Tasha your store clerk was extremely RUDE. Now I understand that things happen and technology loves to fail at the most inopportune times but leaving patrons locked outside in the cold during business hours instead of explaining to potential customers what was transpiring does not make for good business practices.We knocked on the locked door at 10 past 8am in the morning to see if maybe it was an error and the door was left lock on accident. Tasha came out and yelled at us saying banging on the glass wouldn't make her open up any faster and then walked away; NOT what the issue was, just left us out there. She lost 3 customers that morning alone. Who knows how many more based on previous and future interactions. She did not seem phased in the way she interacted with customers; that attitude was a standard practice for her.

It's an ok Dollar General, aside from one issue. I'm not going back to this location, because the last time I was there the employee at the front counter made me take my backpack off and leave it with him. The obvious reasoning is this was an effort to deter theft. However, I bring my backpack in with me because it has my stuff in it, and I don't want it out of my sight. So I wasn't very comfortable leaving it with some guy I don't know. I have no idea if this is company policy, but I don't think it's a good idea to take people's property from them when they walk in the door. Does this employee seize women's purses when they're trying to shop there? I've never seen this guy before either. I think he's new. No employee there ever tried this with me before.

The manager was very rude left a new employee by himself while to go smoke outside with a long line, i came for ice and didn’t leave till 15 minutes later. it’s never clean and i always see products put anywhere.

The store was a bit of a mess but I saw the employees hard at work trying to get things put out and straight. Brenya and Garrett were both so very helpful, welcoming, and friendly. When I had trouble finding things Garrett was the "go to guy". He gladly lead my daughter and I right to what we were looking for a few times. Not only was Brenya very pleasant, When I forgot my receipt she went above and beyond to find it and have it waiting for me. Dollar General should try to hold on to employees like this who seem to like and care about their job and customers!

Very friendly, the staff was helpful in getting us find anything we needed. Everything was fully stocked and in correct locations and marked with correct sales price. Good selection of food products and included a cold section for dairy and freezer products as well as dry goods. Electronics section and a cigarette sale behind the counter. Can also buy dvds here pretty cheap ($2-10).

Everything I went to Dollar General to purchase was neatly arranged on shelves within my level and all were in stock. Erica made herself available to explain questions I had about products that I wasn't familiar with. I have frequently used this DG and I highly recommend it

Great for stopping in to grab necessities, but not always well stocked due to short staffing, and the aisles are odter cluttered with stock waiting to be unloaded. Super cute, cheap decor items, rugs, curtains, etc... Very friendly, helpful staff.

Had an awesome experience with them this morning. Had several different things I needed in a big hurry. The woman knew what they had and where to find it. She took me through the store instead of pointing. The store is also always clean. And everyone is always super nice.

I shop here often and I must say the lady who helped me last night was very friendly and went out of her way to help me find Mt. Dew zero, which unfortunately, they were sold out of the 6packs. I bought a few single 20 oz's. All in all it's a convenient little one-stop shop.

The cashier was very polite and greeted us so well. When we made our purchase she told us about the coupon promotion the store was having. The cashier was very considerate of listening to us.

Best one ever been in I was there on 4/16/2021 about 4:30 couldn't find what I was looking for lady there was very friendly and helpful went above and beyond thank you. They really should make her manager the 2 near my house doesn't have help like that in them

I usually like shopping at DG. However, this store was trashed. It appeared as if the employees didn't try to clear the isles or even seem to care if the store was picked up or cleaned up. It was an ordeal to get through the isles. Unfortunately, it was NOT just one area but, the entire store. It definitely was NOT a pleasant experience!

Love the dollar store u go in and get what u need and they have just about every thing u need for ur home and some nice home decor. Plus u park right in front and don't have to worry about how far u have got to go into the store like at Walmart u lose ur car in parking lit

Store was so full of filled buggies n carts you couldn't get thru ANY of the aisles!! Cashier was complaining very loud to a customer about another employee. My first n last visit!!

WAY UNDERSTAFFED! Takes forever to get checked out. Can't walk through the cluttered aisles because of stock in the way. Go to Walmart, It's faster

Although it’s super close to my house it’s always very frustrating when I go in the store and every single isle is packed full of stock, can’t fit a buggy down any isle, and waiting for someone to come up to the counter to ring you up takes forever, and I have yet to come across 1 friendly worker.
