Dr. Robert is wonderful with my Maggie. She is older and not a very good patient. He is very personable and knowledgeable, super nice! The staff from the front desk to the assistants in the back are very helpful and good with her and kind. They have all worked to help Maggie and me with her older age issues and it has really helped us. These guys are great, highly recommend them for all your pets good health!

We have been going to this vet for years! I grew up going here with our family dogs and now we take our 2 dogs here. We have been in for numerous procedures. Yearly check ups, teeth cleaning, neuters, tumor removal, eye ulcers, etc. and I’ve never had a problem. They take good care of our dogs! It’s not cheap, though😂 but that’s just life now.

Went in twice for my cat’s stomach issues, got charged nearly 200 dollars each time and the issues haven’t resolved. They also needed to do a fecal test but didn’t have any lubricant on hand and proceeded to do the test anyways. That was the most awful, stressful scream I have ever heard from my cat. I don’t plan to return..

No way I would ever visit this vet again. Had a really bad experience with the old Dr shaw.I had a 65 dollar balance at the place. A cat had gotten hit and I ended up taking him down there. They had tagged my account with a note from shaw to deny me services until this was paid. This is at 730a. I said ok. And was going to take him somewhere else. The attendee said wait till he comes in and I'll talk to him I stayed he saw the cat. He says you know you us 65 I acknowledged I did. He looked at the cat he wasn't going to do anything for me other than put the cat down. He barraded me over that bill. He showed me my address and said do you get your mail here..yes I do.Then he asked do you live alone. Pardon?With all we have going on in the world. This was in appropriate. His face was blood red his eyes where milky white and his pupils where so large I could not tell the color of his iris.we are standing in a very small but we'll lit exam room. I wanted outta that room. I told him he'd get his money..he leans over me..he's a very large man, and says Im going to finish my sentence.He wanted to make sure I felt intimated not like I wasn't already crying I reached over grabbed my handbag the box I had brought the cat in and said I thank you for doing this me. Thank you for being kind. There was no reason for that. I had been up since 3 a with the cat. I'd had cried and cried and felt helpless until the office opened. I was crying as he's telling about myself. It woulda been different if had been a yr old balance or something like that or I had not attempted to pay the office at all. Old Dr. Shaws was rude, condescending, flat scary.The pointing out of the address and the comment about living alone is creepy and scary. It has nothing to do with what I owe. Almost feel strong armed. No I'll never and won't recommend them. Something was seriously wrong with this man this day.

We love Dr Wilters! She is so great with our dogs and a great clinician. We had to bring our three month old pupper for emergency surgery and she called us every few days to check up on us. Highly recommended!The staff is so nice too!

Dr Shew and Brandy were amazing during the sad process of saying goodbye to a pet. They even lit a candle for our Isabella. Highly recommend this vet. They showed so much care and compassion to us and walked us through everything. We're forever grateful.

I've have taken my fur babies there for many years.This visit was a sad one for us as we had to say goodbye to our 22 year old chihuahua.The staff were very sensitive to our loss and gave us time with our sweet Sandie.Thanks to Kingston Springs Animal Clinic

Best vet ever!!!! Our bully loves Dr. Sheu and so do we. He helped us when we thought the prognosis on our pup’s knee issues were grim. He goes the extra mile and his staff is fantastic. They all love animals, but they are also all such a blessing to work with on a personal level. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

2 years ago, my dog could not urinate. After a trip to the emergency vet it was determined that he had bladder stones that were blocking him and needed surgery. My THEN vet sent the stones out for testing and my dog was put on a prescriptive diet as the problem was dietary....or so they thought. I asked my then vet if there was somewhere I could get the info so I could prepare his food. They didn't know where to send me. So, I fed him the prescriptive food for 2 years. Almost exactly 2 years later he blocked again. It was a Saturday and my vet was booked. I could not get him an appointment anywhere. I had just moved and call KSAH which was closest to my new home. The fact that they do walk-ins on Saturday is worth it alone. Once again he was blocked and needed surgery. Dr. Wheeler suggested a site called balance it that you could get recipes for your dog's affliction. Something my previous vet knew nothing about. So for the next seven months or so I was cooking for Martin. After all those months I took him in for a urinalysis and it didn't look good. She suggested I get a genetic test to see if he had HUU. I ordered the test and she was correct. Now that we know the root cause, we can treat it. I guess long story short, this veterinary practice is great. I really feel like they care along with having a wealth of knowledge.

The dr at KSAH fixed my beagle two Fridays ago. They worked with the group People for Animals and we were able to get her spayed for a drastically reduced rate. We were very happy with the results.By the following Monday she was sick with diarrhea and vomiting. We took her back on Tuesday morning and she was passing blood and terribly sick. They kept her overnight on iv meds and fluids. She was better by the next day and we picked her up.The dr at the hospital reduced our bill by more than half. We both agreed it most likely wasn't the surgery but he took it into account as well as the PFA discount.Many vets will pile on frivolous expenses and costly tests. Our girl got the best care from a good dr at a compassionate price.

Love their Saturday walk-in hours. My animals never have issues Monday the Friday always on Saturday. They are always great and not overly expensive.

Best vet I've found.. and I've been to dozens of vets. Really reasonable price compared to some who just outrageously price hike. Truthfully their staff is the most open minded and supportive of any I've worked with and this will continue to be the only place I choose as long as they're in service.

I’m a truck driver and was delivering across the street and my new pup 🐶 needed her shots and nails cut , called and even though they stated they where pretty busy she fit me in and was so sweet to my new puppy baby . They are very trucker friendly

These folks took good care of my pups, and seemed to genuinely care about their wellbeing. My dog needed surgery, and crass as it may seem to talk about price in such a situation, it is a factor. Not only did she get great, compassionate care, but the bill was reasonable to boot. Further, they did all the follow up at no additional charge and offered to help with keeping the area clean during her recovery.

Its been a year since I took my first animal here so I figure I should update this. Since I started coming here, I have brought them cats, dogs, and chickens. Each time I feel like they have went out of their way to help and have always fixed up all of my pets. From the reception desk to the exam room, everyone has been amazing. Im so thankful to have them here and would recommend them to any and everyone in search of an amazing animal hospital. You guys are the BEST!!!

They were kind and considerate with my chihuahua. Every time I've gone they've offered me a few different options on treating my dogs, as well as looking into the most cost effective route to go with. They've always known what to do about my dog's allergies so I would recommend them-- especially for a bee sting or seasonal troubles!

Everyone was great I Came In by surprise because I'm out of state and they were able to see me within 30 minutes they diagnosed the problem and gave me medicine for it everyone was so nice my dogs like them very much good job and thanks for the help long distance truck driver

The staff and service at Kingston Springs Animal Hospital are both amazing, everyone is friendly and incredibly helpful. I live in Nashville, but prefer this animal hospital for my kitten because the prices are unbeatable and they take their time to explain to me what it is that they’re doing and why they do it every step of the way, Robert especially! I feel very lucky to have found an animal hospital that I fully trust!
