was a long line at the self-check because people were being made to scan their own carts full of stuff. Come on Kroger! Self-check is for a few items, not forty. Take one of the many staff people you have just standing around, and put them on a checkstand.

As the only African American in the store during my visit, I really appreciated your loss prevention/security team following me around. Crazy how the same two guys followed me around the store, from the produce, to the dairy aisle, all the way to the pet section pretending to look at items but not grab a single thing. Like are you for real? If you guys were going to follow me around, you could’ve at least helped me put the 40lb kitty litter in my cart that you saw me struggling with. So much for southern hospitality.

It was a very pleasant experience as usual. The young man at the self-checkout was very helpful with the digital coupon that I did not know how to use. A very big thank you to him.

Only 5 stars because of the employees Jalen and Brian. I went in at around 9:45 PM and only one self checkout station was open and one other checkout with only Jalen and Brian working. With plenty of customers and me temporarily breaking the final self check out (sorry), Jalen and Brian were able to get me out in a timely manner and were still so polite in such a stressful situation.

Fine store. But when they close off one of their entrances they entirely remove anyone's ability to get to the riding carts for those with disabilities, meaning I cannot shop here past 9pm because they have blocked off the carts I need to use to be able to move through the store without seriously hurting myself. Pharmacy also has a habit of giving me the wrong size needles and occasionally even the wrong doses for my prescriptions. Please reconsider where you store your riding carts so that disabled people may shop in later hours of the day.

Irreverent, insensitive, and mindless staff, and one bagger had body odor. They also overstuff your grocery bags. So much so that, on one occasion, one of my bags that had a jar of sauce in it tore through the bag and busted in the parking garage where I live. In a rush to clean it up so no other cars would run it over, I ended up cutting my finger. I gave Kroger another chance and was disappointed and embarrassed for reasons I won’t discuss here. Never going here again. Too much aggravation for no reason.

Very helpful employees. The cashier was very polite and had a positive aura. Which is exactly what this country needs more of. Especially during these times. Upbeat and positive people in the customer service department. Thanks to all who risk their health and safety just to make an honest living.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is organized and clean. I appreciate the disinfectant wipes at the entrance for carts. They constantly have savings and deals, and a great assortment of organic products.

I just wanted to say that Vivian and Isaac at this location are awesome. Yesterday I went out to look for a very specific houseplant. Mind you I have looked everywhere for it. Issac mentioned that Vivian wasn’t in but would be in today. He told me about their shipment coming in today as well. This morning I went back over and I met Vivian. She was so kind and helped me look through boxes they hadn’t had a chance to go through yet. We found one! Vivian was happy for me! These are two wonderful employees and I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Thank you so much!

The products were organized but many dairy products felt ...like there was schmutz on them. The cashier was unhelpful when asked how much the order was I was told 'its listed rightthere' if I could see it listed right 'there' I would have read it on my own to begin with. When asked several more times how much it was I was told 'it's on the screen: you pay with 'that' machine. So I paid with my card instead of cash since the cashier was unable to speak the amount out loud. Go here for the products I suppose not the service.

Vivian in Floral Dept. was exceptionally helpful not to mention pleasant, professional, and extremely personable. She made a beautiful arrangement for an upcoming memorial service I will be attending. The arrangement was as nice as, if not better quality, than any local stand-alone florist I have ever seen. Thank you, Vivian!

Compared to the Kroger’s in the surrounding area this one’s where you want to go. It’s clean and there aren’t creepy people in it like the one on Chapman hwy. The deals don’t seem to be as good as the others but other than that it’s better than the other ones in Knoxville. They always have good deals on alcoholic beverages which is nice.

I pay this business good money and if I dont do the job for you,I get herded and pushed around like cattle...the sidewalk is a mess. Not everyone is in a car. No access or testing area near street access. We deserve better than what we are paying for today. Thanks

I go here multiple times a week every week. Usually early in the morning. The service is always pretty awful. There is rarely more than one checkout aisle open. The workers take forever to check you out and the plastic bags are always ripped and overstuffed. The shelves are barely stocked. The restockers and floor workers are always getting in your way when you are trying to shop. Just general bad service, bad employees, poorly stocked, and the place is always a mad house. The workers are constantly running around like chickens with their heads cutoff yet they seem to be doing nothing productive. I only go here so often because it’s location is convenient.

I went to S&S Cafeteria, the food was fantastic as always! They were very friendly, made me feel like they were happy to have us there. They have a good selection of lower calorie items, including a no sugar added pie that was great.

Young women ( employees ) should not have to push heavy carts outside in the parking lot. Especially when the store is full of men more than capable to do that task. I understand the new folks probably get that job but that is no excuse. Way to many red flags, if my daughter worked here I would call the department of Labor. Please respect the young women who work for you all. Do better management.

Walked in there once to see most of the desserts on display at the bakery completely freezer burned. I tried warning the baker nicely, but she got really mad and insisted that she had been a pastry chief for years and that the ice on most of the desserts was actually frosting. I’m just glad Kroger sells most of the ingredients I need to make my own stuff so I never have to deal with that crazy lady again.
