Went in the store with a vision of my first aquascape. Been in the hobby for a while and always been intimated by live plants and such. Patrick at aquatic marine hooked me up and helped me create something I’m really happy with! Everyone there has been very helpful! Very good selection of driftwood and hardscape. Excited to go back and get some fish from them soon

I work at a similar pet store and love looking around fish stores to see what they offer! I love how everything is laid out! Love the awesome employees that helped me out on how to read coral prices, it’s a a really neat idea! Bought some coral which are doing fine from a long 4 hour road trip to Kentucky, some shrimp lollies and my shrimp are going crazy for them. I’m also jealous of that one display tank full of beautiful coral.

I really enjoyed my experience. They employees are very knowledgeable and are actually into the work they are doing. Owner was friendly and helpful. I liked the way they have the store set up, clean facilities. Will definitely be back. Also I live in Oak Ridge and literally every place to buy fish is quarantined. Not Aquatic Marine!

Great shopping experience, locally sourced driftwood and super friendly staff. We also bought 15 glass shrimp for $5 and bait worms more for our new turtle tank. We will be returning!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. I am extremely happy with our decision to use this fish store. Thank you so much for making our experience the absolute best. We are first time fish owners, and they went above and beyond to help us with all the questions we had, and even printed off information for us! Highly highly recommended. Also if you're a first timer there in the store, they'll give you a free hand towel thar says aquatic marine. I love it 😀 this is honestly the best fish store we've ever been to so far.

Recently getting back into the hobby of reef keeping I was pleasantly surprised to see how much the place has changed with new ownership. The staff are all knowledgeable and easy to interact with. Kinny has such a warm welcome upon entry. Well stocked with anything you need and they can order requests as well. Excited to be a returning customer!

Absolutely love this place. I live on the other end of town and go out of my way to go here. Very knowledgeable, and always have time to help and give amazing advice. The owner is an amazing guy! Always has a smile on his face and super kind. Would recommend anyone with aquatic needs to go here!

If you want an axolotl go there on Sunday when Brandon is there. He is an axolotl expert and will take time with you and tell you everything you need to know about owning one. Great experience because of a great guy with excellent knowledge and people skills.

Bought this big Hippo Tang from aquatic marine. Always wanted one and finally found it. Like as always, Kenny and his team delivered on educating/ helping finding my fish. Highly recommend this specialized aquarium store when it comes to finding unique and nice fish. They won’t disappoint at all

Best Aquarium supply store in town. They don't have the fastest service but in their case this is actually a good thing. The employees are also so friendly and knowledgeable. They take their time to show you around, talk you through options, and get you what you need. After checking out multiple local shops they have proved themselves the best in the business. If I were you I'd make them my first and only stop.

I have only been working with Kinny and Aquatic Marine a little over a week now and couldn't be more impressed! I have a 155gal and 90gal saltwater aquarium in my home that have been sitting.Hauling massive amounts of water upstairs and getting them up and running again initially just was way more than I was equipped to do alone.Kinny got me in QUICK and sent 2 guys out to my house who got both aquariums up in running in a matter of hours.Even better? I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old who can be a LOT. I was concerned about being able to entertain my daughter for hours while they worked on the aquariums.Both were SO GREAT with my kiddos. They were patient, understanding, and always responded "hello" happily to my daughter even if she greeted them 13529384314x.I couldn't be more pleased. I had a couple of minor questions after they left and my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly!These guys are experts in what they do and will take great care of your aquariums and your family. Highly recommend.

For my first real visit here I made quite the purchase! They have sooo much to choose from, it’s wonderful (but you will buy a lot you didn’t need lol).I love that you can text them! It made it so easy to get ahold of someone and keep track of what was in stock so I could plan the trip down. I bought Cherry Shrimp, Panda Corydoras, and Kuhli Loaches. I also picked up some carpeting grass and it added such a nice touch to the aquarium- it is already taking off! The staff was so helpful and friendly and very honest with me about everything. The poor soul who had to catch 5 wiggly loaches was a blessing. Thank you guys so much! I’ll be back for sure :)

I had a wonderful experience at Aquatic Marine today! I requested a water check for my shrimp tank, and it was so quick! I waited barely five minutes and received a complete rundown of all the parameters of my tank from Kinny. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I will continue using this store for all my aquarium needs.

Definitely the best LFS in Knoxville. I've tried going to other places, and no one is as knowledgeable or as friendly as the staff here. They are always happy to help and answer questions with their own personal experiences. Kinny is also great and helped me replace my Aquatop light and lid that came with my tank after they had broken while under warranty. He took time to meet with one of the guys there and help get me a replacement, so I will say the customer service aspect of buying from here is great and can't be found elsewhere! They also are consistently adding new fish and corals, so you can always find exactly what you came looking for, or even find something you didn't even know existed!

I've have a couple experiences of the workers being pretty rude. Not to mention they charged me almost 8 dollars for a water test without telling me before hand that it cost anything. I go to multiple different fish stores and get my water tested regularly and it's always free. They really should advertise this or at least tell you.(Not all of the employees were rude. The lady checking us out was nice and they have a good selection to choose from)

Walked in for the first time, was greeted by warm knowledgeable staff that you could really tell loved there job and animals. After telling this was my first trip there I was introduced to the store owner, shop manager, and saltwater aquarium expert..!!!! Are you kidding!!! That took time out of their busy day just to say thank you to me for coming in..!!! It is shops like this that are keeping the aquarium industry going. If you have ever thought about an aquarium anywhere from a 1/2 gal betta bowl to a large reef tank this place has the equipment, know how, and above all the people that can get you there.

Hands down, one of the best aquarium shops I've been in. Well organized, clean, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's a bit of a drive for my wife and I, (90 minutes one way), and there are plenty of shops closer to us, but this is now our go to shop and we will definitely be making regular trips here.
