No, that's not cheese!!! Unbelievable another TA/Petro with bad food. Trip last week was spoiled chocolate milk a month old from a different TA. This week, it's pizza with some fiber cloth in it that looks and feels like nylon. Disgusting!! I encourage anyone else who gets spoiled, out of date, debris, or whatever else front a TA/Petro to call complaint and contact me. I didn't take today's receipt for the pizza. I am showing the one for the milk last time I was out.UPDATE: I have been reaching out, believe me. I appreciate the offers. However, it does little to address the overall management of products. When management reaches out; they are kind and in do time some express corrective action. All manager's, address some other quality point that has gone unmanaged and all point their employees (sadly). At the end of the day, really, I should not be hearing about employ issues. I am a customer. Advice I have is, management check up on what employees have missed and you fix the problems during you check. Find a way to address the problem that reminds the employees without pointing the finger. New policys are great opertunities for adding in the reminders. New policy's are district managers and corporate final say; or at least they used to be. This is all over and beyond a customer roll. However, I was brought into the employee-management process. Isn't there a simpler process for the customer? My best to all the employees for being kind and respectful at the TA. Really, I feel like people have no pride in being a part of America and have no one to blame other than their own lack of action. There is an old saying " shist runs downhill". Today, I think it's safe to say, it's more like the Kennebec river flow.

It's sad how major truck stops in general treat the backbone on America business and sustainability. But we ask for simple corrections and things get worse. It's not just this TA, it's many Petros and TAs across the states. There are only a handful I stop at and eat bc they are clean. Others smell and are sticky... we shouldn't have to work 14 hrs to get to a safe haven and theres no showers, parking, food(edible), or safety... and tell the cars to go away!... smh. And why ever ta petro I've been too this year has had half the pumps down. Across the us.. why ppl?!. Smh.

Small / not too busy place for truckers,Limited parking spaces and no place for drivers to relax but other than that, good associates insides, very friendly! I had stopped here to get a radiator change, The mechanic I think his name was John!If I’m mistaken, he worked on my 2020 freight-liner cascadia on 04-1-24. I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m leaving a review here because of John, very good mechanic, will go above and beyond to answer every questions u have and even advice you on what he sees that needs work or work in the near future, very very friendly guy!! Glad to have worked with you brother John! And also the person on the counter, A white male, didn’t catch his name but also very good and friendly person,Made the 5-6 hour wait which was because of the amount work needed to be done very easy! Also the pricing is great as well, they charged for only the work they did and if they found any thing unnecessary, they didn’t do it and reduced the charges!Great stop, would recommend to anyone looking for work done on their truck.

Stopped for our 10 hour break. There's not to many non reserve parking. Went inside to iron skillet to have dinner. No buffet but the chicken parmesan and spaghetti 🍝 was delicious. The garden salad 🥗 was great. Friendly server very good manners. Omelet hash browns and toast was great. I can't say all the Iron Skillets I have been to is good. I try them once and if I had good service and food was good whenever I am in the area I will be back. This one will see me again.

I am writing this negative review because I am disgusted by the managers personal behavior, just to make all aware of the situation I drive for fed ex and 90% of the time I have Double trailers, I am always courteous to other drivers and if someone is behind me I will circle around to allow them to conduct their business. I pulled into pump 1 last night 11pm-1130pm on the 27th because it was open, I go in and take a quick shower no longer than 10 minutes which is the typical time frame allotted for the fuel island. Anyways I come out to grab something off the burner to eat only to find the manager and the maintenance man talking offensively about the driver's outside. I spoke up to the manager about this because I was very offended, she proceeded to act like a total Karen. To make it known my truck # is 290525 and I frequent this establishment about 3 times a week for the last year and a half, if you do the math that is some big money for a truck with 300 gallon tanks, nonetheless I am always going in your store and purchasing food, drinks and showers. You know who I am manager. The fact that you can have such an unprofessional attitude towards a frequent customer at least is appalling, I have been nothing but respectful to your team. When I got back to my truck my teamate who was asleep told me someone was banging on the truck like a maniac. I suggest you do not do this again without being aware of the situation because Noone was being affected by it except you manager. I also suggest in the future when someone decided to give you there loyal patronage in your tiny unkept truck stop with no parking at night that you be a little more lenient (especially with double trailers) seems how I have a mandated 30 minute break and nowhere else to park except YOUR truck stop. The only reason I have frequented your establishment is your employees, I have had my eye on your bad attitude for quite some time, I just never expected it towards a customer. I hope corporate is listening and it gets handled like you like to handle everyone else. I will not be returning, you give your store a bad name and you give petro a bad name lady.I see your reply, and as I stated I was only in the store for my allotted fuel window I was not an inconvenience to anyone. I figured you would get defensive which is why I will not continue business here. I am also going to recommend to my CEO that we discontinue the company from this locations service. (Small company so the chances are good). I don't think this will affect you noticeably but I can guarantee your business will continue to decline left unchanged. I also want you to know that my company switched from loves program to yours, not a chance I would gamble with. The morale of the story is you don't stand around baf mouthing customers, its unacceptable.

A good place to rest and walk the dogs for a bit but I wasn’t comfortable enough to stay overnight. Security wasn’t my concern with all the law enforcement around. They have to eat too. And as soon as they left they were sounding their sirens once again. There’s never a dull moment. I just feel bad trying to overnight when I can’t invest in their business at the moment. It’s bad enough I use their wooded edged parking lots sometimes to walk the dogs. Anyway, thanks for being patient with me and not running me off.

NASTY! How hard is it to clean the spilled diesel from the fuel isle. Appears to have not been cleaned in years. We got out to get diesel and all but ruined everyone’s shoes. We couldn’t get back in the motorhome without scrubbing the bottoms of our shoes and it being a big ordeal. I wish I had taken pictures to post as well. Just the nature of this area for sure.

We just stopped by to get two tires on the trailer installed they Charged us $1205.19 for 2 Recap tires it is outrageous what you all are doing to us !!! We have a shop we would never allow ourselves to Be like you guys I am not sad about the Robbery you all did on US I am glad to see that WE are making a difference we would never ever charge a hard working person that kind of money for a recap tire that costs at the max 285.00 you guys are disgrace to this Industry!!!!! May it all come back to you and yours!!!

Very clean and the cashiers were nice and friendly. Was greeted with a smile and quickly waited on. The gentleman who rung us out was helpful and nice. Clean bathrooms.

Small , limited amount of in store products. They do have hot and ready to eat sandwiches and food items. Restrooms small but clean. Clean shower . Friendly enough staff, parking area fills up fast, so the early bird gets the parking. Medium amount of parking. Clean fuel islands. Fairly clean parking area .

Stopped here after driving all day just to find out that the showers aren't working and decided to do laundry and no place to sit down and relax other than outside or on a rickety little chair in the laundry area. By the time I got here the restaurant was closed and the food on the roller grill was looking like leather. Truly think it's time for a major update to this location.

4 mens toilets 2 two are clogged 1 of those can't flush because the water flow is almost nothing. Another toilet cracked through the middle of the bowl and the last one has a permanent resident. All a trucker needs is food, gas, and a bathroom.

I had problems with Freightliner Truck Regen. I couldn't drive my cargo and we exchanged trailers. I was happy that I stopped at the turnoff of Petro Trakstop. 1 day I waited for them to open and they gave me bay 2. $ 180 to find out what the total price was $ 1072.10. They replaced one of the sensors. they took it out due to lack of DEF DOSER, they didn't have it in the warehouse and they can't find it. if i find it i will put it on and everything will be fine. Day 2 we arrange the part with UPS OVERNIGHT. day 3 It is often here but they are busy possibly on Monday. call from the office of the company is established they will not want to put the part and repair the truck. I lost 3-4 days total $ 10,000 this week because of this place. I can not recommend it to anyone else this place shop for repair. The result will go to the freight liner dealer ship on Nashville Tn.

This place is a great stop if you need to have a excellent meal. The cook really knows what they're doing. The food is awesome and the waitresses are the nicest people in the world they treat you like family. Come on by this place and get you a bite to eat. You'll be ready to go to bed when you're done I promise

I’m going four stars only bc I think gravy should be homemade especially if your in the south but who cares anyway! Violet is as awesome as a waitress can get she’s a 10 . This place feels like a mom and pop truck stop small the folks are nice food is good and not too expensive. Really enjoyed staying here will def return to this spotPs. It is about reserve parking so make your Reservation but at 1130pm there were still spaces available

After 45 minutes of waiting on our to go order, the waitress asks me to pay my ticket. Me, thinking my order must be almost done, went ahead and paid. I then asked her how much linger it would be. She said she did not know but assured me that it was being cooked. 30 more minutes have passed and I just got my order.This only applies to the cook. The waitress was great. She did everything she could. The cook did nothing.. Half the time he was outside, not even cooking.

Yesterday, 11/27 about 1430, the waitress that was training other waitress discriminated me. If you are Hispanic they ignore you. They're hostile to you. I order pork chops, I had to wait 35 minutes for my order and they burned my pork chops. The salad a few pieces of lettuce. The silverware was used and only had spoon.

This by far has to be the worst truckstop, Washington state has nothing over this place. You go in a 3 pm restaurant closed they claim nobody to work, just another Covid excuse, and to top it off it’s 4:25 am shower closed because nobody can clean them, however you have an employee sitting on bench outside playing on phone for over an hour smoking cigarettes 🚬 and surfing the web. Than the lady inside giving all the excuses just walking around between isles trying to look busy, only thing she’s doing is walking around isle staying busy trying to come up with the next big excuse to tell the next driver that walks in store. It’s easier to close things down and do nothing to get a pay check and leave it for the 7am crew than to do anything. We all know from 12am -5 am things are very slow so you can’t tell me nobody has time to sling a nasty mop over a wet floor and throw a few towels in a shower. Because far as cleaning, lol it’s only said to make it look good. Only thing I’ve seen here since 3pm yesterday is laziness. If you don’t want to work go home. Drivers run 24- 7 and these places claim to support drivers but yet they offer very little food, high fuel prices and definitely no showers. Stay far away from this place just up street fuel is 40 cents cheaper on fuel.

This place has become downright horrible to truck drivers in the last year.First, all the shop techs go home at 4:00 and don't come back on duty until 8:00 AM. In addition, if a truck is broke down and an outside vendor shows up to do the repair because THEIR shop tech isn't available or on duty, they kick the vendor out.On top of that:-No 2 liter bottles of soft drinks are available here-The rest rooms and parking are way too small for the area's truck traffic-The majority of the parking spots that are available cost over $22 per night-The restaurant is OK but not great in terms of it's food and service-No alternative fuel or EV charging facilities exist hereI'd encourage all truckers to patronize the Thornton's across the highway for fuel and food, and encourage TA Petro, Inc to build a new, larger Petro in the greater Nashville area or to invest VERY heavily in this location.

Restaurant is closed Sunday and has limited hours. No dinner hours whatsoever. Very limited deli. Though there is a Indian restaurant across the street. You can’t attribute that to TA- Petro.No drivers lounge. Seems rustic and bare. I’ve seen the separate Petro fueling buildings with better selection and deli then this Petro main building has.2/3 of the parking is the highway robbery reserved pay for parking spaces. The only redeeming factor is that the truck stop actually exists.The only thing TA did when they bought out Petro is destroy everything from customer service to cleanliness. Then produce low grade cafeteria food at best for truckers away from home to feel like they just ate high priced slop.The only reason they stay in business is because of the lack of choice in parking and they have a shower.
