They stay pretty busy in here. I've been going here for quite a while now employees as sweet as they can be and pretty well stocked all the time. They have a lot of holiday items.,craft, everything you need. For a $1.25. I absolutely love this place.. The manager is very sweet.

This Dollar Tree was super busy, but it normally is, which means, like me, lots of people enjoy shopping here. Workers make sure to help you when they can and still get you in and out within a timely manner.

This is by far one of the most useful stores on the planet 🌎 No matter what you need, from health care products to cleaning supplies to school supplies, they got it !! The only problem is I never think I'm going in to get just 1 thing because it never happens 😋

The store was clean, selection of merchandise was good but checking out was HORRIBLE! Let me first say that the checkout girl was good and what I am about to say has nothing to do with how she did her job. My problem is with the manager who left the poor girl (cashier) in the weeds while she went outside to socialize with a friend who did not work at the Dollar Tree. As we were starting to check out with a very large amount of items, there was a line forming behind us of customers having to wait. The manager on duty actually walked by and saw how backed up it was becoming and walked on by and right out the door for her social time. Not only could that manager have been a better team member by helping the overwhelmed cashier, she could have provided the customers with another register to check out at. To make it worse, the poor little cashier didn't have any cash in her drawer to make change and the manager was no where to be found when she was paged for assistance. I was forced to use a card for payment when I really didn't want to but I also did not want to hold up the line. That is poor management! That manager should have never been out of ear shot knowing the cashier might need her to make change. As we walked out of the store, we saw the manager casually talking to someone in a car and slowly making her way back to the store. We loaded the car, situated ourselves, and drove off before she even walked back in. I doubt the cashier said anything because she was the quiet type.

Love this place. Great place to find just the right gadgets. Utensils food at great prices.. an with the economy high as it is having dollar tree stores helps us to be conservative..an save getting items you need at a great price..

I love Rick Green. Best dollar tree representative EVER!! He deserves his private beach vacation. Every time I go in there he goes beyond helping any and everyone. I thought he was management. But no management was in office talking to friends while he ran the store in a chaotic atmosphere with a positive attitude. I'd go out of my way just to go to this store because of Rick Green.

Store was fairly clean and organized. Restroom was clean although out of paper towels. Very long line at checkout. When I entered the store there was only one register open. By the time I got my few items they had another register open. There was two people in front of me with not that many items. These people should have been taken care of in no longer than five or six minutes. However the lady second in line had struck up a lengthy conversation with the cashier. While I waited two more customers had got behind me. When finally it was my turn to check out the cashier got me through fairly quick. I had only three items. There was never an apology for the long wait.

First time shopping here while visiting from out of town and I was impressed with the selection of new finds I came across. Much bigger book selection that my regular store. Check out was quick and easy.

I love the Dollar Tree in Halls/Knoxville Tn. I find so many goodies to do so much with! Great place to buy craft @ party supplies without spending a fortune. The staff is very pleasant @ helpful. My shopping experience is always enjoyable. 😄

Fairy clean store, however, there were so many people in line, one other worker was limping around slowly and was at her register but stated it was “closed”. Another girl was putting up stock and I literally saw her look at the enormous line. She ignored it. Please hire decent, hard-working people!!

I was in the dollar tree in halls yesterday. Their were 12 people behind me.The store was crowered,as it normally is.But they only had. 1- cashier and their air was not cooling , so store was hot.I ask cashier ,did she not have any help.She said other girl was in office stocking. Said she didn't have a money drawer. Dollar Tree makes money- its going to be busy.- Hire people to work.. I don't go in this store that often( its 2blocks from me) but when I do I remember why I don't go in there. You need at least 2- cashiers at all times.Im old school, we always jumped in and helped people. People now a days could care less.....

The one in Halls is just so nasty. I like shopping there but feel dirty every time I leave, Please replace your flooring. Went to the new one in Powell today, very nice and clean but only one register open and they were very busy.

Great place to take kids they can get toys for 1.00. .They have a lot of good stuff it has changed still has a lot of good stuff but price has gone up now 1.25 each and done section of 5.00 or more

I love dollar tree however the service was horrible. The cashier was not only rude but argumenative with customers for no apparent reason. She deffinately should look at other options, like charm school perhaps.

Just left there. As we were waiting to check out the cashier (really wish I'd gotten her name) was gabbing with another lady so we waited but no huge deal. As she rang our three small items up she started to bag them and we said "No bag please, sorry shoulda mentioned it at the start." And instead of just handing us our stuff from the bag she got mean "I've already put it in a bag" I started to cave because I'm super non-confrontational but lucky for me my boyfriend was there to ask if she could hand it to us from the bag. I apologetically explained that we are environmentally friendly. She asked me something about having cotton bags. I told her we didn't need them for such few things but she was still clearly peeved. She then mumbled something about how we should be able to remember our bags. We just took our things and left. Really one of the rudest most lazy customer service experiences I've had. If you don't mind discouraging environmental stuff that's your prerogative but everyone who comes in still deserves some basic decency. I was kind to the point of vernurability and I was treated with self-centered sas.

The store was fabulous. It wasn't crowded, you could walk between the aisles. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Covid precautions were taken seriously and correctly.

Its so unorganized. Everything is always out of place and a HUGE mess. The parking lot full of trash and the ash tray is right in front of the door 10 ft away. Even though, it is law to be 50 feet away from a business when smoking. You always see AT least one employee standing there 5 feet away smoking. The area as a whole community, is slowly going down hill.

Cashier Deborah was very rude and seemed mad because the box of flower seeds I was buying was leaking everywhere so I wanted a different box. Every time I've been in that location I seem to end up with her as a cashier.

Very filty bathrooms. It is this way most every time i go to this location .Their store is most always out of what i come in for. But if i go to the location right down Emory road from this location, they have it all just about always .And their bathrooms are always clean .I have a stomach condition that i have to go when it hits me or i go in the floor .And im not talking #1 . Its a challenge when i go to the Halls location because of the dirty toilets every time. I am probably eventually just going to avoid the Halls location and drive a little further to Emory rd.

Shelves not stocked, floor was dirty. Only one cashier, had to wait in line for 16 minutes. Not the cashier's fault, if you can't find help or don't want to pay anyone else then at least close the store to straighten it up for an hour.

Love the store! Artificial flowers, Christmas gift boxes, holiday decorations, Betty Crocker kitchen utensils, birthday cards etc., snacks, aluminum pans, bathroom trash bags, broom are just a bunch of the stuff I get there!

I have been in there shopping and i use to go to dollar store ....so i stop because i had to be in line for a long time so some one told me about dollar tree soi now go to dollar tree all the time and iLOVE IT ....the people that work there are so nice and i like that .....so now i stop going to walmart ...

They're wasn't any buggies and only about 10 people in the store... One cashier open people lined up down the isle to check out... This place has gone down hill...
