The women up front when we entered were very friendly, talkative, helpful and very nice. What we needed was in stock and the store was very clean and decorated nicely for the holiday. With that and the location being super great, we will make this our go to Ace Hardware.

Bought a brand new Stihl chainsaw at this location. Saw would not start, had no spark. Took back expecting a trouble free exchange or refund. What I received was grief and excuses and finally an exchange after being threatened by the manager to "watch my attitude". Hey Ace Kingston, I'll "watch my attitude"" at any place OTHER than your location.

Twice I’ve gone to this ace and the kids checking me out double scanned multiple items once over charging me $80 worth of double scanned items and another time $55. First time I was returned the money after talking over the phone for over 30minutes then eventually having to drive back to that store with receipts and items and convenience the manager I really didn’t have two rolls of duck only one. For example.The second time I didn’t have the time or the energy to explain it all over again a month later. I’ve since quit shopping here . Beside that it’s a nice ace and the people are pretty nice otherwise. It’s like a mini lowes

Very high prices on hardware compared to Lowes or TSC. 3/4 x3 bolts are 6 dollars compared to 4.49 at local competition.
