Ms Amber is the only one who has ever groomed our lil Sophie girl (she is a Malshi) and she does wonderful. I can tell Sophie we are going to the spa and up in the car she goes. The entire staff is wonderful and you can tell they love their lil 4 legged clients. I recommend Kats everytime someone ask about a groomer. You all are hands down the best in town

Miss Kat is the absolute sweetest! She is the first groomer that I have found out in Halls that actually listened to what I wanted for my shih tzu and delivered! My boys get super excited when they know they are going to the groomers! 10/10 will always recommend! 💞

Kats is the third & final groomer Rocky has been to! The others didn’t come close to the quality & service we received at Kats! Great environment & friendly staff! Rocky has bad anxiety & the staff catered to his needs & was the easiest grooming experience for him by far! Thanks Kats he looks great!

Took my senior dog there today and was so please. He gets very anxious typically but did so well! When I got there, he wasn’t anxious like at previous groomers. He was just laying down and hanging out. He smelled great and was super soft. I’m very happy I found a groomer who he does well with. Worth the 40 minute drive for me!

The dogs were really well groomed! The place smelled great and looked really clean and sanitary. The staff(Shannon) was really nice, as well! Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely bring our dogs back :)

Just moved to the area and took my babies to Kat’s. They were wonderful. These babies are huge and we were so happy with the results of their spa day. I highly recommend!

Ozzy and Sharon had another wonderful grooming at Kat's today. So glad our friend Carol told us about this place! Papillon are very hairy dogs but Kat and her staff do a wonderful job. I recommend this groomer as professional and very loving. Her trims on our friend's schnauzer is amazing.

I wrote a bad review a few days ago. Not about the grooming but the way I had been perceived and treated by the owner. I just want to say she called me personally it was bad communication with her employee. I commend her for her heartfelt apology. Being a business owner in these times is tough. There is so much more to running a business than anyone could guess unless you have been there. I thank you Kat for calling me most owners would not have cared. EDITThe owner of this business is engaging in fraudulent misrepresentation of the facts. Below, in her response to our review, she states that we were told that we had been undercharged on a previous occasion.The problem is, we were not told that until AFTER we had left our dogs to be groomed. The dogs were groomed and we had no idea of any upcharge that was coming because the owner was too lazy to text us, call us, or otherwise inform us prior to our return to pick up the dogs.She did offer a refund BUT ONLY IF WE REMOVED OUR REVIEW FROM GOOGLE! In other words, she tried to buy us off.The unethical behavior is astonishing given that the women texted my wife and told her this business is how she provides for her family. If you have to lie to people to feed your family, you have far bigger issues to deal with.DO NOT SEND YOUR PET TO SUCH AN UNETHICAL BUSINESS.This business fundamentally misrepresented the costs associated with grooming two dogs.They gave a price by text since they don't answer the phone to actually speak with you.We dropped off two dogs to be bathed and brushed only to be told that the price went from $45 apiece to about $70 each. They didn't tell us of the change until we picked up the two Labrador Retrievers. They could have called, texted, or just told us up front, but they didn't. They ended up telling us that they were going to charge us approximately $1 per pound for grooming.I do not recommend them.There are other grooming providers in the area who do as good or better of a job at considerably less. We wanted to support a local business but this one is not worth the cost.

Bella had never been to the groomer before and Kat was amazing with her! She comforted her, loved on her and made her scared little self feel okay about being there and being away from her sister for the first time! I can't recommend Kat's enough! She somehow managed to come out looking even cuter than she was before, she smells amazing and is SO SOFT!

We have used Kat for a few years now and have always had a great experience. My little Ana can be quite a challenge when it comes to grooming but I think Kat puts 100% into each and every pet that she grooms. Would definitely recommend this place.

Kat’s provided excellent grooming for my little 4 pound Yorkie. The entire staff was professional & treated all the dogs very well. I waited while Zoe was groomed and watched as Kat groomed her. I was very impressed how well Kat did with her & how cute she looked! We will be back for more!!

I took my little English Toy Spaniel to Kat's Dog House Grooming. He hadn't had many happy experiences. When I picked him up he looked great and was a happy little boy. He loves Allie, his groomer, and she did a great job. They work with you. You can feel confident when you leave your pup with them. Try them. You and your furbaby will love them. Bucky and I will be returning and he wants Allie. All of the groomers are so nice.

I moved to the area 4 1/2 years ago and I immediately found Kats Dog House for my grooming needs. Amber has been taking care of my baby all this time. She does a very nice job and she’s very sweet and most important she is very kind and loving to my baby. He doesn’t like to go many places but he really gets excited to go see Amber. I am very thankful for them! They are very efficient and dependable. I highly recommend them.

Being new to the area we needed to get our shih tzu frank in for a haircut, they were able to get him in same day. He came home looking so stinking cute! I would definitely recommend them! I’m not sure who groomed frank but she did a wonderful job!

I've been there twice and each time she is very friendly and very patient. The place is completely open, no doors to hide behind. My dogs look great when they come out.
