Register shut down in middle of afternoon and cashier asked a guy in charge I'm pretty positive his name was Logan to open other register because there was a good size line of customers. He flat out refused and said if customers didn't want to wait on it to reset and boot back up we were welcome to leave,poor cashier was very embarrassed and apologizing to everyone over and over and I really felt sorry for because you can tell she was getting upset with people having to wait I know I waited in line because I needed

This seems to be a more scaled down version of the stores I'm used to. The aisles are really tight and stock needs to be put out, but that's no surprise if you frequent DG. Employees have been super nice.

What kind of manager complains that customers are coming in the store 30 minutes before closing? openly and loudly complains! then tells customers she can only take cards because she’s already closed out the cash drawers?? The store had at least 10 people shopping when I was there at 9:35.

Stopped in to kill some time while waiting for another business to open. It was a typical dollar general and was well stocked and clean. They even had a mini clearance aisle. The only thing I didn't like was there were two employees stocking and they dropped more than 5 f-bombs in 2 minutes. This doesn't bother me personally but I was several aisles away and could hear them plain as day while you could also hear children in the store.

It's a fairly clean store but most definitely need more help with stocking shelves and a Lot of the time you can't find what you need on the shelf but the item is on the restocking cart, but sometimes the cashier's have to double as stock clerk, and May i add the employees they do have are very courteous and are very helpful in making your visit as pleasant as possible., and this is(NOT) the Only Dollar General that I've Shopped in and Noticed This Same Situation., In My Opinion That Can Be Fixed By A little More Interest By Upper Management In Certain Areas Where This is A Problem, This Issue is Not happening in Other Parts of Town i noticed at These Stores.

I stopped by Saturday 5/30/20, it was right at 8pm and the manager was closing but he still allowed me to come grab a couple 2 liters. I really appreciated his courteous demeanor and willingness to help me out. Thank you Sir, I'm sorry I didn't get your name but hopefully the time and day will reveal who you are -- cause you deserve this praise! Thank you Dollar General!!!!

The District Manager desperately needs to intervene and get this location in order. The store is trashed. You can’t get your buggy down the aisles or reach merchandise because they have huge carts loaded with boxes and unstocked products. They’re literally sitting all over the store. Supplies are limited and nothing is in order. Half the time the prices are wrong. I’m contacting the District Manager because it’s so bad. It’s been a mess for years now. They need to appropriately manage the store or corporate will hear my complaint.

I've been shopping at this DG for a while and everything has been fine. A few weeks ago I ran into a cashier I've never seen before. She was extremely rude to me. She yelled at me for not letting her know I was at the register. I was fine with waiting and didn't say a word but she decided it was OK to yell at me. I've been in the store twice since then and both times she was the cashier and both times she was rude. Today she was actually talking to a female the entire time she was ringing me up and saying how bad that place is. She was even talking bad about the managers. I don't have her name bit she is afician American, heavy, deep voice and loud. I will not be returning to this location untill something is done about this employee. If it helps to identify her I was in the store today 4/26 around 5 or 530 and she was working.

General manager threatened to shoot me because I wanted to exchange a razor. I didn't want money just a razor that wasn't broken and I didn't have a receipt, I said that's crazy and he's put his hands behind his back pretending he was going to pull a gun on me then when I got outside laughed and said at least I have a job and a working razor call the customer service line twice never got a response would give them less than 1 * if I could.

Never have to walk through the store looking for anything. Just ask the employees and they will send you directly there are take you straight to the items. It saves me money on buying things I do not need 😊😊

I really like the DG stores,but there's one thing that bugs me,and it's in ALL the DG's! Why is it that the stores only have ONE Checkout lane that is for ALL the people checking out!! Doesn't seem to matter how long that ONE line is!!! Every once in a while,a manager MIGHT open another checkout lane,but that is a Rarity!! Seems to be in their policy,cause Every DG I've been to,is the same: only One checkout lane open!!!if you're in a hurry,forget about checking out anytime soon! Cause it ain't happening!! I like DG,good buys there,but I hate the checkout part!! To the Powers that Be: if there's not enough workers to have 2 checkout lanes open,then why don't you HIRE more??!!! I mean,it ain't rocket science! I sure would go back to DG More,if I didn't have to stand in line forever!! Help out your customers better by having enough workers to move the checkout line faster!! It would also help the workers!! At least Think about it??!!

This is the only Dollar General Store that does not have cluttered boxes and merchandise all in the aisles very clean and neat employees are very helpful. Very professional establishment.

I was so disappointed when I went to the store, all the signs were in the wrong place, the lady wouldnt take my coupon and they over charged be $10. This made me have to go back to the store and they messed it up again. I'm never going back
