They close @ 8pm so I didn't hv a lot of time to explore the entire store like I normally do when I go to $ 🌳. But from what I seen they had quite a selection of Fall & Halloween decor ranging from $1.25, $3 & $5. Got sum really cute metal 🎃 stakes for fall & a wooden fall sign $1.25. The employees were friendly, helpful & tidying up the store before they closed. ☆NOTE to customers. If you put the items your looking @ back where they go instead of throwing them wherever, then the shelves wld look a lot better. I cldn't imagine being an employee & straightening up shelves for cust. to come along & literally wreck havoc on the place. It may be their job, but it's just the respectful thing to do anywhere you shop, IMO. 🤷🏼‍♀️They had a large craft section in the back & fairly descent size $ 🌳. They were out of a few items so shelves needed to be restocked. They had a variety of different things wished I had more time to shop. Employee did say the area had a lot of gun violence sole reason they close earlier then the surrounding $ 🌳's. Tx for the heads up. I'm from out of town so I appreciate the honesty. Stay safe!

Magnolia Ave Dollar Tree doesn't feel safe to enter sometimes. Very dirty and trashy out side. People sitting or laying down out side of store. Item scarce at this store compared to West stores.

Needed to restock some shelves, but seemed to only have 1 person working in such a big store. Nice floor space. Not crowded or scrunched up. Very large selection of many items. Cashier was totally amazing. She was busy doing multiple jobs in the store. She was very friendly and attentive. Answered all of our questions we had. When I am on this side of town I will make sure this is the Dollar Tree I go to.

Cashier was on phone when I came to register. I want greeted in any way and want thanked before I left. Parking lot is always nasty. Store could use a little cleaning and straightening up. I don't love on this side but I try to always patronage this one but they need to do better... A little customer service goes a long way.

I always like the dollar tree but this one is always heavily picked over which isn't anyone's fault. There's usually lots of empty shelves. They can't stay stocked. The employees are always super nice.

I appear at 1st glance to be white. I live in a mostly black area. Checking out today I received unexpectedly racist behaviour. The cashier greeted everyone. coming and going with a warm friendly hello, how are you? Good to see you. When I got to the register, I said warmly, hello. How are you? Expecting the same warm greeting. What I got was a very flat, depressed sounding, mmmhmm. You may think you know someone by looking at them, but she has no clue who I am! Creole, black, dutch & Cherokee! A red haired dutch mother makes me appear more white than I am! But don't get it twisted!!! It truly hurt my heart! So my son and I you'll see at every march, at every BLM event screamin at the top of our lungs that BLM!! Even tho there are ignorant people like her thinkin they know me!!

OMG! I love dollar tree it's one of my favorite stores to shop at the only problem I have is I spend too much there lol 😂 but it is a really good store I love it 😁 💚.

I'd only go to this location as a last resort. It's convenient and close to me, but I'd rather spend the extra time and gas to find another one. I feel unwelcome every time I walk in there. Several times I have been in that store and the staff will be sitting at the front having a good time hanging out and playing on their phones. I think I've only come across a friendly employee once. My most recent visit was definitely not a pleasant one. It was hard to find anything because things were just laid around everywhere. It wasn't a very friendly atmosphere to walk in to. I needed to get a foil pan and a few other things. I grabbed a basket to avoid carrying things in the pan and damaging it. When I took my things to the register, the employee was not friendly at all. It was like I was an inconvenience to her. After she rang everything up, instead of speaking to me, she just tapped at the pin pad waiting for me to press the 'Do you want a receipt' button. While I was digging in my wallet and getting ready to pay, she had taken all of my things and thrown them in my pan. She didn't even put them in a bag. She handed my change and my receipt to me and I said thank you and took my things. She couldn't be bothered to speak to me at all. She turned her back to me and started cutting up with another employee that was sitting at the front and playing on her phone. There's a very good chance I won't go back to that Dollar Tree. I couldn't suggest this location unless you were really desperate. Given the way the staff behaves, I don't see them losing any sleep over this bad review. I got everything I went in for, so I guess that's a plus.

They never have enough arts and craft supplies. The ladies that work the registers are precious though, one in particular is always so sweet. I don't remember her name but she always smiles and wishes everyone a good morning/afternoon/night.

In and out location with handicapped parking. Large store with fair aisles. Stock was low, but they were obviously changing their seasonal stock. Bought a lot of herbs and spices. Best deals were 3 oz of dried onions and 2 oz of ground ginger for a buck each. Good workers. With all the chaos they were pleasant, helpful and courteous.

This is the worst Dollar Tree in Knoxville. I live very close to this one but if I have time I will drive a short distance to a different one. The store is a mess. They can't seem to get their shelves stocked. Product everywhere. Empty shelves. The cashier's are rude and unfriendly. Seems to be very low moral among the staff. This is a big store in a convenient location and could be awesome.... if someone cared.....

This Location is OK. Not great but not bad either. They seem to always have a lot of trash in the parking lot which does nothing for their curb appeal. Today is clear they needed to stock the shelves, but the other times I've been here they had what I needed.

It's a store not a social club. You go in, make your purchase and leave. Why all the griping about friendly or not? Be grateful they are willing to be there so we can go in, make our purchase and leave.

Took my mini Chihuahua in and held him in my arms the whole ten minutes I want there. When I went to checkout my cashier was really nice and prompt, but her co-worker didn't like that I brought my dog in. She told me he couldn't come in next time because they sold "groceries" (processed food isn't groceries but whatever), which is understandable. But when I told her I was just bringing him in on this trip because we came from the vet, she suggested that I leave him in the car next time. Never. Not in 90 degree weather.

It was ok. Didn't have what I was looking for. Even if it's a dollar item. Cashier wasn't friendly. Not sure if it was a color issue or if she was just having a bad day. Freezer was broken, no food to sell. Wasn't impressed with store & attitude of associate.

This particular branch seems to be struggling. Regularly cashier shortage, call offs. Long lines at the register as the one or two cashiers struggle to get patrons checked out. Its really a challenge for them when someone orders balloons. I commend the staff that is there. They continue to give great customer survice, however their struggle is real, so I exercise patience and wait my turn.

I will drive 10 miles to go to another dollar tree before I will ever go back to this one. I walked in with my 2 kids and the rude, ghetto ass female that works there asked me to leave my purse in the car. I shopped here at least once a week before this an never had any problems but never have I been treated in such a way. I will never go back to this store again.

The only cashier in their was super rude and when i got my balloons i bought the weight seperate well let me just say that she didnt do her job. The one on Asheville hwy always has them ready for u and on the weight no no i had to do it all myself so probably wont go back. Need new and better staff...

A place I visit frequently! I buy my cleaning supplies, chips, dip, dog bisquits and too many other things. If you're not shopping there you're losing money that adds up in one year! Love Dollar Tree!!!

Store is filthy. Floors not swept or mopped, merchandise and trash in the floor, shelves don't ever seem to be fully stocked. Layout makes no sense. Food aisles need to be altogether instead of all over the store.

I love the dollar tree. I can mostly find everything there and I notice whenever I go in there it is for two things but I come out with 15 things that I forgot I needed....The Dollar tree makes me All Smiles at all times!!

The Dollar Tree on Clinton Hwy has some new things but not well stocked and the Magnolia store had a few different things, so in all a good trip. ❤
