Literally the worst pharmacy in Knoxville. You will wait 20 to 30 minutes minimum in the drive-thru pick up. You'll get a text that your prescription is ready, drive there, only to find out that it isn't actually ready. Customer service is atrocious. They are so short staffed.

This is by far the worst CVS around. They are always out of medicine, they'll send you a text saying your medicine is ready when it's not, and they are super slow.

The folks that work at the CVS on Asheville Highway are always kind and helpful. It’s a very busy store but they are patient and they make sure they take care of each customer. I drive out of my way to come to the store because they are so kind and helpful.

CVS has slow service. If they even have your meds in stock. If not then you may have to wait for a week to get ot.

Slowest most disorganized pharmacy. Been by numerous times when a prescription was "ready" but wasn't. Guess that's why I see new people every time I visit.

I was on hold for approx. 30 minutes 3 phone calls (2 12 minute hold times and 1 6 minute hold time), waiting for someone to answer my phone call. Something is up with their phone system or they are not answering their phones.
