My pups absolutely loved doggy daycare! They came home happy and tired! One even got in the pool while they were there! The staff is amazing and is so good with the animals. And the pictures they take are precious! Will be back

I recently visited Embassy Veterinary Center Westland with my cats and dogs, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and serene, making both me and my pets feel at ease.The receptionist greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful, ensuring our paperwork was filled out efficiently and answering any questions we had with patience and clarity. It was a great start to our visit, setting a positive tone right from the beginning.The veterinary technician was equally impressive. They handled my pets with such care and gentleness, it was evident they have a genuine love for animals. They were very knowledgeable, explaining the procedures they were performing in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped alleviate any concerns I had.The hospital manager was also very approachable and made a point to check in on us to ensure we were having a good experience. Their dedication to not only the animals but also to the satisfaction of the pet owners was clear, and it added an extra layer of confidence in the services being provided.As for the vet, I could not have asked for a more compassionate and skilled professional. They took the time to thoroughly examine each of my pets, explaining their findings and offering advice on how to proceed with their care. The vet was very patient, answering all my questions and addressing any worries I had with insightful and thoughtful responses.Overall, the team at Embassy Veterinary Center Westland truly went above and beyond. Their combined efforts made what could have been a stressful situation for my pets and me into a very positive and reassuring experience. Dr. Watson and the vet tech we originally saw last week are both fantastic. I have searched for a while for a decent vet and we finally found Dr Watson and we've been seeing him for about 2 years now. The reason for the 3 star review is the receptionist. When we scheduled a follow up visit for our dog we asked for it to be as early in the morning as possible and she said will Friday at "7:30" work? We agreed and immediately I put it on my calendar right then. We show up today and right away she seemed annoyed that we were even there, she wasn't welcoming or very friendly. She then treated us as if we were stupid and said our appointment isn't until 8:30 because Dr Watson not even there. Myself and my daughter both know she scheduled it at 7:30 and as I said I put it in my calendar right then. I didn't appreciate the attitude she had and I wasn't driving all the way home in the pouring rain to turn around and come back in an hour so we left and cancelled the appointment. I am just really upset with the way I was treated and made to feel for being there at that time. Once again Dr Watson and the vet tech are both great.

WOW I would have to say it is the Bentley of Vet Clinics. I had a chance to take a tour and all I can say it's mind blowing. It is HUGE, one side is the VIP Kennels, regular Kennels, grooming, daycare and a cat area second to none. Outdoor activities center including a huge dog pool. The the other end is a full veterinary clinic for all needs. The staff was very friendly and the doctor was amazing.

Unbelievable facility! Not only "state of the art", but it's also beautiful and has everything in one spot that my sweet fur baby could possibly need for both health AND happiness. The management there is exceptional and can't wait to meet the rest of the team.

This location is absolutely gorgeous. I brought my pup here and he had so much fun!! They have so many amazing services that cover all of your dogs needs! The staff here is just so nice and always happy!

Convenient to where I work. I travel for work about every 3 months. My cats used to hate boarding, but actually like this. Great vet and techs!
