Apr 2024. The employee was helpful when searching for goggles. He took the time to walk and help us find them. The store appearance was ok. They had no plastic bags at checkout, but it was posted on the outside door, and he did apologize for it when checking out. Had no issues there.

They refused to honor their listed price. They claimed the manufacturer sets the price. First time I've come across a store that wouldn't honor their mistake (aside from products they legally can't change like alcohol)

The store is nasty as in has not been cleaned in who knows how long expired food on shelfs the outside looks like the inside of a dumpster the only parking spots are on the side of the building where all kinds of homeless n others "DRUG DEALS" PLUS THERES A VERY YOUNG MALE WORKER WITH DREADS THAT DRIVES A WHITE CADILLAC that is always parked in the handicapp parking spot I'll lost photos

Some people have no customer service skills at this Family Dollar East Knoxville Tennessee! Both stores are on Magnolia in East Knoxville Tennessee avoid those places if possible go to someone where they value you as a customer they're very rude and obnoxious! They're so used to the Riff Raff not to belittle anyone but I'm going to use that to come in and out of the store stealing breaking in burglarizing so they treat all the paying customers like garbage so all that garbage in your parking lots clean it up roaches and rats get rid of some of the roaches and rats at work at the cash registers

God this place is ghetto. Nothing can be put on the shelves. The cashiers are rude and lazy. I get that they're probably making a little over minimum wage and honestly. It's all they deserve.

still a good store for quick buys, and the employees are excellent! I returned to edit this post, reason being: the store continued to improve the level of service and the employees prove themselves again and again!
