We just had our new shower installed by Janelle and Spencer, and we are so happy and amazed at how quickly and efficiently they were able to install it in one day!! We first thought and were okay with it being installed 2 weeks from now, but when they told us they could install it the next day, we felt overjoyed at the quickness and amazing communication to get it done. Nothing but pleased and happy with the installation. Would recommend and love the piece of mind of having such a high quality product in our house now.

The entire process of having our shower redone has been so effortless and pleasant, we have nothing but good things to say! Our salesperson, Will Stamps, wasn’t pushy or disingenuous during the consultation and was knowledgeable and helpful through the process. The materials did take a while to come in, but they were able to schedule the installation just a week after everything was available, which was amazing! Our installers, Joe Williamson and Brandon Hunt, were AWESOME—they were friendly and their work was amazing, and when we ran into an issue with our walls being slanted, they were honest with us and worked to find a solution while still giving us an amazing product. We are so grateful to AHD for their quality products and services!!

Your technician Taylor Ryan installed our Rain Soft whole house system this past June and we are very happy with the unit. We can taste the difference in the water we now enjoy. Great improvement. American Home Design installed a Jacuzzi walk in shower unit in our home. The installer (Jeffery Baars) did an excellent job!! He arrived exactly as promised each day and brought all supplies needed to protect the surrounding areas while removing the old tub and tile. He cleaned up after each day which was most appreciated. He was very skilled and did a wonderful job, keeping us informed as he progressed. We actually are even happier than we expected to be - the shower unit is so attractive and Jeff’s workmanship is superb!

Janelle and Spencer did a phenomenal job installing a bathtub and a walk in shower in my home. They went above and beyond with issues that arose and in their level of work and professionalism. I spoke with 2 or 3 other companies, all of who said I couldn’t get a tub into my bathroom because of the size of the space. Janelle and Spencer knew that it was possible and did it. Not to mention, helping me with a support beam in the basement for the walk in shower space. Very well done, I’m so thankful for their work and for the finished product.

Not only did they deliver a quality product, but it was done in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier with the results.Sales person Alex Hullander was very friendly and polite! He did a wonderful job installing our tub & shower combo. He was very clean and organized!! Workmanship by David was impeccable. Our one complaint is that the shower could have been wider, a mistake due to the measuring person not being the same person who actually does the work. Therefore, the person doing the work, who actually has the expertise, has no initial input regarding the specifications of the shower.

Our installer Taylor Ryan showed up on time and did the install very quickly. He also explained how the system works and cleaned up after himself. He did an excellent job.Update: if I could review the installer and the company separately I would. The installer still gets 5 stars, the salesman was somewhat dishonest or misleading though. We were told we would be getting 7000 points worth of common household soaps and detergents. The salesman said we wouldn’t have to buy soap out of pocket for years. I’m not even paraphrasing here. We looked up the company that sells the soaps and detergents and the costs are through the roof. The 7000 points would last maybe 6 months, if that. If you are in the market for a new water filtering system, there are much cheaper systems that work just as well.

Caution to those of you who want a quote and are considering asking AHD to come talk to you...Edit - The name in the system is my MIL who doesn't like to post. 12/13/23 in the afternoon in West Knox. I'll call in the morning and update again.This review reflects my experience with the initial consultation. After 3 hours of smiling and nodding, my wife had to politely ask the rep to leave. It felt a little like being held hostage in your own house.If someone can reach out and give me a few estimated based on the measurements that were taken, I'd love to find a way forward, but I refuse to deal with the pitch a second time. If the pitch we experienced is commonplace... I urge you folks to warn people up front. It also sounded like this was going to end with a "same day special offer". If that's the case, I would be furious. Don't hold me hostage for 3 hours plus and then try to get me to commit, having wasted my time. I will absolutely update my review if there are any additional developments.At this point, I am really struggling to want to proceed with AHD on spite of the good reviews. I saw the ad on TV, the great reviews online, and signed up at the mall for a consultation. It was set up for 5pm. The rep marched out some stories of excellent installs, made some hay out of how good a deal this would be, and talkedup the owners before finally measuring the bathrooms. Now, this whole thing took about 2 hours. So, I was expecting that we would immediately get to the samples, select the bathroom accoutrements that we wanted, and get a quote. Not so! Now, we all needed to gather around to listen to a very contrived sales pitch... Which we sort of already covered earlier. This time, we started in by listing a few things we thought were important in the bathroom renovation purchasing decision. But, it wasnt actually us listing anything. The answers were, as with any canned pitch, already known. At this point, it was nearly 8pm, having started at 5:15. None of us had eaten, and our 3 month old was beside himself. The fact that I was being delivered a pitch at this point was insulting at best.
