I had an urgent need to get a replacement piece for our master bath mirror and CR G & M stepped up and got this done and didn't gauge me on the price. This was my first time dealing with them but that didn't matter. This kind of customer service, attention to detail, and willingness to help is not common these days and highly recommend them.

We had 3 bathroom mirrors and 2 showers installed in a new construction home. They are a very professional company. Tara was great to help guide us on our choices. Matt did an excellent job with the installation! We are so glad we went with the ultra-clear glass in the showers. It's nice not seeing the green color that we see in other showers. It was well-worth the extra cost. They look beautiful! We highly recommend Creative Reflections!

From the first in home consultation with the sales rep / measurement and design, thru ordering and install, very pleasant, precise and pleasant people.The glass design was perfect for our space and we are glad that we went with the Ultra Clear Guardian Glass - Shower Guard material.Costs were competitive with other providers in town. However, service sets them apart.We highly recommend them and their owners / staff.

My husband needed a piece of glass for an upright pinball machine He is building. The glass had to be absolutely perfect as there was no tolerance or clearance in the cabinet that he had built. The dimensions of the glass which is tempered had to be 100% accurate. When we picked up the glass it was absolutely 100% perfect! This is now the second time we have used them for a project and the glass was absolutely perfect. We highly recommend them for any project you may have!

We have used Creative Reflections twice now for replacement glass tops.The first was to replace a glass inlay that broke when my cat pulled a curtain rod off the wall and it crashed onto the table.The second was to make glass table tops for my mother’s new living room tables.We couldn’t be happier with their work! Their prices are fair; their measurements accurate and their staff always very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend without hesitation and plan to go to them again should the need arise.

The best experience and great customer service! We had to get a curved piece of glass made along with a mirror for a curio. From the first person we spoke to through the entire installation was awesome! ....not to mention during installation our electricity went out, so they worked by flashlight with no complaints...and quite ironically after they finished, we had electricity. Great attitude.... HIGHLY recommend!

Edit: I should have mentioned we were asked to bring in a peice of the broken glass which we did. We were never told they couldn't make the glass. Why would I waste my own time?**We dropped off measurements and sent pictures of what we needed 2 weeks ago and haven't heard back for an estimate. I have also called twice and left a voice mail each time with no return to call. I am shocked at the lack of customer service. The lady we spoke to originally was super nice and detailed. We had high hopes but there wasn't any follow through.

Had a full-size framed mirror made for my wife that was taller than me (I'm 6'3) and they were very helpful in choosing a frame to go with it as I have no eye for design and very fair on pricing. They also have an awesome store mascot dog named Bailey. :)

I drove 25 min. to get here. I pulled up at 4:54pm & online it says they close at 5. Theirs a dog at the door & the door was locked. I called multiple times & knocked. No one answered. If they’re going to close early, maybe put up a sign saying so....Or don’t ignore my calls & knocks when theirs cars out front. Very unprofessional
