Am I anywhere near Knoxville, Tennessee? No, but I loved the bird-themed items so much I had to order to California! I got a Cardinal Vase, Dessert Bowls with different birds, Windowsill Planter Cups, and a Christmas flag; each item was packaged with the utmost care, and all my items (despite being fragile) came in PERFECT condition! I also received timely updates via email. 10/10, would order from here again.

Today I visited the Middlebrook location to pick up our usual dog food. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any left for the day. However, Jessica arranged for the last bag from the Cedar Bluff location to be delivered back to the Middlebrook location before the end of the day. Exceptional customer service. They are always very helpful.

We started using Agri Feed Pet Supply recently as our Philips Pet Feed Supply store went out of business here in Pa. I have placed two orders at this time for Farmina dog food. Shipping is fast and the product is packaged very well. I will highly recommend Agri feed every chance I get. In short: Staff is amazing and prices are really great too! They have all natural, high quality food as well as some raw. Even eco friendly collars and harnesses. Great store!I decided to give this place a go, because I prefer the small town, mom and pop, pet shops over big corporations. I am SO glad I did! The reviews that talk about how friendly the staff is, are not exaggerating! I brought my Bengal kitten in today and it was her first time out and about. I needed to fit her in a new harness. Literally every single associate, at one point or another, came over to greet me and went the extra mile to help me out. They brought teasers over to try and help my kitten get used to the harness, and spent extra time helping me fit her. They were all so friendly and caring. I never even had to ask them for help getting litter off the shelf or into my car, they just did it for me! I can't say enough about them. I will not be shopping anywhere else!

This is my favorite local store, super great variety on dogs, cats, birds and small critters. I love the art pieces and gift ideas as well. Bath stations and Dog Training for dogs is a great addition. Check them out there are always friendly and knowledgeable to help you.

This is a speciality feed store. If you feed your dog or cat open farm, zignature, Stella and chewy, or even need ultra oil these guys have it. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable about pet nutrition, and are even willing to help you load heavier feed bags. Highly recommend if you're feeding your pet an upgraded diet.

I was pleasantly surprised.It was my first time going in to this store. It was cute. It's cutely decorated and it just doesn't have pet supplies that also has cute memorabilia things as well.It wasn't the only thing that made this place great the customer service was top notch. Help me with my cat problem and recommended wonderful products I can't wait to try them.I'll be recommending this place to everyone and I don't think I ever shop anywhere else for pet supplies again.I also want to say thank you for the way you treated my daughter it makes me happy when people are sweet to her.

I’ve recently switched my cat food to Freeze dry raw and this place always has everything I need! everyone is so welcoming and sweet and so kind!I enjoy coming in and seeing friendly people! makes me so happy! thank you! Best local pet shop around! Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff who all work hard to ensure your pets get the best of the best. Make sure to order a homemade dog cake for any occasion! They're made in-house, and your dogs will be obsessed. Love supporting this place.

So much to choose from and a whole bunch of great quality products. My cats love everything I bring them from here. I also came in needing some advice with a recovering cat who wasn't eating (with vets helpt, as well), and a woman here had an exceptional amount of knowledge when it came to different foods and ways to help the kitty out. Love this place! They have everything you need for whatever animal you have for sure! The staff is great, and very friendly too, dude that wasn't even ringing my stuff up was paying attention to what we were buying, and noticed that if I got a different bag of the same cat litter, that I'd get $3 off! Cheers to being helpful! I'll definitely be back, and told my moms she needed to stop by asap, cuz she'd froggin love it! Bought this stuff all at Agri Feed, except for my PowPow; I had her already!

I live in Maryland and have had bird seed shipped to me by Agri Feed Pet Supply twice when I was not able to get it locally. Shipping was quick and communication was good. Luckily difference in the pricing of the seed allowed me to have it shipped at close to the same price as buying it locally.

Dog food to the back, bird and cat stuff out front. I didn't see any major sale but hear they do have them. Food is the higher end stuff, bigger $ but aren't our pets deserving the best food we can afford? Agri was clean and neat. Staff helpful. I give ittwo thumbs up.

Went in and got immediately bearded for asking about guinea pig antibiotics they made me feel like I was a moron and they were super super hostile this will be the first and last time I ever go. What a shame they had great dog food and prices from there point of view I guess they think I’m abusing my dogs as well thanks A holes

The workers in here are so helpful, so friendly and just awesome. I came in planning to switch my dogs food and was going to just browse their options but we were almost immediately approached by an employee asking if we needed help and once i told them what i was looking for in a dog food, they helped me find exactly what i needed and even kept me under budget. They are so sweet to my dog when i do bring her in with me as well. I will 100% continue to shop here.

Needed a dewormer for my cat. The clerk was very helpful and even asked what type of eggs I was seeing. Very nice and willing to look online to determine what type of worms I was dealing with. I will return in the future.

Walking in, you see alot of bird and cat stuff. Dog foods toward the back. There were many quality brands and the price tag with it. I was looking for sales but must be an off -week for any discounts. It is my first time visiting and $100+ in spending, I will need to figure out the sales and clearances. Overall, the store is clean, neat, no odors whatsoever. Staff was super friendly. I will have this store one of my go-to stops for top quality pet food.

Want to give a big "THANK YOU" to this business and staff. Specifically to your employees Sky,Zoe,and Audrey for assisting my dog with his new outdoor shoes. I could have easily ordered online the shoes. HOWEVER there are experiences that you can only experience as a customer going to a store. This is one of those stores where you can have that kind of experience with your pet. This is a joy to go to as there staff is there to assist you and have conversations with you.If you are looking for a different kind of shopping experience this is one of those places. I love this place and the staff is absolutely amazing! One young lady help my Rat Terrier/ Min Pin mix try on almost every jacket, sweater, coat they had in their store and multiple sizes even. She was so patient and gentle with Itzy who proudly wore 1 of the several items that we got today out of the store. On another visit not long ago a young man helped me determine what might be a good mix of food for my very picky eater. He even gave the samples to take home so that we could try it in more comfortable environment.

Best customer service at a pet store in Knoxville hands down. I needed to get my pup some dog food and called on Christmas Eve, only to realize they were closed. The sales associate answered and told me they closed twenty minutes ago. He allowed me to pay over the phone and rush over to pick the food up. One of the best customer experiences! Since then, I have vowed to only buy my pup's essentials from Agri Feed. They are great!

I was having a miserable time trying to find Carna4 for my Schnauzers, one of whom it turns out is allergic to anything but the purest of organic dog food. She likes duck and duck likes her.I was searching the internet with no luck when I ran into these guys. First of all, they explained why there was a problem. Forest fires in Canada. Second, he pointed out that the duck formula contained fish. Therefore, my dog must be OK with fish too and he just happened to have some. I ask him if he could send it soon. He shipped it that day and I literally got it the next. A few days later, they got in duck and they sent that out immediately too.I wish I had gotten names.If these guys are employees, they deserve to be treated real well. Few businesses are represented as well.
