Jerry did a great job on our tub! Super nice guy and he finished up in just a couple of hours. We had Miracle Method do our tub and it started peeling off in just a couple of months. Miracle Method will not stand behind their work; they won't honor their warranty. Bath Fitter does! Bath Fitters also did our upstairs bathroom about a year ago and it still looks brand new. The first two photos are of the tub Jerry just finished. The last shot is of our other Bath Fitter job we had done a year ago. We did walls as well as the tub and just the tub in the downstairs bath. We couldn't be happier. Thanks to Jerry!!

My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Bath Fitter! Jim Wells, the sales consultant and Jerry Dunlap the installation specialist were spot on with what would meet our needs. No pressure to upgrade to anything else as we already knew what we wanted. They replaced our downstairs bathtub with a walk-in shower. Work was completed in a timely manner. Jeremy did a great job on our tub/shower installation. He even put down a pad to cover his footsteps. I’ve never seen a worker clean up after himself so well. It was cleaner than when he arrived. Jeremy’s work was top notch but he was also friendly and patient answering all of our questions. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a bathroom remodel.

Jeremy took very good care of me. He called to let me know he was running late because of traffic. I really appreciated that. He kept me updated as he went along. He was respectful and professional. My daughters installer was Jose. We had both bathrooms done at the same time. Jose did a great job on her bathroom as well. He was also respectful and professional. They were really nice guys. They are both an asset to Bath Fitter. I highly recommend this company.

Jeremy and Scotty were great! Very personable gentlemen and they were very careful with our flooring which was a concern for us. They left everything clean when they were done and we love our new shower. Our salesman was Perry and you couldn't meet a nicer person. I highly recommend Bath Fitter and would use them again.

Our old tile bath/shower had sprung a leak somewhere and was letting water get under our floor. Since falling through a rotten floor while naked and getting in/out of the shower isn't exactly on my to-do list, something had to be done. After looking into the price as well as maintenance needed for tile walls, I started looking for other options. It is so difficult and annoying trying to keep the grout and tiles clean that I just wanted something easy. I don't think I have gotten the cast iron tub fully white since we moved in. Bath Fitter presented one piece walls so there is absolutely seams to clean or to leak! I was pretty much sold on that alone. Sure you can choose fancy designs but this momma doesn't have extra time or funding for fancy. I always hated all the built-in soap dishes and towel rack in our old shower. All of it went away! The worker, Jerry Dunlap, was respectful, safe, courteous, and did a great job not only with the install in my small bathroom but cleaning up afterwards. The bathroom is now our whitest and shiniest thing in our house!

I had the best experience with Jerry at BathFitter today. He was literally only at my house from 8:30-2:30 and we have a beautiful new shower. My boys had outgrown their tub/shower combo are so excited to have a nice roomy shower. Jerry was kind to my kids, my dog, and left no trace of construction.

We had our tub replaced with a shower stall. Austin installed it for us. He arrived at the exact time they said and was very professional. He explained everything and took great care to make sure the house was clean and protected while he worked. Austin finished the job faster than we expected and it was exceptional! I’m very happy with my experience with Bathfitters. We needed to convert a tub and shower to a walk-in. The representative , Randy Tolliver was well organized, knowledgeable and very helpful in picking out everything we needed. We were well informed about the cost and process involved. Everything followed smoothly according to plan. Our installer arrived promptly and explained everything I needed to know and answered all the questions I had. Jeremy was very pleasant and efficient and finished the job in a few hours. It was a real pleasure to work with him. I would not hesitate to use Bathfitters again or to recommend them to friends and family.

Our shower was originally installed almost 20 years ago. We noticed an issue and contacted the local office a few weeks ago. They sent someone within a few days to look at it and today Jerry Dunlap came and installed all new wall panels…under warranty so at no charge to us. We could not be happier with the shower, the company or the people we’ve dealt with. Kudos to Bath Fitter.

Jeremy did an amazing job with getting rid of our cast iron tub and replacing it with a walk-in shower, and Jose installed our tub replacement/cover in another bathroom and did an amazing job as well. I am so glad we went with Bath Fitters of Knoxville. The sales consultant (Jim Wells) was great and efficient, and the installer (Brock Sloan) was just as good! We had gotten a quote from another company, $2000 more. With Bath Fitters I got all that I wanted, as with the other I could not. (Installers 5 stars, salesman 3). I recommend this company! We had an old tub with jets & needed to convert to shower for accessibility for my elderly father. I was not impressed with the salesman, he didnt seem to know how to complete an order with my selections and I didnt notice until he called to review my selections, which were all wrong, and the price changed so much that I just stuck with the basic incorrect choices he had originally quoted. Five weeks later it was time for installation - what an AWESOME crew that did the install - they were professional, informative, courteous & respectful! They secured their area to avoid getting dust all over the house and since I have parrots-that was hugely appreciated! Upon completion they cleaned and shined everything up beautifully & reviewed the care instructions for our new shower. Jeremy was our lead installer and he is awesome!Service: Bathtub replacement

After receiving several quotes from other companies we decided to use Bath Fitter to convert our tub to a walk in shower. We were especially impressed with their design which offered seamless, no caulk walls. In one day we now have a beautiful walk in shower with state of the art controls and safety features. Jeremy, our installer, was on time, courteous, and very professional. He removed our old tub and did away with the debris while keeping the disruptions in our house to a minimum.
